Possibly the most brutal and insulting customer service I've dealt with in a long time. Did not get me my stuff in time. There's a two week Grace. You can complain about it. I missed it by 36 hours because the reason I got the flyers was because I'm helping opening a new business and. And I've been really busy. The first offered me to just a 20% off coupon for my "next order". I offered to take store credit as well not even a cash refund. They then offered to give me a full refund once I returned the items at my expense and time. Again this is all because he didn't get me my product on time. I got it late which made them useless to begin with. And the kid who was talking to me clearly knew how much of a shitty company he worked for. I am going to bring up how horrible this company is anytime somebody brings up print work. And I'd like to let whoever is in charge of the company know, my order was only $40. Really disappointed in this company. I placed a request for an order online, I thought that meant I placed an order. I got an email asking for more information and I delivered everything that they asked in the email, I actually placed two requests for orders. When I placed the order, i had plenty of time for the product to be delivered but now I'm two days away from the event and through their confusion and back-and-forth emails, I have now missed my deadline and I'm scrambling to find another company. The design team needs to learn how to talk to people and stop with the back-and-forth emails because it wastes time. I don't like them and I will never recommend them. This was the first time I have used Next Day Flyers. I had basically provided them with the flyer I wanted to put to print with a few minor changes. The software I used was Power point. I was told they are not set up with power point, so someone from their design department will be re-creating it. I had used a bright sky blue color and pictures of skyscrapers (My company is a high-rise window washing company). The first draft they designed was dark grey, depressing, there were 3 pictures 2 were skyscrapers and the 3rd was like a picture of glass with rain on it. Because of how dark the page was, it looked like a depressing rainy day.PEOPLE WASH WINDOWS WHEN THERE IS NO RAIN, DUH!! Also....WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY. Not the DEATH of us. Going back and forth my second draft was as if an 8 year old made a birthday card. too bright, very busy with color. I had to explain many times we are a professional company. I exceeded my allotment of modifications, and I was still not happy. Luckily they did refund the extra charge of $25 for the 4th mod. Then, I had spent about a day or two collecting addresses of my clients and entering them in to a spread sheet. I submitted it and then they told me it's not in THEY'RE spreadsheet format. My boss was livid and wanted to pull back the entire order. I convinced him that we're almost done and we should continue. "What more could go wrong", I thought. It took me another day and a half re typing the addresses to they're liking. (mind you, I am the office manager, I am extremely busy). Finally, everything is done, submitted, and sent. Today, my boss told me a client has called and reported a spelling error. I am utterly embarrassed that close to 300 flyers have gone out to our clients and I have another 250/300 sitting in my office that are now, No Good. At this point I decided to check out yelp. There are many many bad reviews. I should have checked here before I wasted my time, energy and my company's money. Guess I learned my lesson. read more

Very cost effective printing, and they do custom sizes for you. Usually quotes are sent to you quickly/same day. The quality is good, but they do make mistakes, so I highly recommend checking your prints before accepting them entirely. If something is wrong, they will re print for free and as fast as possible. read more

I am a professional designer and have been ordering postcards for years. I decided to try NextDayFlyers for their cheap prices for the first time. Their file uploading system is just doesn't work for large files (artwork with several images). I was told to send them links to the pdf files which I did. But the "customer care" people at NextDayFlyers had no clue as tho how to CLICK on the link, and SAVE it. One of the links was not live for some reason, so they were not happy about COPYING the link from the email and PASTING it in the browser window. I truly think that their cust care reps are not trained at all as to how to work with digital files. To TOP it off, the rep was giving me directions as to how to send them PDF files (mind it I emailed them LINKS to pdf files), I told them that unfortunately I won't be ordering from this company next time, she said thank you and was gone..This kind of attitude towards customer satisfaction and support is what is NOT ACCEPTABLE. This only shows that they don't care about their customers at all. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I will pay a few extra bucks and have a better customer service!! read more

I agree with the other reviews that the pricing and quality of prining are good. But, what stuck out to me was their attention to detail. When I sent in the PDF for my postcards to be printed they noticed that my logo looked pixelated. I didn't notice this when I converted my design to PDF form. Found the company online when searching for someone to print some tri-fold flyers for my company. Read some mixed reviews here on Yelp, but took a chance and went with them. I downloaded their template files and created my own design, uploaded them and paid online (went for the regular 2-4 day service, I was in no rush). From the day I uploaded to the day I received them was a total of business days. Flyers look fantastic! excellent image quality, paper quality is nice as well. Even when I use the templates, I mess up. They always email me. ALWAYS to say that either they had fixed my files, or what I should do to fix them. They never let me print crappy stuff and they've been reliable for 7 straight years. They only goofed once and that's out of 100's of print jobs I've sent them. Zero Stars - I placed an order for Die Cut decals and received square cut decals and was only offered a refund for shipping. Humm $200 useless order but we'll give you $15 shipping back and now charge you $350 for what you want. Website clearly states click here for Die Cut stickers. There are plenty of better sites out there and cheaper. Went with NextDayFlyers as they received a top rating from an online review. Clearly see that they bought that rating with all the extra money they make off their clients. I have placed at least a dozen orders from NDF in the past six months and I am very satisfied. The price is right and the service is fast. Sometimes it's quite a long hold time to speak to a live person but there is usually no need once you can navigate the site and do it yourself. Wow! I wish I would have discovered these guys years ago. A great experience all around. Service. Quality. And super cheap! As always, we waited until the last minute to get our materials done for our upcoming tradeshow. I had 1000 12-page booklets and two 7' retractable banner stands to create in just a few days. I had heard good things about Next Day Flyers so I decided to give them a try. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about getting my printing done online. But with my tight timeframe I really had no choice. I crossed my fingers and submitted my art. Of course, I messed up on the file specs. Luckily, Jennifer at Next Day caught the mistake immediately and sent me a note to help me fix the error. I quickly received a new proof. It looked great. But a couple hours after I approved the proof, I noticed a typo. I quickly called the customer service department to see if I was too late to fix it. A cool guy named Elfego was able to contact the guys on the printing press and pull my job off in the nick of time. I re-submitted the files yet again. Success! Today, I received the banner stands and booklets. They look amazing. The print quality is really good. I can tell their press people are real pros. Believe me, I've been working with printers since 1989 and must admit this is one of the best printing experiences I've ever had. Super fast. Great customer service. Super affordable. And excellent results. The website is also really easy to use. It took me just a few minutes to order my stuff and upload the files. Everyone at the office is raving about the brochures and banners. I've been with Next Day Flyers since 2007, we've done over 100k in printing every single year! I WAS a huge fan of theres! I can get better pricing from one of my secret printers but, NDF always came through with super fast printing and has given my company Urban Profile .net a great reputation. With this new buyout I'm so disappointed and it upsets me that I have to find a new reliable printer. 1. There prices have all gone up without giving us resellers any heads up to change our pricing (if u call in and tell them your a reseller they will honor our old pricing for now) but will increase once they finish website migration. I've lost money on several jobs! 2. Their next day service is now bullshit, they will finish next day but after business hours... 5:30-7pm, I cannot deliver to my customer till the day after that? and I cannot have my driver in the middle of all that traffic, when normally for us it would be the next day around 12 noon or sooner? WTF? 3. I was always known for designing a flyer on a last minute friday and submitting by 6pm and having it my customers hand in time for their event on saturday... nope! not anymore, thats gone now!!! if I submit on friday, I cannot get my product till monday, that pisses me off so much, thats what my company is known for! 4. I just received 8 sets of business cards today, and I asked for uv on front and NO uv in back, because my customers writes appt times in the back, I even pay $5 extra to remove it. I received them with uv on BOTH sides... they said they cannot offer no uv anymore, even if its black and white? they have to be both or none at all? but if u choose none then it has to be 70lb uncoated, not 14pt!!! Now I have to wait 7 days to process my refund and order from someone else... 5. Customer service SUX! Everytime I talk to them it's slow and long and they have to put you on hold for 5 min so they can talk to their manager, several times during the same phone call.... it's very frustrating trying to deal with them! They have to be from outside the country, theres no way they are here in the US, I don't care what they say! 6. This is petty but, I hate their new boxes and the way they package them. 7. I hate the way their website now... the way they handle payments and paying for your job, proofs, order status, check out don't reflect correct pricing, so I have to call in every single freakin time. I never write bad reviews... I'm a business owner and I can totally relate. I would never do that but in this case I had to!!! I had to restructure the way I do business, I have to restructure all my pricing, I can no longer offer my 24 hr turnaround like I used to, I cannot offer my rushed saturday delivery... what I've been know for! I have another printing company that I've been with a long time too, I will share my trade secret! Just keep in mind a few things.... customer service sux, printing is slower than NDF and they don't answer their phone half the time! BUT they are prob the cheapest you will find, and unlike NDF they offer spot uv, foil, silk lamination etc.... and decent shipping cost. it's grprint dot com, I would also look at Americas printer for quality and reliability and ok price. I've recently used Zoo printing for a very large job and they impressed me with price by beating everyone and customer service. I will use them more often... If you are a commercial business do not use them. They have our address set-up as residential & i have been arguing with them & Fedex about our delivery that is in the 'residential hell-hole'. I now have to stay after hours until 8pm for fedex to finally show-up. NextDayFlyers takes no responsibility for the delay, blaming the mix-up on fedex & fedex says it's NDF. But I am the customer and still left without a the product that I paid extra for expediting. read more

I had a wonderful experience with next day flyers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for printing services. I used them to print save the date postcards for our wedding. Since I was not there in person, I asked for them to proof the design before sending it out to me. I received an email back from them quickly with potential issues with the images and services I had selected. For example, they noticed that I had address lines on one side and that I would want to be able to hand print guests' addresses and that the UV coat I had selected would not work for this. They also let me know when my text was outside of the safety border. Their proofing saved me a lot of time and headache. I had the final product in hand today, and the printing is absolutely amazing. The first couple of times I used them for simple postcards or sell sheets, everything actually worked out great. Yes, the quality wasn't as good as I had seen from other printers but the price made up for it so that I was happy to compromise. BUT then, the very first time they screwed up on a print, things started to turn ugly. The first CS rep didn't know what she's talking about and told me over the phone "they don't send a digital proof since I could use it to shop somewhere else". I let you decide how stupid that statement is on so many different levels! After telling them how frustrated I was and that i'll never place another order with them, I got a call from someone else supposedly trying to "resolve the matter to my satisfaction", which if you look at their site is what they promise. There is a big note about "you're either 100% satisfied or your money back". That is simply NOT true. After 2 more emails from the same person promising the claim is being processed, she simply disappeared and stopped responding to emails. I had a situation with one of them, a manager heard the recorded conversation and determined the customer service member was out of line and she "assigned me" a specialist. No were to be found. Terrible service since new ownership. The website is not user friendly while checking out. Often times the payment section does not work. Because of this, you then have to call an unreliable sales rep making the process inconvenient and inefficient. The orders sometimes ship out when they're supposed to, sometimes not. YOU have to go check on the status of an order, you don't receive any notification if your order is marked pending when they informed you otherwise. There is nothing Next Day about Next Day Flyers. Not worth the hassle- find a different vendor. read more

I read the reviews and took my chances as well. FULL OF REGRET. I have used NDF in the past because they are offset quality. My recent printing did not look offset at all. It looked like DIGITAL PRINTING. The printing was fuzzy. You can see the printing streaks. The colors are washed out. If you are doubting whether to use them, JUST DON'T USE THEM. The rumor of them being poor quality company is true. I have now 200 terrible prints of regrets. EDIT: One of the manager has called back and heard my concerns. They have changed to having digital for prints under 250. Which is a bit of a loss. I'm getting a full refund, so at least Customer Service is helpful. read more
