I recommend All In One Roofing And Solar, Brea, to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement. A handyman installed my patio roof seven years ago, and it has leaked every single year. The handyman "supposedly fixed" it, charging me for the repairs every time. He even went so far as to replace the roof. That cost me thousands of dollars additionally, but the leaks continued. This year, heavy rain caused water to gush onto my covered patio, frying the TV and AV system that was located there. I was away on a trip and did not see that until after my return. When I called the handyman to see the damage and make repairs, he flatly refused because I was very angry at the time I spoke to him about his shoddy work. That was pure gall and more on his part! At that stage I was desperate but fortunate to find All In One Roofing. Reggie reviewed the problem and suggested all options for repair. His team then promptly made the necessary repairs for a reasonable price. I haven't had any leaks since, and hopefully I will not have any more fried TVs and other electronic equipment. I must say that the leak, while I was overseas could have started a house fire and I was fortunate to have dodged that bullet. read more

We requested an estimate to fix a leak on our roof, which had caused interior damage to our ceiling on both sides of our 2nd story fireplace. The owner of the company came out right away the same day, (which we appreciated greatly) though it wasn't an emergency. The owner used a drone to send up to take close-up pictures of our cement tile roof. He showed us the pictures and then gave us 2 options to select from: 1. To just fix a smaller area around the fireplace, (close to the Solar Panel that may have attributed to the leak.) by using flashing around the fireplace and under the Solar panel bracket. (We also requested the Solar Panels be cleaned as well.) 2.. Or fix a larger area beyond the leak area by using flashing, cleaning the larger area of the roof, making sure no tiles were broken and cleaning the Solar Panels as well. The owner was nice, polite and friendly. He shared that he doesn't get out to Norco very often but he was happy because he was meeting 2 of his best friends (that lived out this way) for lunch and it gave him an opportunity to see them. The owner stated that he would "get back to us that night" with the 2 estimates for Option One and Option Two. We were happy that we had found a company that could do both Roofing Repair & Solar. We were looking forward to hearing back from the Owner, as we really needed and wanted to get this project going. Well, we were very disappointed as the owner NEVER got back to us with the estimates. Just had our house tented for termite fumigation, and when they removed the tent they ripped off a tile leaving a big gaping hole. The termite company is required to repair the tile, but they wouldn't be out to my house until a week later. Normally, this wouldn't be too much of an issue, but the forecast for tonight was RAIN. One company said they'd send someone out, but they never did. I reached out to Reggie after 4:00pm (because that's how long it took for the other roofer to confirm that they wouldn't be here to help), and even though Reggie already was swamped trying to prepare his other large projects for the rain, he still took the time to reach out to one of the crews he works with and sent them my way. SUNPOWER was the company that installed my solar panels they since went out of business. They installed my solar panels with a cheaper and easier way without flashing and I developed leaks. It is very hard to find somebody to work on solar panels installed by another company and roofers don't want to work on solar panels because it's electrical so I had a very hard time even getting quotes to do the job until All In One Roofing And Solar came. they were more than willing to do the job and for a very reasonable price they removed the panels, put on the flashing reinstalled the panels and now I have no leaks. He quickly assessed the problem, which in our case related to the way the developer wanted to cut costs Reggie took a number of photos showing tiles that had cracked or slid. I was most impressed when I suggested a more expensive option that he responded "I can do it , but you don't need it'. When have I ever heard that. I gave All in One Roofing and Reggie five stars because they were able to find the real problem and source of my roof leak. I had another person come in and look at my roof and their analysis and solution was not what Reggie had found. The other guy wanted just to put a stronger tar in between my roof tiles and charge $750. He claimed it was better than Henry's. Reggie, on the other hand, found problems with the way this part of the roof was done and fixed the problem, replaced the layers underneath, and on top of that, found damage to the plywood where it was leaking. I'd rather pay to get it right than just keep having to put a bandage over a problem that will keep being a problem. A+ for the diagnosis and repair. In terms of service and friendliness, I felt very comfortable choosing Reggie because he showed me the problems, was easy to talk to and explained everything to me. He provided me with an estimate on paper, and even explained the costs of any tiles that might be broken in the process. No surprises, just up front info that I needed to know. The day of the repair, Reggie arrived as he said he would, and sent me a picture of the damage to the plywood that I needed to see. Good to know he kept me informed of new issues, and I felt assured I went with the RIGHT guy. Slathering tar as the other guy who gave me an estimate, would have been horrible. After getting a few different estimates from different roofing companies, to fix our roof leak, we decided on All In One Roofing. Reggie, the owner, was professional and knowledgeable. He even covered the roof leak with something temporary until the leak could be fixed. He knew we'd be getting more rain. He did this the day he came out to give the estimate. I thought this was nice, something he didn't have to do. We were able to set up a time for the repair leak pretty quickly. As u know from my previous post I was very happy with the work, customer service I received. 1 week after I had my roof repaired on the spots needed, it rained and when I awoke there was water dripping on my hallway from the ceiling. They do beautiful work and charge very reasonably. I wish I could give them more stars, but communication was a major issue with the owner. I'd have to send dozens of texts and leave many messages and I'd have to wait days before getting a reply. We called the owner (manny) in January with a roof leak near our chimney. He came right away. But after that initial visit he was impossible to get a hold of. He finally returned at the end of March/beginning of April to get the cap for our chimney. I understand it takes time to order parts, and he probably had a lot of other projects going on. But he should've communicated more promptly without having to wait for me to keep reaching out. Reggie comes out with his crew and doesn't just do a quick patch. Instead he looks to see beyond the specific area and fix's to where that problem will not reoccur for a very long time. I called Reggie for an estimate to repair roof leaks in condo. He was able to accommodate me pretty quickly and come out to give me a quote. He went to the roof and found the issues pretty quickly. Because I'm in a condo, I needed hoa approval and he said he would have a written estimate the next day. Didn't get anything so I give him a call... no answer. No big deal he's probably busy. I text him. Entire day goes by and no answer so I try calling him again and no answer. I called him mins later from my work line and he picks up right away. I guess he didn't want to take my job and was screening my number. He says his office should have already sent the quote and he will check and get back to me. Never received a quote or a call back. If you don't want to take the job just say so. I could have saved a couple days and found a different roofer. You just delayed my roof getting fixed because you didn't have the common courtesy to just say that you are busy and can't take the job right now. read more
