Terrible!! Per our insurance portal, BSW is accepted. I scheduled an appt at 2:20, arrived at 2:10, paid my co-pay only to be told at 3:30 my insurance wasn't accepted, and it'll be an additional $70 copay for my visit. Say what? There's so many things to digest, but I made an appointment for a reason, and the fact I was still sitting and unseen 45 mins post my appointment is a problem. Wasting my time is a huge issue for me. HUGE. The banner on the outside says they're in partnership with BSW and that's a lie. Either that or they are selective on what insurance plan they take that day. Never again will I waste my time or attempt to spend money at this facility. read more

DESERVES 0 STARS!!! NextCare Urgent Care is what it is. First, the receptionist and assistant were very helpful. The attending doctor was not. She looked and sounded bored. She did not touch/examine my fractured foot. Sent me to the X-ray room. I was given a picture (copy). The copy didn't show the fracture itself. Ridiculous!!!! I will never recommend or go to this facility again. My follow-up with ortho showed the fracture. Hopefully, this helps someone. To reiterate, the left photo is the Ortho one. Terrible experience. We were one of two people in waiting room, still took almost an hour to be seen. Asst. Taking vitals was extremely rude to my 90 yr old father in law, who takes 10 different meds, she was badgering him for not remembering why he takes each med or his long list of medical issues. Then without even examining him, the Dr told me to take him to an ER for a CT. Which he 100% did not need. Will never go back. Total clown show. read more

Incidentally, Primacare is now Nextcare Urgent Care at this location! It is no longer called Primacare. I had a lot of trouble with the solvhealth.com website as well as the app, which I uninstalled and then reinstalled. The Solv app is what Nextcare uses as the way to make appointments, etc. I had to keep inputting my info repeatedly, was a bug or something they need to fix. But once I got there it was an easy go, I had already checked in online so I only waited 5 minutes to see the first lady. Everyone was very nice. It took about 10 minutes for the lady to check my history, vitals etc. Then I only waited about 5 minutes for the PAC to come in. Her name is Gaithri Vivekananthan. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions plainly. She did not seem rushed at all. This place runs as smooth as clockwork! We had my prescription sent to CVS and I was discharged within 25 minutes! They take Medicaid and Medicare so my charge was nothing! They sure know how to run a business. This place deserve 0 star that i would give if there's an option. First of all, the estimated waiting time that they give you is inaccurate. I was told to wait 1 hour and half and i ended up waiting 2 hour and half. The app they send you to track how many people in a head of the line. It is USELESS. We went for a walk-in two weeks ago at 12:30 and were seen at around 3:00 which I understood, it was Covid time and there were a lot of walk-ins. Today we set up an appointment because we thought that would lessen the waiting time. We set up the APPOINTMENT at 12:30, arrived at 12:15 and were seen at 2:30. I asked the check-in lady why this was, she said that appointments online didn't matter as it was just to let you wait less. My cousin had an appointment for 2:30 on the same day, arrived at 2:00 and were called before us....? I still don't understand. I asked the check-in lady but she kept cutting me off.... I have been coming here for over 10 years and have always been treated courteously and diagnosed and treated correctly. Today I went in, was seen and treated, and dismissed in less than an hour. Missie, at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, and Victor made doing the vitals go quickly. Ms. Vivekananthan, the PA, explained the results to me in a way I could understand and made sure I knew what to do when I left. I highly recommend this location. read more

My step son has the flu and his normal doctor doesn't have an appointment until tomorrow. I called Prima Care to find out if his insurance is accepted there and Catherine in the front office says to me "mam, I am not checking if we take your insurance over the phone. I will check once you get here but not over the phone." Extremely matter of fact. Zero compassion or empathy. As if I just want to be running around with a child with the flu checking different urgent cares out. Even if that truly is their protocol, she could have been at least nice about it. read more

I went to this location with a fever, chills and sore throat. They recommended testing for Covid and Flu. The nurse asked me did I want the rapid covid test or the more accurate test when it's sent off with results in a couple of days. I chose to send the test off. She said she would tell the doctor my option. She then tried to take my temperature by finger but my nails were too long. I don't know why she didn't take my temperature by forehead or a different method if it was so difficult. The reading was not accurate and took her several attempts. The Doctor came in and did both the covid and flu test and came back telling me they did the rapid covid test which I did not ask for. I'm back at home with with a fever completely different than what they said with the same symptoms. They didn't even try to see what else it could be. I don't recommend this location. read more

I have had bronchitis many times in my life. It always starts with a cold then becomes sinus pain and fever and then eventually I'm coughing up green mucus. If I don't get antibiotics it always turns into pneumonia. I've had this for a month and it's now a few days before Christmas. I really don't want to still be this sick at Christmas or to have pneumonia at Christmas. So I went here hoping for help. They don't have any actual doctors. None. Only a nurse practitioner. Despite the fact that I've been sick for over a month. Despite the fact that I have had this many times before. Despite the fact that I'm coughing up green mucus - which indicates an infection - this nurse practitioner insisted on acting as though what I have is simply minor seasonal allergies and won't prescribe me antibiotics. Which means I'm not going to be able to get better in time for Christmas. So she effectively ruined Christmas for my entire family - since I'm the mom. I get the feeling she doesn't have a clue what she is doing and is just playing it safe because she doesn't have any real medical knowledge. I strongly recommend that you don't ever go to this clinic if you are genuinely sick- as they would only be good for getting you a doctors note if you were faking it. They can't handle actual illness. No doctors. None. I haven't been to a Primacare in years but I had never encountered this problem from one before. I don't know if this is an across the board thing now where there's don't have any actual doctors anymore or if it's just the one clinic. But if you need actual help don't go there. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE TO BE SEEN, I'm 30 weeks pregnant and my heart has been pounding and beating super fast the past two days and it's hard to breathe, I feel like there's crap in my lungs that I can't cough up and this couch won't go away. They give me a covid test (not even a rapid one), n then sends me on my way, but because my blood pressure is fine, that all of a sudden means they can dismiss me. I legit waited in this parking lot for over an hour. I am soo tired weak and have the chills. I made an online appointment and checked in and filled out everything online like it said to do. There was so many people in front of me and then it disappeared and I looked in the text and it said come in we are ready to see you. I go in and she says I didn't know you were here I'm sorry ? The app says to check in and that's what I did. She said sorry didn't know your were still In the parking lot. She did apologize as she told me I would have to wait another hour and a half because I would get pushed to the back of the line. I'm sick and I don't feel good! I told her I would go somewhere else like carenow!! Don't try to check in on app.... just skip that part and GO IN!! It doesn't make it any easier actually more difficult.... I brought my husband here because he was having severe pain from kidney stones and he could not stop throwing up. The waiting room was full but I explained to the receptionist how sick he was. It was 2.5 hours until he saw the PA and got a shot for nausea. When they sent him to the bathroom to give a specimen the toilet was clogged and filled with poop. Was not feeling well and decided to visit this location due to stuffy head and coughing. A short wait and I was in a room with a very nice assistant who performed the normal check up and then departed until the doctor arrived. Doctor did arrive a short time later and she performed a few checks 2 minutes max and stated I had a upper respiratory infection and left leaving me a prescription for a Z pack. I was worried the visit was short and was wondering why no other test was performed like a flu test or something else. That night I seem to be getting worse and decided to visit my primary doctor the next day to only discover I have the FLU. Future patients please beware and demand a full examination to rule out other possibilities of illness because this could have gotten much worse if I had not gotten a second opinion. read more

i don't even know where to begin with this review. for starters if you are someone who relies on insurance in order to receive medical care, DONT GO HERE. i was told by my provider that this was an acceptable location that would take my out of state insurance since i'm from California and have out of state coverage for reasons like this. The women at the front desk, an older white lady with a tattoo behind her ear and an unbelievable attitude made this process terrible . i would like to say that both the doctors and the nurses are amazing, kind and helpful, but i specifically would not go back due to how rude the receptionist was. i'm someone new to adulthood who needed help from my mom to sort out insurance, and instead this lady decides to not listen to my mom and then talk shit about her in front of me after getting off the phone with her. she than proceeded to tell me the cost of the appointment would be 600 billed to my mom, before i was even seen which made no sense. this made me want to leave and i stayed because i needed the medical attention and the price was not what she said at all. she than told me she thought it would be 600 because someone else paid 600 yesterday? completely unprofessional and un knowledgeable of insurance which is literally her job to sort. thank you to the doctor Sarah and the lovely nurse i had for making that manageable. This was my 3rd visit to PrimaCare over the past couple of years, and I have been extremely pleased each time. It seems I always get sick on a holiday when my primary care doctor is closed, and I need to be seen by someone. Each time I have just walked in and waited to be seen. I have been seen within 20-30 minutes each time. I've waited much longer than that at a doctor's office when I've had an appointment! This time I saw Sara Groce, and she was extremely nice and caring. She prescribed exactly what I needed, and I was feeling much better by the next afternoon. I highly recommend PrimaCare. read more

Cynthia in the front office was horrible to me as far as customer service. I registered online and was not contacted. Showed up at the office at 1:45 and was told to sign in for 4:45 due to the wait. When checking back in at 445 I was told I had been taken off the list because they said they heard me say I was going somewhere else because I didn't want to wait, which my mom only said we should drive down the road and check the wait. Cynthia told me to call back if I needed to cancel my appointment. Now they're telling me I can't get back in to see a Dr until 8. So no, I'm not pleased with the service there, and I'm definitely going elsewhere now and won't be back to this clinic for any reason read more

I am beyond pissed, my husband took my daughter in today since her doctor was closed and was told that she didn't have strep throat that she needed further assistance that I should go to children's in Dallas. They scared us saying she needed to have an iv and blood work done to diagnose what was wrong with her and that they couldn't do that there so me being worried I took her to the hospital, waited for 5 hrs for them to tell me she just had strep throat. UGH! Waisted money at prima care for absolutely nothing and now I get to receive a ridiculous bill from the hospital seeing as I do not have insurance. Will never return read more

I'd been feeling ill for two days and my doctor was unavailable today so I stopped by here after work. Was in and out within an hour with a diagnosis and prescriptions. I went in this morning and two staff members were outside messing with the lock on the front door. I greeted them by saying good morning and received no response once they were done jangling their keys in the door,they promptly turned and asked what I needed. I told them a covid test and immediately I was told there was no one there that could do covid tests bc "someone called in" and they had no idea when she'd be in...But the lady standing there explaining this to me was the same lady who did my exam two weeks earlier... So someone could have done my exam and they also said "well were running low on rapid tests" , and idk why that matters bc the tests should be used for people who need them correct? (Rapid or regular) I tested positive a few weeks earlier and Im a healthcare worker who's scheduled to go back to work next week. First off if I could give 0 stars I would. I took my little sister here to get the covid antibodies test because she believes that she already had it. The only lady that was nice was the receptionist at the front desk. The nurse that came in to check her vitals was so unbelievably rude. She tried to I guess talk my sister out of taking the test saying if she tested negative for the covid test she would test negative for the antibodies test. Then we explained to her why we were getting the test and she finally just stopped talking and left to get the blood draw kit. As the nurse puts the needle in her arm the doctor comes in and starts giving my little sister a lecture on why she shouldn't get the test. Keep in mind the needle is already in my sisters arm and she is in pain and the doctor is throwing major attitude at her. We completely re explained to the doctor why we were there getting the test, then she rolls her eyes at us and leaves the room slamming the door. I don't know why it's so hard to do your job and why you are trying to talk people out of coming to the doctors office? I wouldn't recommend going to this place.
