Actually had two separate services within the same week. First, had a new hot water heater from Lowe's installed. Work was prompt, clean, and professional. We were so happy with the installation that we requested a second service call to address an unrelated water leak in the foundation slab of our home. Ian was absolutely phenomenal. He called in a subcontractor with special leak detection equipment, and they all worked together to isolate the leak. Homeowner's insurance refused to cover it, so Ian recommended that we re-route some of the plumbing to bypass the damage in the slab, saving us thousands of dollars by not having to jackhammer out my kitchen floor again (this was the second time we've had a slab leak, the first time was a huge, expensive mess.) Anyway, we're very, very happy with NexLvl and will keep their number handy for any future emergencies! read more

Bought a garbage disposal at Lowe's and paid $159 for installation. What a mistake - they are a terrible company. The installer was "Bragging" how fast he could install it. Then he shouts OH! your have a reverse osmosis system, you'll need to call your R/O service people because the drain bracket almost always breaks when I remove them and we don't do R/O's so I'll turn off your R/O system until it is fixed because you don't want water all over. The first time he snapped the disposal into the sink bracket, it fell off. Second time it stayed up. I asked him why he was not putting the new flange and mounting in and the reply was less chance of leakage. Then he cut PVC drain pipe with a battery saw in my kitchen and got PVC pieces all imbedded in the kitchen rug in front of the sink. He was in such a hurry he cut the pipe too short and got to cut another piece of pipe in my kitchen. He finally finished and I asked him if there were any leaks and the response was he tested it and all good. That night IT LEAKED!! NEXLVL "so sorry"; they can schedule someone in 3-4 days & will let me know then when the appointment will be. BTW it cost me $150 to get the R/O fixed. I complained to Lowe's Lake Pleasant store in Peoria AZ and was informed by customer service (per the Store Manager) it was " not their problem because I already paid for the install" . When I ask for a refund on the install, I was told NO! Take it up with the install company. Afraid to let anyone from NEXLVL in my house, I have hired a "professional" plumber I have used in the past to reinstall the unit. *****NEW UPDATE****** Just had a professional plumber here. After an additional $225.50 everything works great. He started from scratch and took 1 1/2 hours to properly install the disposal and fix the plumbing. It was vibrating a lot (really loud vibrations)- not properly connected to the flange by the NEXLVL installer. read more

I purchased a new water heater from Lowe's for my condo, and they contracted the installation through NexLvl Services in Mesa, AZ. The experience has been nothing but a headache. Immediately after the installation, I lost hot water pressure to every sink and shower in my home. I called NexLvl to report the issue and had to follow up three separate times before they finally sent someone out. The technician briefly checked the system, claimed everything looked "fine," and told me to call my own plumber if I wanted a real diagnosis. So I did--and ended up paying an additional $400 for a plumber who confirmed the pressure problem was caused by the installation. When I sent NexLvl the repair bill and requested reimbursement, they literally laughed and closed my ticket without taking any responsibility. As of today, I still cannot take a proper bath because the pressure is so poor. NexLvl refused to help, refused to acknowledge their mistake, and refused to stand behind their own work. Warning: Do NOT purchase water heaters through Lowe's, and do NOT trust NexLvl with your installation. You'll end up paying twice and fighting for basic customer service that never comes. read more

I purchased from Lowe's Installation Services for a replacement garbage disposal to replace on I currently have installed that quit working. I paid $159 for this installation service. Presideio Plumbing was the contractor who came out. All the plumber did was just replace the disposal only. I had to install the power cord from the inoperative disposal onto the new replacement one. The plumber told me he would have to charge me $50 for this service. Did not replace the drain, the locking ring, or the tailpipe drain. Took all of 15 minutes. One would expect to have ALL the old hardware replaced with ALL of the new hardware. I filed a complaint with Lowe's Installation Services corporate office. I purchased a new garabage disposal that included all the hardware needed to replace the old, inoperative garbage disposal with the old hardware. read more

DO NOT use this company for any kind of pool service. We had a leak in our pool filter on the top bulkhead; they gave us an estimate to fix it and replace the sand in the filter. Well, they fixed the leak in the top bulkhead, but the bottom bulkhead was leaking after they put everything back together, which wasn't leaking before they started the work. Now they want to charge us for a whole new filter replacement which I'm sure is thousands of dollars, and because we refused to pay the invoice unless they fixed the issue, they turned us over to a collection agency. read more

Purchased a garbage disposal from Lowe's and they sent NexLvl out to install it. What a horrendous experience! Noticed a couple days later it was leaking and we had a layer of water in cabinet! Called them, they had another installer come out who first blamed the original installer from NexLvl for errors. Then they could not resolve and said it was the disposal but they refused to go get another one that day because they had other jobs to go to. And after they left we had two leaks under sink! Called them back. They eventually sent the original installer back with new disposal. He installed that disposal and it was still leaking. He then said it was the gasket and replaced that. Well it still leaked (a bit less, but dripping) Called Lowes who contacted NexLvl. NexLvl refused to come back and fix it! Lowes said to hire someone else. We did and the new company came out and found the gasket was installed incorrectly. The new company corrected the entire issue in no time at all. I would not recommend NexLvl! read more

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company. Nexlvl services is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. From the start they was very easy to communicate with to set up an appointment. I was in need of a hot water heater replacement I went to lowes and they sent my info to nexlvl and they called me within 30 mins which was great. I talked to a sales guy name Travis who walked me through the process and pricing and set up the appointment. The next day one of their service guys arrives to my house name Henry who was young and very unprofessional Henry advised me he had to turn off my water to drain my water heater with in 20 mins later he knocks on my door and advise me that he had broke my water value so the water would not turn back on I asked could he fix it he said that he had to call the office and they would most likely charge me I said that is not right to be charge for something you damage 45 mins goes by and he is waiting for a call back from the office and they tell him someone would be out to me within 2hrs I waited over 2hrs with no running water then finally someone from their company pulls up and looks at it and says oh we can fix it but it will cost 600.00 I said that I would not pay 600.00 and he needs to get a supervisor on the phone. the supervisor called me and got that resolved and told me that another person would call me and advised when Henry would be back out to do the install the next person called me and said that Henry was on another job and he will be out from 2-4 after waiting all day I asked if they had someone else that can and do the job they said no I asked could someone come out the next morning they said that they did not have anyone that could I said fine but he had to be here by 4pm no later within 2hrs later they called me back said that Henry was stuck on another job and it would not be able to make it by 4pm but was willing to come after 4pm I said to find someone to come the next day and they said they have a person name Carman that can come 8am and 930am I said fine Carman comes out very unprofessional and request me to sign a damage wavier before he start I advised him I will not sign anything until the job is done he kept repeating himself and I advised to get someone from the company on the phone or I will find someone who can handle the job this is day 2 of waiting he went to his trunk sat for a few mins and then drove off no one from this company has contacted me apologized or offered to make it right so my advise would be to not waste your time or money with a company that hires High School kids. read more

Went to Lowes to buy a water heater and set up delivery and installation of said equipment. The nice ladies at the Lowes Service desk said, "Oh, here! Call this number or go online, and 'Next Level' will handle everything." Now I've got to include the fact that the old water heater was setting off our CARBON MONOXIDE alarms. Windows had to be open even on these 39 nights up here in Dewey. So I went home, called the number, and got a recording. Left my vitals. Then, I went online to NexLvl.com and filled out the form... and waited. I called 3 days later and got the bogus excuse that they had tried calling but had a wrong number. I had filled the form out Online. The first thing the form wanted after my name was my Email Address. But they didn't respond. I tried one more time and got a hang-up. Then it occurred to me! Do not waste your money. This company has incompetent staff, that charges for services they haven't done. I hired to drain my pool, balance chemicals, and clean the filters. My pool was drained and flooded my yard and the neighbor's. I was charged for filter cleaning that wasn't done. My chemicals were never balanced, and we cannot use the pool due the chemical unbalance. I am trying to get this situation resolved, but all I'm getting is an invoice for thousands of dollars. read more

My hot water heater was leaking and needing replacement. I was connected to this company via Lowes. The office (Brenton) contacted me and worked with my schedule to get a plumber out ASAP to replace my water heater and walked me through the steps needed for all the warranty work. When I called back to provide warranty info, I had questions the manufacturer shared. Brenton answered what he could but then had one of their plumbers follow up with me (Matt) and explain everything to me. Brandon was the plumber who replaced my water heater and he was very professional, patient with me to respond to his updates and questions as I was also working while he did all the repairs and installation, and explained all warranty and functions I might need to know/be aware of before leaving. My house was left just clean as before them showing up and their pricing is competitive in the area. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again but if I do this company will be top of my list to call. read more

Recently had a new water heater installed by NextLvl Services through Lowes. My water heater was over 10 years old and had not been properly installed. The new water heater required additional work because of the poor placement of the old heater. So, I was so pleased not only to have a new water heater but glad that NextLvl installers were able to get the issues worked out. I had to reschedule which was not issue for me since I had to get some of the work approved by my HOA. Chris, Calvin and Sal were so friendly and professional. These guys worked so hard though it must have been over 100 degrees in my garage. I am so glad I found a new plumbing company and I've reached out to them to have additional work done next week. I would highly recommend NOT using this company for pool service. The first visit a tech came out and inspected the pool and it had turned slightly green. He quoted me $170 a month for weekly service which eventually we agreed on $150. He did zero work and assigned someone on his team to come out next week. When the pool guy came out for 1st service he complained to me that he didn't know my pool was green and my pump was leaking and was upset the pool was not prepped for him. I proceeded to get a quote to fix the leak and they recommended I change the sand in the Hayward sand filter. They quoted me $425 for for parts and labor for leaks and sand filter. When the scheduled tech came out he informed me the sand didn't need to be changed out and he proceeded to fix the leaks. They removed $50 cost off the invoice for not working on the sand filter. After 5-6 weeks of service my pool was completely murky and they told me I need to change the sand on my sand filter again. They sent another tech out and wasted more time. He said "I should've done the work when I fixed the leaks". I asked for another quote thinking it would be less since they didn't need fix the leaks and replace O-Rings. I received a quote for $985!!! Which is more than double the quote I received 30 days prior. Basically ripping me off! I guess my sand filter is like a fine wine and gets more expensive a month later. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY and they accomplished zero in 6 weeks of service over 8 visits to my house.
