However, weeks later Amazon stated that they did not get my product back to the warehouse. I worked with Patricia and within three minutes, she proved that I did the return at this location and had proof that it got back to the main Amazon warehouse for processing and gave me the Amazon phone number. Really a great UPS location with courteous employees and full set of services. Jeanne did my sons live scan and she really worked with him so great. She kept it fun and upbeat since he seemed really nervous and stiff. We had to make a second trip since he doesn't have a drivers license and needed to go back home to get needed documentation and she carved time out for us even though she was supposed to be leaving.
