Chad, once again said he would let Dan know to get in touch with me. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to about my experience and Chad informed me there wasn't technically a manager, but Dan was a co-owner and he would be the person to take this up with. The problem is I can never get ahold of Dan... I asked if I could talk to the other owner, Robert, and Chad said no and that he could not give his info out. As a business owner myself, the problem is obvious: broken systems of follow-up and communication + bad customer service. As a loyal client of this company I gave them multiple opportunities to at the very least respond back. Chad mentioned one of the reasons Dan may not have gotten back was because he may not have been interested in the job. I would have really liked to know that so I didn't waste so much time! I don't know why someone would leave my home in this unusable state and then charge me again to come back and fix it! He coordinated the gas connection with another excellent contractor and because we wanted our panel to have more "slots" so that someday we could add an electric vehicle charging station, it would be cheaper since they had to mess around in our panel to simply upgrade the panel at the same time. So this was a pretty big job that took a few days. Mike's crew showed up exactly at the times they said --- no waiting around for hours with a big time range -- and did a fabulous job. Since then, I call them every time any of my clients needs electrical -- including some fairly big jobs such as panel replacement for a condo, which required coordinating with the owner, the condo association, and my other subcontractors. I've probably used them on 10 transactions now. Everyone that comes into contact with them raves about their work and how neat and clean they keep the work space and how friendly and helpful Mike and his entire crew are. I will never go to anyone else for electrician services. Oh, and they are pretty reasonably priced, though of course electrical work, being a highly skilled trade, is not cheap.

We needed to have some new plugs, lights and associated switches installed in our 2,800 sq ft shop…read more We had three contractors bid on the job. Ridgetop Electric LLC provided the lowest bid while providing lights that had one third more illumination per light. Steven Wisti, the owner of Ridgetop Electric LLC, was always responsive to calls or texts. He was on time when he came to see the shop and receive the project plan. His quote arrived as promised. His quote was accepted on Friday evening and he started work on Tuesday. Steven had a lift delivered that allowed him to easily run wires in the fifteen to twenty feet high overhead. It also meant he could glide over large items in the shop, and we did not have to move them. Steven had all the work completed, the inspection for the permit completed, and the "Approved Complete" permit sent to us by Friday afternoon. The final invoice matched the initial estimate exactly. As you can see from the pictures the shop is much improved. We could not be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend Steven Wisti and Ridgetop Electric LLC.
