Order came, and it was the wrong finish on the cards that I ordered. They said it WAS what I ordered, and offered a 10% discount on my next order. So I pressed and quoted their no questions asked, "100% money back guarantee". They said that they would accept the cards back, but could not guarantee a reprint. I again noted that they say, "We will reprint your order." No answer. I write back to see how they want these cards returned... no answer. Told them I would dispute my card... no answer. I had a wonderful interaction with this company. I had a few issues submitting my files (those mistakes were made on my end), and I called the customer service line. I was helped immediately, and within minutes my problem was solved! THEN I had a malfunction (on their end) when I received my cards. No biggie, but it was an annoying error. I used the online chat and the problem was immediately addressed. They were apologetic for their mistake and have taken steps to fix the problem. Never have I been so disappointed and inclined to write NEGATIVE reviews about experiences with a company until this year. The acquisition of Next Day Flyers by Digital Room Inc has turned the company into a PIECE OF SHIT, a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! We have been customers of NEXT DAY FLYERS since 2008, and never have we EVER seen a company decline so rapidly, in such a short period of time. Your customer service is now AWFUL, the change in pick-up and boxes SUCKS, and you can't even get orders processed on time. We are so TOTALLY upset, to say the least. You are making our company look bad to our customers. We are starting to order elsewhere, like Color FX and Zoo Printing (for those of you looking for other vendors, their reviews are GREAT and they offer amazing incentives for repeat business), but have still been ordering from NDF didn't due to location convenience, that's it, and that's all, oh yeah, and the fact that the customer service manager, Jennifer Holt, ACTUALLY GIVES A SHIT about longtime customers!!! If we were a larger company, we'd make her a job offer. So, we placed a next day order on Thursday 2/5, for a first time customer of ours who needed their order the following day, today, 2/6, for a marketing campaign. With plans to make a great impression, and after being repeatedly told that the order would be ready and delivered to Rancho Dominguez for pick-up, which is now at another location, and can only be picked up after being delivered at the END OF THE DAY, you guys DROPPED THE FUCKIN BALL, AGAIN (excuse my French, but I am LIVID)!!!! So, now, because there is no more Saturday pick-up, we won't get the order until MONDAY AFTERNOON, well after the time they are needed. I just experienced the worst customer service ever and I feel totally ripped off . I am currently at an event with not enough flyers . Why ???? Because I ordered 400 but Next Day Flyers only sent me 100 . When I set up the order I spoke to them at length and they even sent me proofs . I've had numerous work orders done with NextDayFlyers and spent a good amount of money on what I hope a trusted and reputable company is. And that's totally fine. While all your product results are ok the overall experience I've had lately with my latest order has been more of an inconvenience and quite frustrating. It appears that their customer service is helpful in promising empty words. My last order was over $1000 dollars and you would think they would give my business (and anyone else's) a bit more care, but what makes this experience the worst topping to my already difficult and inadequate experience is that not anyone in this company are on the same page. Come on guys! You all follow the same policy and system, why is it that every time I call, it's always new (bad) news. I placed an order early Monday (7/20) and approved all proof's same day. Was promised that if I approved the proof by 5PM PST, that it would start production same day. Which I did. Spoke to numerous reps who all seem to be helpful and promised that they've coordinated with their supervisor and production team that my job order will be finished and ready for pick up on Friday (7/24). Perfect! Just today, 7/22 I received a wowed email stating that my order is ready for pick-up. As excited as I was, I still called to confirm if in fact it was ready. The rep told me that it would be available Monday (7/27)!! Outraged by what I just heard, I clearly stated that I was promised that it was ready for Friday pick-up as I will be needing this for a last minute event. THIS IS THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS COMPANY EVER dealt with. It appears that not anyone in this company is in sync with notations in their system. Guys at NextDayFlyers, Yes the reps are nice and seemingly helpful, but quite honestly if you market "For more than a decade, we have built our reputation with a simple premise: EVERYONE deserves high-quality printing delivered on-time with exceptional customer service" - Then why is that everyone's experience is by far opposite from what you advertise?! This is unacceptable and this is something that needs immediate attention by your company otherwise I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau for misleading statements. I gave my credit card # for a small job. I thought it would cost about 200 dollars. They immediately charged my card $877. I cancelled the order and have to wait 10-21 days to get my money back. I did get my money back in 5 days but not after having to pay an over draft of $35. Another printer charged $240 for the same job. read more

This time, I followed a link from their site to an online graphic design service and as a result, some of the files for my job got messed up and it printed incorrectly. I've used them for years but recently they have not been measuring up to the standard that I'm used to with them. They have messed up my previous 4 orders. Been using this company for years when I was in student orgs at UCLA. Next Day Flyers is cheap and good quality. Be aware though, they are so speedy in their production that they will literally take your order to the press after you click submit order online. I realized I had a mistake in my business card order, so I called them up and told them I needed to change something. It was only an hour since I submitted my order and they were already half way finished with it. By the end of the phone call they already finished my order -_-. O well, my bad. At least they gave me a little discount on reordering a new batch. Note that you won't necessarily have to wait the 2-4 days if you don't choose the next day option. I ordered 300 stickers from this company for an event. I individually stamp every sticker with the company logo so of course it didn't take me long to realize that I was short 11 stickers on each design. I called in & was told that in the Terms & Conditions it states that orders may be short by 10%. My order was short beyond the 10%. When you order stickers it does not state this anywhere, it doesn't even advise you to read the Terms & Conditions. I didn't receive my postcards until more than 6 days later. After the event for which they were required. I'm sorry some had a bad experience because my experience was very good. I DID have to call because I did not receive my PDF proof within the stated time, however received it shortly after. I chose Next Day Flyers because I needed promotional bookmarks for BookNBlab a game I created by a specific date. The expected delivery date was 9/26/2017, however I received it less than 2 days. I have been doing graphic design for close to 15 years. It is great to find a place that is reasonable in price and has a good turn around... I have used Next Day Flyers multiple times, and have always been satisfied with the quality they provide... I am located in San Fernando Valley, so the trip out to their location to pick up the order if it is necessary right away is a bit far... No doubt... But if you are coming from Downtown LA it is ok... Just give yourself some head room... You will be traveling through the downtown interchange and it does get clogged up... There were some reviews with very negative ratings... Completely reasonable if the order was placed and was not received, etc. However for those who complain about the artwork, additional borders, and things of that nature... DOWNLOAD THE TEMPLATES!!! Next Day Flyers provides the templates for most of their printes products. They are important! They will give you at least the visual guidance for setting up your design... If you are a professional designer, you probably have already known it... If you are a design client keep that in mind, that if you want to use a particular printing company, find out about their specs (bleeds, safe zones, boders, UV/MATE coatings, etc.) And let your design professional know ... Or at least guide them in the right direction, they will know what to do and how to translate that into a design. It will help you prevent misunderstandings with the printing companies. After all.. a designer creates the design and often is not required to actually print the work. Bottom line! Give NextDayFlyers a try! I am sure you will love them! read more

My business and personally have been using these guys for over 8-9 years. They have been really great and was very helpful for the business in the past. Not knowing that the NDF has been sold. Recently they have gone down the drain. All of my designs that was saved in their website completely gone. Recently made an order/paid in full in mid March, and only half was received. Today (April 16, 2015)made a phone call about the other half, and they said the other half never made to the processing department. Customer service said, I was suppose to make a phone call after I approved the proofs. Which I was never told that and never had to in the past. After reading the reviews on here, I hesitated slightly because I wanted my business cards to come out perfect. I didn't need them rushed so I placed the order last Wednesday and received them exactly a week later. The website is easy to use and allowed me to design my business card from scratch fairly quickly. I had no issues and got my cards today. They have gone downhill BIG Time. they used to fast and customer oriented and it seems now they could care less. We placed a large order that had some artwork issues which caused a delay. We spoke with management about timelines and he guaranteed it to me on time. It was not delivered costing us thousands. We asked for them to honor their guaranatee: LOVE YOUR PRINTS OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK! 100% happy or 100% refund! We make print products that make our customers smile. So when you´re not happy, we´re not happy and we´ll reprint or refund you, no questions asked! Other print companies don´t have the confidence to make such an offer but we feel that you deserve the very best product and service. This was a rush order so I went along with them because of the delivery date promised on their website checkout form. I called customer service on the day I was supposed to have received my order and the customer rep said it wasn't even on the printing press yet. Needless to say my client was furious so I had to eat the flyers. I got my flyers the next day, after the next day, after the next few days, and tack on a few more days. We even got them ruined by the delivery service leaving ours out in the rain, and Next Day Flyers replaced the whole order and shrink wrapped them.
