It was a few months ago,…read morewhile I was waiting for my insurance from my new employer to kick in, hence the visit to one of these places. Needless to say, $200 something dollars (no blood work, no x-rays, no physical, no nothing) and an hour later, just for the doctor to tell me that my debilitating chest pain was "likely just exacerbated by anxiety." Anxiety, bruh?!? Wow. I took the day off work just to be told this shit? No physical exam, just talk talk talk a whole bunch of nonsense. When I asked if I should at least have an EKG done I was told "you could have a normal EKG today and have a heart attack tomorrow, those things aren't reliable." WOW! Are you the one who's going to pay for it??? Nothing against NP's because both of my sister-in-laws are EXCELLENT NP's (who just happen to live out of state) but this guy did not know what on earth he was talking about. Thank goodness I recently had bloodwork done at a REAL doctor's office and everything came out normal except for slightly elevated LDL cholesterol levels (the bad cholesterol) which I can't help to think may have contributed to my chest pain - chest pain that I could have figured out the root cause MONTHS ago had they just done their due diligence and ordered bloodwork. I would say to just go to the ER but I have heard horror stories from friends who get stuck with $3,000 bills just for a panic attack so definitely do NOT do that. It's really unfortunate and absolutely SUCKS how the healthcare system in the US (the supposedly "best" country on the planet, yeah right) is broken, dysfunctional, money hungry, and just all-around effed up. 2 stars, would NOT recommend.

Thank goodness my Mother is outspoken enough to call Matthew out on his bad attitude and was able to somewhat turn the appointment around to remind Matthew of his role as a health care provider. My Mother's right index finger was swollen and clearly affected from the fall. I am grateful for the friendly staff that checked her in and the Xray proving nothing was broken. The dismissive treatment from the supposed "person in charge" during the examination and in her release-not even a splint was offered to her-is my concern here. I strongly advise MedPost to re-evaluate Matthew's position within your Company.

The front desk people are rude and the doctor is rude, unprofessional and not helpful. I've been here twice and never received any help for my illnesses. I went in to get tested for COVID and the doctor steered me away from getting tested, even though I needed to get tested in order to go back to work. I will never go back to this med clinic. Please, don't waste your time or money here.

From changing schedules last minute to changing schedules around 4,5,6 times a day. Not to mention outside of your availability and getting in your business asking why you can't work?? Screaming at your employees, covering up illegal activity from other employees and just saying "oh well he was just signing off for other employees" which ig isn't considered forging signatures in their eyes and forcing you to clock out for 2,15 minute breaks (which btw is illegal) instead of just giving 2 30 minute breaks for a 12-14 hour shift like every other NORMAL employer. Don't even get me started on them always making stuff up to make them feel better about themselves. Didn't even cover half of the terrible stuff done here. Employees absolutely treated like crap. They don't even know their employee names or what they look like. Jahaira is so called "office hours" are from 9-5 so we can't text if we need to ask a question but it's ok for her to text us at all different hours of the night. I also need to compensation for a uniform i never received which they took out of my paycheck and when i brought it up just dismissed like that. what a joke. Pediatric Urgent Care at the Robert B. Green Campus…read more My son had a severe injury on his foot, and being uninsured and not wanting to use the emergency room for something that wasn't life threatening, I brought him to PediExpress based on information they worked on a sliding scale for uninsured patients. Maybe it could have been the timing or maybe something else, but our experience was not an urgent one. We waiting on the waiting room/waiting hallway for four hours before speaking to any clinical staff. Now, besides the wait being ridiculously long, the waiting was not that bad. Climate was good, not too loud, there was plenty of room to not be cramped with other waiting patients, which is ideal to avoid contact with sick kids. There's a lovely animal word search painted on a large wall in the waiting room, and my ten year old son and I enjoyed finding all the words in both Spanish and English. When we were finally seen, the clinical staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. My son was x-rayed onsite, not always possible at an urgent care center, and they had sent the x-rays up to University Hospital for their orthopedists to interpret and it was determined that he would get better care at the University Hospital Children's ER. They called ahead to let the children's hospital know we were coming which saved us some time at the hospital. I will say other than the lack of triage and woeful wait time for someone with a severe bleeding injury, it was a pleasant experience, and it will be considered again if the unfortunate happens again.
