Horrible costumer service! I came in to ship out some packages and the employee at the front desk was so rude and offered little to no help. She then decided to bring over her female manager who was very rude and decided to give me dirty looks rather than help me with the right labels I needed to ship out my packages correctly. Stop forcing people to use the automated scanner. We need an actual origin scan to protect ourselves. The machine doesn't prove anything, it just shows a code was scanned, not that a package was actually dropped off, the weight, etc. read more

Really like this location. Store design is welcoming and staff is extremely helpful and seem happy to be there. What more can you ask for? Didn't wait too long in line when an employee approached me and quickly taught me how to use the scan machine so in future I won't have to wait in line at all! This is the worst FedEx I've visited. Both times there was problems with my shipping box. The first time it was literally an unopened product in a fedex box that was delivered to my house the same day. They said the box was not good enough because of the weight? Are you kidding me...it was good enough for FedEx to bring it to my house in that box! Second time they did not think that my own box had good enough integrity to ship the item that weighed about half a pound. I could drop this box from a 3 story building and it would be fine. It seems like it's just a little power trip thing going on here. Place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to another location or go to UPS. No worded the yelp reviews for this place is terrible...the proof is in the pudding. Update: 20min later. Went to the FedEx a mile down the road and they excepted the package. No problem! The people working here do not know how to properly ship packages, they told me $500 to ship a foam core board to Santa Rosa with 2 day shipping. UPS is charging $100 and luckily the Roseville FedEx location charged the same so I could keep my business with FedEx. I won't be going back to this location. What a waste of time. read more

It's been a while since I had to use FedEx and so glad I stoped here. I needed to send a package to Japan (it was complicated) and Jordan and April took the time to help me find the best option. I had a great experience at this FedEx location recently. On Saturday 6/24 I came in once they opened to print three documents that I needed for my baby shower, also that same day. Although I should've came in earlier that week to get things done, but as a true procrastinator I waited until the last minute. Maria was by herself for about 30-35 minutes until another team member arrived. With a total of four customers and others who walked in after all of us, she was able to prioritize each person's needs and was able to effectively help each customer out. She helped me resize two files and print all three documents out. Without Maria's help, I wouldn't have been able to add these special details to my special day so thank you so much Maria! I will definitely return and hopefully be able to have Maria's help again. read more

Go to the UPS store if you need copies made. I went in to get copies made from a USB drive and asked if they would do 4 per page and then cut them, easy request. I needed 40 copies - 3 minutes on their machine. I was told it would be a "rush" fee. I told them I would do it myself on the self service machine. They then charged me a "set up" fee to put 4 pages on one page. Never was I told about any fees upfront. Last time I'm going. Go to the UPS store. read more

Ever been in the situation where you needed a tap handle sticker...like immediately? Well, this is the predicament I found myself in this past week. It's difficult to pour beer without a tap handle. And without a sticker identifying the beer, nobody will know what they're drinking. If I've learned anything it's that you don't mess around with stuff like this. I was flirting with disaster and needed a solution. Fast. This FedEx is a one-stop-shop: I was able to resize and print a high quality image using their computers, software, and printer. Then, Maria and Greg helped me transfer my high quality printout onto laminated sticker paper. I was out the door and pouring a delicious pint of Oktoberfest in under 10 minutes! Purchased a product on Dec. 8th. Sat in IN. for 8 days. Made plans to stay home for expected delivery on the 18th. Then expected delivery was 19th. I waited. Dec. 21st my package arrived in my city, 15 miles away. Sat at FedEx until today Dec. 24th. Package was a little crushed. FedEx in no way gave me a delivery date after the second estimated 19th delivery date. Why would my package sit for four days in my city? This isn't my first bad experience with FedEx as another item they delivered was totally banged up and I had to have delivered item repaired. I would never do business with FedEx and hope not to have other businesses use them as I would steer away from purchases. read more

I've been to this particular FedEx Office twice now and each experience was vastly different. Once the place was virtually empty and I was helped right away by a friendly employee. Once it was more busy and I was helped by an employee who was kind of rude. My conclusion is that your experience will vary based on just how busy they are. Like any FedEx store, they had your standard shipping and delivery options, which seemed to be the priority of most customers, and other things like printing and copying services. The place was a little bit smaller than my go-to store downtown. I got word that what I shipped came in two days later than FedEx guaranteed, but I'm not sure if that's the fault of the shipping center or somewhere else in the process. read more

I wish I knew all the employees names at this location because most of them are great, but there's one particular man (older, white/grey hair, glasses..) who is SO RUDE. Idk how he hasn't been fired yet! He makes me feel stupid every time I'm forced to be "helped" by him. I get nervous when I walk in and see that he's working. What a nice experience I had here! I had a pre paid shipping label that instructed me to scan at FedEx then ship. The manager there was very helpful and managed to get my package off to where it needed to go. Fast and easy. I will be back to this location, even though it's a bit out of the way. The store itself is nicely organized and stocked with all kinds of shipping materials, cards and gift items. Lots more here than just printing and shipping. read more

BEWARE: FedEx no longer guarantees delivery time and they have suspended all refunds! In addition to this, they now charge a fuel surcharge and a residential surcharge! I paid good money to have a package delivered and of course it was delayed by 4 days. No refunds. They DO NOT CARE.! This is not the same company that we all used to know and use. I will no longer ship FedEx if there is any other choice. The prices they quote are astronomical. $162 to ship a package from Folsom to LA overnight. A small FedEx box. Crazy. read more

I was very impressed by Julianna. I actually had gone to UPS earlier this morning and they charged me $280 to do overnight shipping. After talking to Julianna over the phone, I went back to UPS to get a refund, then I went to FedEx, and Julianna helped me to find a smaller box and only charged me $83 for overnight shipping! Package was supposed to be delivered on Feb 25th. It's now March 4th. Said they "tried to deliver but customer was not available or office closed". Firstly, I was home at the time noted for "attempted delivery". When I called they said no signature required... so why wouldn't they drop the package off? Anyways, went in the next day because couldn't get ahold of customer service on the phone. They said idk what to tell you call customer service, currently sitting on hold for the past 23 minutes. No answer. Still don't have my package & no one seemed to care. They said take it up with who is sending the package to you. Real helpful. read more

You know, I've been to my fair share of FedEx Office and Print Centers (because I was too lazy to buy a wireless printer for home use) and I would have to say this one is a decently nice one. Plenty of parking outside and I love their extended hours. I needed to bring something at 10 PM at night and they were open! Also, we were greeted warmly by the sales associate. They have their computer stations set up towards the back side of their center and the printers worked fine. I had no issues here. I have not used their shipping center though. Thank goodness for me I finally bought a printer so I probably won't be back here for a long time! Although my visit was short, it was much appreciated. read more

On 2/20/23, I saw a package that was being delivered to my office (which shares my exact name) when we were closed. I "redirected the package" to the Fed Ex store. I went in on 2/22/23, and said I am here to pick up a package. They asked for identification, and then they went to the shelve to look for the package. They found it, but it was going to the Office of ..., rather to just to SM. Apparently my photo ID was not sufficient, and they wanted me to go get an invoice or a business card to prove that the business, which has my exact name, was mine. I understand BS rules, but the thing is the Assistant Manager had a wry little smile. She was trying to find a way to just say no to me. I felt completely like I was being picked on so this person could feel good by saying no to me. I do not have a huge ego, I treat everyone nice, and I never in running my business, try to find a way to say no just because it makes me feel good (which it wouldn't ever). I dont even like Yelping or complaining, but I feel the need to let others know because I am pretty sure this is not an isolated incident and the Assistant Manager. read more

To the Assistant Manager there that I had the unfortunate experience of having him "help" me. I never knew that making two copies would be or could be such a hassle! First to be told that my e-mails were not received, even though I had the confirmation receipt e-mail from them--come to find out later they weren't received b/c an employee had marked the e-mails as "completed." Ugh. And then to be told he couldn't print it for all these various reasons... I would like him to know that the following day I went to Staples and guess what?! No hassle! Actually, they were...get this...HELPFUL! The file that couldn't be printed because it was from Photobucket...well, she found another version of what I was looking to print--all on her own without me even asking her to! I can literally say in my all of my years of having a corporate account with FedEx Office and using their service that Greg is least professional customer service representative I've interacted with and the worst experience I have ever had at any of their locations Now to be fair, I will admit that I came in two minutes prior to close but I only need to make two copies in the self-serve area. My document was "Physically on the glass" with the tray down in the copier and as I was getting ready to push send, Greg stopped me and said since it had turned 6:00pm the store was now closed and he would not let me push send. Now I would understand if everyone else there had to stop but there was another female customer that was using the copier next to me and he allowed her to keep working. With gas prices hiking up shipping and packing costs, i was getting pretty frustrated about the total it would cost me to ship out an item. Nick H. helped me and really took the time to figure out what the best cost would be for my situation. Super grateful for his patience and willingness to help get costs down as much as he could. The only reason I give 4 stars is for the store costs, it's just really outrageous. I should have paid $50 for packing and shipping but it was gonna be double that because of inflated prices.
