Despite being in the thick of busy season, they managed to put me on the schedule very quickly so we could enjoy the lights for as long as possible before Christmas Day. The service itself was exceptional! Alexis and I spoke about what was going to be done in detail before he started, and then he simply took care of the rest. The end result is beyond anything we had expected. The lights are perfectly uniform, there's a light at each peak point of our roof line (I love the attention to detail!), no loose/drooping wires anywhere, and the lights themselves couldn't be easier to operate with the wireless remote that's included. I feel safe knowing that the lights and installation are all under their guarantee/warranty too. They absolutely have a return client in me for years to come! On a 16ft reel we counted 9 soldered links (see photo). The product description talks about 'continuous' and does not mention this, it remains unclear whether these might be repurposed short cut-offs. For the price I expected a continuous strip with no soldered links, time will tell how good it is holding up, specifically when mounted on curved surfaces.
