One of us did sessions in preparation for a total knee replacement here, and the other had to do the pre surgical therapy in another state because we were in that state for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The one receiving prep at Pelletier Rickert was much better prepared for the total knee replacement, and progressed much better after the surgery. The staff is knowledgeable, skilled and above all, compassionate to individual needs. There has never been more professionally run business in meeting our physical or health needs. We actually looked forward to our visits, and felt like family with both patient and staff during our experience. Post surgery, both of us were walking without the need of a walker or cane within a day. Our progress was beyond anything either of us expected post surgery. While our surgeon was excellent, we also feel our therapy also greatly contributed to these results. If we need physical therapy again in the future, this would be our number one choice.

I saw PA Matt Walk - he was wonderful! Very nice, professional, thorough, and patiently explained everything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - from checkin, X-ray, through checkout. Lexie and another of the medical assistants were also great! My cast was very thick and difficult to cut off. And although I hope to never see them again - I highly recommend!

My therapist/trainer and the de facto team leader of this facility, Lucas was right by my side every step of the way with helpful advise and a slow, steady and consistent approach that got me moving functionally again without pushing me too hard as to re aggravate my injury. I got to know the whole staff while I was there and I can assure you their positive attitudes are contagious! I really enjoyed getting to know all therapists and assistant trainers at this location. I had a chance to work with Troy, Amy, Madison, Nicole at one point or another and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful! Karen and Kayla at the office/front desk always made billing and scheduling a breeze. He came in on a Sat am and did an emergency surgery for me to drain the infection. His staff, Meredith and Kathleen are just sweethearts. They are friendly, kind, considerate and passionate about their work in the office. My wait time was minimal to none. He is always on time. He has compassion for the patient that shows through each visit. The office experience is simple and easy, carefree and quick. After the 3rd session they informed me of the mistake and that I owed the balanced. I was upset about it and they were not willing to budge on their mistake. I quit going there because of this. Before I left I asked if I owed anything else and they said no. 6 months later I got another invoice for more that was not covered by insurance. I tried to argue it but they go through a 3rd party for invoicing and office manager never reached out to discuss the issue.

The receptionist agreed with that and set me up for two weeks in advance for one therapist. Unfortunately, after one visit, I was back to a different therapist. In addition, Apex (at least at this location) does not offer traditional tens therapy that my insurance WILL cover. INSTEAD, they only offer their preferred "DC current therapy" that costs $30 per visit. If you go on the website for this special therapy tool (Neubie) the manufacturer promises this, copied right off their website: "It is THE device proven to add incredible cash-pay revenue to your clinic" Now I really don't know if there is any value to this special shock therapy, and if I was sure it would work, I would be happy to pay for it out of my own pocket. But there is no guarantee. I'm really bothered that both therapies aren't offered, and give the patient a choice. Maybe it's the incredible cash pay revenue?? I canceled all of my remaining appointments.

My husband was transported there from a rehab hospital. It was the BEST thing we ever did. The…read morefacility was beautiful and each room had a screened in porch so you could take your loved outside if it was nice. The nurses were compassionate and explained what they were doing and what to expect. The facility was painted a pale yellow and was very peaceful and restful. You felt at peace in the hospice building. My husband has been gone a week and hospice called and ask if there was anything they could do and said they would call again in three weeks. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.

Why would I sign some thing that apply just need to make a payment. Why would they have that in there if it is in fact, free? The man seems like a scammer. He said OK you don't have to sign that I'll get you a paper copy it will cross it out and initial it. He went to get the papers and never came back, but I still wasn't signing that either because that doesn't hold up. He's in no position to change contracts, so I felt like I was being scammed at the hospital in front of my dying cousin.
