Was recommended by another business a few yrs ago when I bought a used Hyundai, & had all kinds of problems with it from the get go, & recently the right side corner of the bumper was breaking off, so I was soo grateful for their recommendation. Mike is nice as can be, professional & knows his business for sure AND EXTREMELY HONEST about pricing. Can't tell you how much that means to me, and as a senior that means everything. I finally took it to Mike, he took a look at it underneath & said the frame was in good shape & all I needed was an upper bumper. Being a woman my knowledge about cars is limited & also how was I to know what it needed or not?? He could have said the frame was bad & he could have charged me for that too, but he didn't, I trusted Mike wholeheartedly. He gave me a fair price I could work with & that meant a lot to me. Got my car back in two days as promised, & looks just amazing! I am extremely grateful to you Mike & your great team, you are theee BEST! Just spoke with him today n he proceeded to further lie telling me car is in booth getting painted now (something he has already lied about previously) n he said that it "should" be completed tomorrow. Should have been done long ago. My wife has now been without a car as enterprise came n took car 8 days ago in middle of the night because I could no longer afford to pay daily rental (insurance would only cover the standard estimated completion time for rental) n they have banned me from ever renting again with them. I am beyond mad n cannot fathom how businesses like these remain open n act like they are professionals when meeting them in the beginning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Mike Webb to anyone unless you like being lied to n caused problems. Id give zero stars if possible!

Great shop and although I decided on going a different direction, I will come to this place in the future Update: Stopped by On Sept 23rd, and talked to Javier again to see about installing a replacement door and fender for my Tahoe. My passenger door and fender were pretty worn down and he said he can do the work needed to replace and install the 2 huge parts. I decided to buy the parts myself and have his guys install it. He gave me a quote and I said let's do it. He said come in Monday morning. Now, unlike other body shops where you get the run around or have to call back to "see if theirs an opening" or body shops forgetting about your appointment,... None of that happened here! Arrived Mon the 28th and he said he may need all day and possibly tomorrow morning. I said "keep it a week." I've had the damage for over a year and I can wait a few more days.... Close to 4pm, same day, I get a call saying..."it's ready to pick up!!!" If that's not EXCELLENT service, especially for a body shop, I don't know what is. I will trust Javier and his crew with all and any FUTURE body work, paint, full paint jobs, or anything having to do with his shop. His shop will be the first one I call!

Irene showed me some damages to the quarter panel, trunk, and rear frame that I did not notice myself and I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism from all the shop employees. Throughout the insurance and repair process, Irene and Brenda were keeping me updated which really helped me not have to stress. He stood behind my car, which had a couple of small 1" paint scuffs and a little dig in the bumper cover, and told me how much work would be to repair and would be about $5000.00! Refused to write me an estimate. He said they also don't work with State Farm Insurance, cause they won't pay their (high) labor rates. He said I'd have hundreds of dollars of out of pocket AFTER the insurance paid them if they did the work. I am baffled a place like this is in business. This bodyshop had possession of the checks the entire time I even sent a screenshot of the check my insurance sent me and an email from my insurance stating that they already sent a check as portion of payment which this bodyshop cannot use for anything else since it was addressed to my hubby. When it came to who to send my vehicle to, I chose Fix Auto because of their excellent rating on Yelp. My car initially was seen at the Spyres location where Mick assessed the damage and sent that to my insurance company. I also met Mary who worked the front desk who was super nice and friendly and helpful. Mick was a great guy who helped explain what needed to be done. Eventually, the car went to the 9th street location since the Spyres location did more cosmetic stuff and this repair needed a lot of work. Fix Auto kept me informed about the progress of repairs and when it was time to get the car, I got a call from Vimal who I met at the shop. He went over all the things that was done and the car looked brand new. One of the reasons I would give 6 stars is because I felt they went far beyond my expectations. For example, I had done a PPF in the front with Ceramic Garage and they got them to do that without having to worry and deal with it. Also, a hub cap was damaged and Vimal informed me that they have ordered a new one but will take another week for it to come in. Things I wondered if Fix Auto would address with my insurance or whether I would have to do these things at my expense. So kudos to Vimal and Mick who took care of things with my insurance along with Mary who was at the 9th St location. I shared my experience with my friends and they agreed Fix Auto went beyond what is expected. I didn't realize til I saw the shop that they are an authorized Tesla repair shop and so I know where to go to take my Tesla for any repairs.

I called the shop and told them to keep the stickers on the bumper until I arrived. But instead of waiting, they peeled the stickers off and stuck it to a piece of paper! What good are the stickers at that point?
