Here for a work injury, and I have had an amazing experience so far. I used to be in the Healthcare Industry. And I know people can be super stressed and not feeling good. They are here to help you not cure you in a blink of an eye. They do what they can to make you comfortable. Most of the time they have plenty of seating it's very clean. The staff at the front desk are super nice and are very informative about what you are looking at during your visit. Covid-19 restrictions are in place and the seating is spaced properly. It doesn't smell like a doctors office it's smells very clean. Hand sanitizer is in place and pens and replaced with clean one all the time. They offer snacks and water while you wait.. great place! read more

This was our first visit to this Concentra urgent care and we had a very good experience. When you're hurtin' and it's Saturday, where are you gonna go? The ER is insane, expensive and they have the annoying habit of doing that triage dealy bopper that puts people with horrific ear pain behind people with broken limbs, head trauma, gsw's, and such. Whatever. Off to urgent care. The ratings here were low, but we called 6 locations within 25 miles of us and this one had the shortest wait by far (45 minutes vs 3 hours). Possible lesson: fewer people in the vicinity of this location seek urgent care? The waiting area is clean, new, and comfortable. The nurse behind the desk was friendly and professional. They had HGTV on one tv and CNN on another and a Keurig. Paperwork was not overwhelming and they told us the wait time right up front. The nurse who walked us back seemed a little distant at first, but was conversational and open once we got started with the intake questions. The PA who saw us was GREAT, compassionate, professional, answered all our questions clearly and even complemented my +1 on her accessories. We loved her! First day Thursday 12/7/23 went well other than feel rush and dint have enough time to explain how I was feeling after the doctor checked me she ask me to wait to get release I wait for long time there everybody was gone finale I decide to call my husband so when they heard me finale came over to let me know that I can go home I was the last person in here other that the two front desk ladies, they give app for the Monday 11 according to the paper they give me, I came back that day and the front staff told me that NO I didn't have appointment that day but the next day which is the 12 I ask why I have the wrong day write on my paper nobody had answer for me and they told me that they going to squish me in, there but in couple of minutes they told me that no, the doctor cannot see me to the next day and that the appointment in my paper was for the physical therapy is next door, so I went up there just find out the I do not have any appointments with them, some how they accommodate me good job right there Now today is the 12 I am here waiting,and the lady call my name she take me in but was no rooms available I have to go back to the waiting room after few minutes she let somebody else go in and few more minutes she call me again she take in to a dirty room a soon at she notes that she apologized and take to a clean room I am not happy I am frustrate even my blood pressure rise up a soon I came in to this place Hopefully somebody do something to resolve this situation bcz the service is the worst I ever had read more

Here for a drug test and dot physical. Arriced at 8:07, was told it would take two hours. Fine, by 9:45 finally done with the drug test. it's 10:30 and I'm finally getting my physical done for the DOT. if you know you are going to have this many people come in, have more than one doctor on standby. also when you tell me I'm next but you call 5 other people before me just makes y'all liars and scam artists. If you value your time. go somewhere else or report to the business and have them send you somewhere else. This is freaking ridiculous. read more

If I could give one star I would. My roommate cannot drive so I offered to take him to get his physical done for a new job. The first day we went they told him he needed clearance before he could take the test. Thankfully we were able to get in with the PCP that night to get the needed documentation. We return the next morning with the requested documentation filled out by the provider and wait TWO hours for them to "verify" the documentation. (Side note: the PCP was surprised that he had to get even get clearance to do a physical test). The waiting room at this point is now filled with an entirely new group of people as those who showed up after continue to leave before he is even seen. They keep saying 20-30 more minutes but that's nothing but lies. If this says anything about the establishment it shows how poorly managed and run it is. If you can avoid this place. Please do. Or at least choose another location. read more

Absolute trash, they are no working, barely doing anything. This branch is not helpful. They won't see you if you have a cough and have been tested and have the results showing it's negative for Covid. Isn't the point of Urgent Care to get treated ?? But no they rather sit on their asses and take selfies. Little front desk girl was on Instagram. Just saying it's incredible, just because you are too lazy too work i shouldn't suffer, how about getting another job. You are here to treat people just FYI. I brought two evidences that I was COVID NEGATIVE. All of the workers were nice but expect a long wait time. I came in to have my test results read and after checking in and waiting for about 30'minutes I finally walked to the reception and asked for and estimated wait time. The worker told me to hold on while she walked to the back to check my chart. Shortly after she handed my chart to another nurse (who had been standing around) who called me in and gave me my results. What should have taken 5 minutes took over half and hour, plus there were only like 5 other people in the waiting room. I wonder how long I would've have had to wait if I didn't go up to the front after 30 minutes.... Make sure you ask for a wait time after you check in. read more

So very very very slow. Wish I could pick no star. Waited 45 min before asking how much long (other pts who came in after me were being called back) and the lady said she was by herself. Total wait an hour and 15 mins for a hearing test that took less than 5 mins to do. Then another 30 min wait to see someone to go over results - that didn't even take 2 mins. Then back into lobby to wait again to checked out - another 10/15mins. Appears like they have too many designated employees do each step of patient care makes overall care process take too long. read more

Took my daughter here for her employment drug screening, and waited forever. Waited maybe 30-40 minutes in the waiting room, then pulled into a room for a urine sample, then moved to another room where we had to wait again for a doctor to do the physical. We were at the clinic a total of 1.5 hours. The doctor was nice and quick. The staff was nice enough, just slow and inefficient. They didn't seem particularly busy either. read more

I tried to schedule an appointment ahead of time for an employer physical and was unable to speak to a person on the phone and instead was hung up on by the machine. Waiting time was about 2 hours, followed my a hearing test that was muffled by poorly working headphones. Then I waited about 30-45 min in an office for a dr. Dr. disappeared and was told to wait in the lobby even though I was done with my screening. Horrible communication and wait times. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Like some of the other reviewers here, I went for a DOT physical. If you are a truck driver DO NOT go here. They try every trick in the book to deny medical cards!!! Please read. The Dr. came in and acted like he didn't have time to even talk to me. He looked up and down me with pure disgust! First he tried to deny me because he said I had high blood pressure. I do not have high blood pressure and told him I'd call my personal Dr. to verify this. So he backed off that. Then he decided that he didn't like the medication I was on for diabetes. Please understand that the only thing that the DOT requires is that a driver with diabetes is not controlling their blood sugar with insulin, which I am NOT on. It makes no difference what medication my personal Dr. and I decided would work for me. When that fell through, he then refused to give me my medical card until I got a sleep study, with no conditions that would require it. In the end I read up and found out that it is perfectly acceptable for a driver to get a 2nd physical from another Dr. Needless to say I passed with flying colors! Very sad. I went here for my workers comp treatment. I had a tragic incident at work that lead to a death. I was under a lot of stress and anxiety and needed some medication to help me sleep, therapy and time off from work. The first day I went for my exam I was never prescribed any medication to help me sleep. Instead I was giving physical therapy for tension in my neck and back and a referral for psych and return to work on light duty. I kept going back every week asking for medications to help me sleep and requesting out of work until I have an psych evaluation. The treating physician told me she can't have me out of work just for a psych evaluation and that she has to have me back at work doing something. I have been crying everyday even at work. One day I had an episode at work that caused me so much anxiety I had to leave work and go to the doctor. That's when I finally got some medications for anxiety that helps me sleep then I was taken out of work for 5 days then had to return to work still waiting to be seen by a psych. Went back for a follow up and a refill for medications because I was only prescribed 7 pills. The treating physician said she can refill them but can't continue to fill the script and that I will have to find a way to cope with everything as if I'm not trying too. Just very on how I'm being handled. I have anxiety every time I have to deal with Concentra because they are so negligent to my care and treatment. I have a psych appointment coming real soon hopefully the real treatment and recovery begins. Pray for me. read more

One star is infinitely too many. Been there twice. Averaged 2.5 hours per visit. Went the other day and they didn't even check me in for 1 hour 25 minutes... I was the ONLY sick person in there... with the FLU. Meanwhile I hear 2 different people say that they just need a note for work. I then called corporate to complain (which I legitimately never would do) and the lady said "that's just how it is". read more

I went here for a drug test, which should have been a simple in and out procedure, especially considering it wasn't very busy. I was told to drink water and let them know when I was ready. I had to wait for 45 minutes after saying that I was ready to go now! Let's just say if my kidneys still hurt tomorrow I will be filing a lawsuit. No one over there seemed interested in helping me even after seeing that I was clearly in pain from what should have been a simple drug screening procedure. He went in for a follow up visit but unfortunately he suffers from anxiety attacks and had one in the waiting room...the big girl sitting behind the desk who is supposed to me a medical " professional" starts laughing at him! I went to Concentra for the first time this morning. Everyone was personable and very professional. I was there about 1-1/2 hours which included filling out paperwork and the necessary verification, seeing the nurse for vitals and a strep test, seeing the doctor who took the time to check an issue to satisfy herself that it was the correct diagnosis, and check-out paperwork. It was early on a Monday morning and there were only 4 people there - 1 in front of me. Overall, I was very impressed with the care I received. read more
