I even offered to pay for additional time or cuts, but the attitude continued. Mistakes and miscommunication happen -- how a business handles them matters. I was connected with Isak, and from the very beginning he was confident that he could do exactly what I was looking for. I came in with a design in mind, and Isak absolutely delivered.
