He quickly disassembled it, completely cleaned out the interior and vacuumed up dust and lint, replaced the cracked belt, tightened up the rollers for the drum, and showed us each step of the process while explaining everything clearly. He even found a seam in the exhaust pipe that wasn't properly sealed and was able to repair that as well. He took the time to level the dryer AND our washer, which were both wobbly before. We have the peace of mind knowing our dryer is maintenanced and running smoothly!
