Blake stayed on top of all of it so I didn't have to. Joel made sure the job site ran smoothly. The crew deserves real recognition: electricians Adrian, Ivan, Salvador, and Christian; roof lead Arni; installers Jose, Gabriel, Kieren, Israel, Erik, and Robert; and Deyvis helping with inspection. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept everything clean, and answered my endless questions without ever making me feel like I was in the way. Construction always has bumps. Permits get revised, inspectors want changes. What mattered was how Infinity handled it. Calmly, professionally, and without disappearing. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

The termite company is required to repair the tile, but they wouldn't be out to my house until a week later. Normally, this wouldn't be too much of an issue, but the forecast for tonight was RAIN. One company said they'd send someone out, but they never did. I reached out to Reggie after 4:00pm (because that's how long it took for the other roofer to confirm that they wouldn't be here to help), and even though Reggie already was swamped trying to prepare his other large projects for the rain, he still took the time to reach out to one of the crews he works with and sent them my way. Their prices are amazing, the time it takes to get done is super quick, and again the knowledge they have surpassed a lot of of people that I called. We installed a 3000 W Victron inverter with 720 W of solar panels and 600 amp hours of batteries. With all the camping we do, we can get roughly 10 days worth off of solar with what was installed. If we were to use our air-conditioning and everything else, we could probably get away with five days without a hitch. Again, if you're looking for someone in SoCal, it is worth the drive to have them do the installation.
