This is a review that was also posted on this companies web site. All of the reviews on that site are "moderated", so my guess is no one will ever read it on their site. I ordered 3 retractable banners from this company. upon receipt, one of the banners would not retract back into the base after the first setup. My first thought was the spring needed a tension adjustment. Also noted was a dent or damage on one side panel on base. being deaf, I contacted support on the chat interface. I asked if there was instructions on tension adjustment... apparently not... because I was advised by operator to take several pictures of the issue. When the pictures and problem description was sent, I was told I would be contacted by someone. I did the pictures, sent them, and waited... and waited... and waited. The email that I sent with pictures told them that time was of critical importance as this was Friday and I needed the banner by next Friday. Finally on Monday i get an email... this time they want a VIDEO of the problem. Some lame excuse about not working weekends. The email also told me they tried to contactf me on Friday... not too terribly hard since I was actually LOOKING for a response all day Friday. After hearing nothing on Friday, I needed to take the banner in to a local sign shop for repair... they fixed it by a simple tension adjustment and charged me $60.00. All support needed to do was tell me how to adjust the tension which was what i wanted to begin with. youtube is loaded with videos describing the procedure i came to find out. The banner works fine now, no thanks to NDF. Guess I will be dealing with other people for banner needs from now on as I have had quality issues on a previous order also. What a bunch of bulls#it! Took an hour and a half looking over the templates and designing my cards - the price said $25 and change for 500 cards, which is double what I pay at VistaPrint, but this place had more designs....then when I get ready to check out and pay they tack on another $2 for the front template, $2 for the back template and $22 for shipping! 500 cards for $51 now! I wasted my time with this company. VistaPrint may not have as many templates as this company, but I have always gotten a good product of 500 cards for $9.99 and FREE SHIPPING! This place sucks and I cannot recommend it to anyone read more

My company works with Next Day Flyers often and we haven't had a problem thus far. The ordering process is easy and we usually do the pick up option instead of having them ship. The flyers we get for our events are the thick glossy ones. They turn out nice. We also print event tickets with them as well and we usually get extras in the box (we count them to see how many we start off with for sales). Pick up is really easy. Even though the office closes at 6pm, you can send them the waiver to leave your items outside to pick up after hours. The gate is still open between 7:30-8pm when I usually arrive (due to traffic). The rack is located on the right side of the building. Pull up, look for your order number on the box, then grab and go! read more

I have been using Next Day Flyers since 2015 and I swear by their work. They are quick, knowledgable, and have great quality. I always request a preview before a project goes into production and if I see something I DON'T like, they are SUPER easy to get ahold of. I just call in and they work and tweak the project while talking with me. They will send a proof to my email so I can approve the changes while we are on the phone! Once I approve, that's it! I don't have much knowledge on creating designs or changing sizes of files, but they always get just what I'm asking for. I won't use any other company. read more

Excellent. I am very happy with the printing job. I used their templates, and made them myself. They shipped it on time and they came out really nice. I got double sided, 14pt, full color. I live in Los Angeles, so they are really close, so it took about 4 days from the time I placed the order. OMG, finally! An inexpensive on-line printing company that gets it right on the first print. Trees and people who need flyers/biz cards rejoice! The colors looked amazing, the blacks were, well, black and the order arrived 2 days before I was expecting being that I didn't pick (or pay for) the next day option. Getting cards that look good and are on time is like, well, a bit much like right- I feel like I can can move on from the abusive relationship I was in with my last choice in printers. Next Day Flyers prints great flyers. I have used them a few times to print for my church and then decided to use them all the time. However, the quality of their business cards is not so hot. I would equate them to vistaprint which is average business cards not top of the line. I just got 1k printed but plan to just go for the higher priced ones from a different site to get the quality I need. I will still use Next Day for everything else though becuase they are fast and their other products meet my expectation. read more

I've received cards with tire tracks on them as if they were run over on the floor, then picked up and shipped. Also, cards that were packed too early so the ink rubbed off on the other side, and cards where the color shifted a lot! Since they've been bought by a larger company, Nextday Flyers is no longer reliable. read more

I've use V'print in the past and found that they were meh, but got the job done ... so while doing a search for a discount code for the other guy, I came across Next Day Flyers ... so I thought I would check them out I found their design tools a little difficult to navigate, but I managed, and when I had a question about how to do something, they have an online chat feature, which proved to be very helpful. I figured I'd give them a try since their prices are so reasonable They are not kidding when they say next day! I didn't pay anything extra for a rushed delivery, but I received a notification the next day with my Fed Ex tracking number! THE CARDS ARE BEAUTIFUL The colors are true to the design, and the lettering is crisp. First order was messed up. Did they give a "100% refund no questions asked" like their website boasts? Nope. Customer service said "read the fine print." Nice. Second order: got tied up for two days waiting for a proof that never arrived, yet their website still showed expected delivery date of two days. No call. No place to approve a proof there either. No other email. And I need them for Saturday, which isn't going to happen now. Great. When I noticed the status didn't change for two days I called. No three strikes on this one. I've used this company for years for both business needs and personal stuff. They are fast and the prices are very good. Generally, I have been very pleased with the quality of the printing. I've had both very good service experiences, tempered with a handful of very poor service moments. As I write this, I've been on hold for about 20 minutes, got disconnected and had to call back. This is to fix a glitch with an existing order that I talked to a rep about Friday. Apparently that rep did not enter the order correctly, despite us talking about it at length. So, now I'm forced to waste time calling Next Day Flyers to fix the issue. However, if your artwork has been professional designed and is ready to print, you will like the pricing at Next Day Flyers. HORRIBLE BUSINESS CONDUCT !! DO NOT PRINT HERE! You WILL regret it if you have any type of deadline. I have written a review before on this place, but there service has gotten even WORSE. This place deserves NO STARS AT ALL. I have been using them for over 8 years because the company used to be awesome, but THEY HAVE BEEN SOLD. They are consistently weeks behind in production. They will tell you they will have your item done on time and then not meet the deadline. They will then give you their apologies with no rectification. They have failed me on 3 deadlines and the last one I finally cancelled because they said that they can't guarantee anything will be done on time because of "delays in production". If you ask for a manager they will put you on an indefinite hold. The call center is in Manilla and has NO COMMUNICATION with the center in the US that is actually printing the flyers. Event the templates available on their website are useless, because no one in the company understands them. They don't even know what a bleed line is! They have stopped after hours pick up and have a completely UN-functional website that doesn't work for payment. (All payment are done through an automated phone system that takes forever). Every time you order you HAVE to call to complete the order and the hold times are ridiculous. I have worked in the graphic design industry for over 10 years and I haven never seen such a blatant disregard when it come to providing a service on time. They simply do not care. Even the people working the desk in the office say that the company has gone to shit and to find another company. It is a shame, but this company has completely bombed since the buy out. I'm sure NDF is not reading these reviews. If they were, they would realize what a blunder it was to move customer service offshore. Amazing how comments have gone from 5 star to 1 star almost overnight. Poor communication between us and offshore, and between offshore and NDF local folks is the cause of our problems. For 9+ years we were used to placing an order, checking a proof and seeing at our door in 2 days. Or picking it up at the Dominguez Hills (now closed) facility. We have an order currently at NDF that was ordered and should have been delivered here yesterday, but has not yet been shipped. I have contacted NDF several times yesterday and today and the materials cannot be located. Now, instead of a $50 ground shipment, we will likely have to have a courier pick it up for $$$$ in order to try and salvage this job. See that nice photo of the front of the DH building? That's the facility that was once full of great people producing high quality work on time, and is now closed. Some jobs were moved to Van Nuys, but most were sent offshore. It's time to start supporting companies who keep their work in the US. Your job may be next. read more

I have been a loyal customer of NDF for many years, using them for my clients' business cards, flyers, postcards, event branding, and more. I've occasionally tried others (PrintRunner, Vistaprint, local printers etc.), but the combination of options, pricing, and speed is hard to beat. The printing quality is almost always excellent; occasionally there is some smudging or registration issue and they re-print it free of charge. Recently I had an issue where the carrier was having trouble delivering to my home address right before the holidays, and they offered to expedite a reprint to a different address, free of charge. Very courteous customer service. Will continue using them for my personal and professional needs :) read more

I'm baffled by this company. I've been trying for four business days just to get a proof for my box design. Their website function for the proof review process is extremely unhelpful if you've used their online design tool for your items. Their customer service team is incredibly difficult to get a hold of, dismissive, and unresponsive. The live chat is literally a useless tool as it appears that no agents are ever actually on it. The one time I did speak to an agent over the phone I was promised something they did not deliver. I've reached out multiple times since with no response. I never leave negative reviews, and have never been one to publicly express frustration with a company, but after such an extremely negative experience I feel I have no other option to get through to this company to express my dissatisfaction and try to get a response from them. My order has been delayed several days due to their lack of care or attention towards my small order and, at this point, I don't believe I will receive it by the date needed. My company has ordered everything from stickers, to business cards and 1/4 page flyers. We have also ordered custom cut printing for a movie release that required a little going back and forth because we were not quite sure of the protocol (being this custom order was all new to us). But their team worked with us over the phone and even provided advice on how we could improve our file quality for maximum resolution and vivid colors. I certainly cannot speak for all the one star reviews I see posted on this site.
