I had ordered business cards with photographed projects and text: One star for delivery as expected. Print quality was very poor- ink rubs off on to your fingers when you touch them; they smudge make a print impression of the business cards above and below in the pile. Artwork was different to the online proof, i.e. borders on images had miraculously got larger around my photo images, and 14pt card stock seems thinner than other companies' used in the past. Thoroughly disappointed on all levels. I don't usually write reviews, but this one I believe was absolutely necessary. I will be spending an extra $20 with another printer to get the professional results I expect. read more

I signed up just to forewarn anyone from using this place. I rarely order online. I never feel safe putting my credit card info "out there." Here is a story about why. I was helping my wife get some wedding invitations together for her best friend back in July 2010. We used their horribly clunky online design center and saved our progress before heading out for dinner. The next morning we came back to complete the design, low and behold it couldn't be found. After 20 minutes on the phone with customer support whom I could barely understand, I was informed "this happens" and they are "sorry for the inconvenience." Since we needed something within the next 2 days, we decided to power through and complete the order and design. 2 days passed and our order never showed up. We called in and were informed someone should have contacted us with questions to how we wanted the items printed. Of course no one did. FINALLY, after one wasted trip down to gorgeous Compton (where they are located) and 3 extra days, we had our mediocre wedding invitations. I'm pretty sure I could have done a better job with my 8 year old Canon printer at home. Mind you, this is the only place I've used my credit card online in, oh, three years or so. Within a month after this order was placed, BoA called me up in the middle of the day and questioned if I was attempting to purchase a Vizio plasma and 3 laptops from costco.com with a delivery address in Carson, CA. Low and behold, someone on staff there, who had access to credit card information decided to do some early Christmas shopping on my behalf. Either that or their horrible website is incredibly insecure. When I called customer service, I was informed they have a firewall in place and it is impossible for customer data to leak. The IT woman eventually talked to had a very very thick Asian accent and was VERY VERY defensive. In short, she called me a liar. Long story short, don't buy from here unless you want shoddy stationary and your identity stolen. read more

My review of NDF is mixed. I've had bad work from them and a number of good jobs as well. Their batting average with our company is about 500. Why do I keep coming back? Never thought you would ask. Price and schedule is a big incentive. As a reseller . . . I wish NDF would send samples to us when we ask for drop shipping direct to our customer. We've not been able to get samples on our jobs and at times it puts us in an awkward position. It seems that NDF does not know how to be a trade resource yet. read more

Excellent customer service. I ordered different products in two shipments, and then realized that I would save some on the shipping costs if we could merge the two orders together. After a quick phone call, they said that it wouldn't be a problem. I also had to cancel part of an order because I uploaded a document that had incorrect measurements - they helped me through the process of creating a custom DVD cover, showed me how to upload my new files, and took time to repeat instructions to me. read more

Very disappointment with the quality of the cards I received! The edges were of a sub-par cut and 14pt is NOT ULTRA THICK as they claim. Requested a refund and you have to hear from the "Quality Control Department" before your refund is approved which takes a couple days.....Once that's done and refund granted the account we happened to use was closed when they issued the refund. I called next day flyers and told them the account was closed so they said they have to wait for the bank to reject the refund and that would be about 2 weeks. The refund was issued by next day flyers on 10/27/14. Once the refund came back from the bank they would issue me a paper check. Over 2 weeks later I call next day flyers 11/17/14 today and they can't confirm anything and they have to speak to accounting...At that point i get disconnected so I call my bank CHASE and they say the refund was rejected on 10/28/14 and sent back on 10/29/14! SO how come no one from next day flyers got back to me or where is my refund??!! I call back and while on hold with a new rep the old rep calls back and says that she is taking care of it and confirms my mailing address. So I switch back to the other rep let her know what the old one says and she then says her supervisor said I need proof that the refund was returned.. I told her that I don't have to worry because the other rep says she will take care of it..... 30 minutes later the rep calls me again and says she needs proof.. WHY do you need proof.. Can your accounting department not see that the refund amount was not debited from their accounts? Why do i have to jump through so many hoops for my refund.. She says she is just a go between and will let the accounting department know.. Once i hang up I call the bank and they say they do no such thing as provide proof the a refund was returned .. The bank says next day flyers has to recall or cancel the refund method... So now I'm sitting here waiting for the rep from next day flyers to call me back AGAIN... Why wasn't all this done 2 weeks ago and why do you not know if a refund you made was accepted or rejected by a bank... This company is truly disappointing in the way its account department operates... What kind of company can't keep track of every penny? Will not do business with them again and be warned the claim of 14pt as 'Ultra thick" is extremely misleading... For a card to be thick it needs to be 16pt or better. read more

Let the buyer beware! This company used to be AMAZING! And, I mean AMAZING. So, even though I haven't used them in about a year (because I wasn't doing regular print jobs), I decided to give them the first shot at my project. Granted, it was around Christmas. So, I didn't expect an on-time arrival. I ordered on the 16th, with the 2-to-4 day print. That put my arrival date at the 24th. Again, it would be super if they arrived on the 24, but I said, "Hey. We can do the 26th." Well, it didn't arrive on the 26th. I said, "Well, it's a great company. They know what they're doing. I'll just call and check the expected arrival date." They told me that the flyers would definitely be there Tuesday, December 30th. I said, 'Good. I'll be on the lookout." Well, today is the 5th - still no flyer. I used to get an e-mail that told me when the item was shipped and when to expect arrival. I didn't get that. I used to get an e-mail that told me that the print job was complete. I didn't get that. So, those were the yellow and red flags. I associated all this with the holidays, but I am almost certain there's a bigger problem. I've done at least twenty orders with this company, always receiving my order within 24-hours of the time expected. The flyers are always color-perfect too. So, I am sad to see that the company is dying. The near-perfect systems they used to have were sadly corrupted by some internal change. If the company was in-fact sold, you'd better figure it out QUICK. Some bad karma maybe...I don't know. I will not be using this service again, until I see the kinds of comments that let me know that you all offer the type of service I have come to expect. The worst thing about all of this is that the company doesn't resolve issues as fast as they used to do it. So, I have the second issue of getting my issue resolved. I try not to expect anything one way or the other - to let actions speak for themselves. So, we'll have to see. But, I check shipping numbers several times a week. It shouldn't take more than five-minutes to see that my order was not shipped. And, it shouldn't take more than another five minutes to approve my sending an updated print order. Apologies are not resolutions. Next Day Flyers should make a resolution to be a stronger company and to provide the service excellence we've come to appreciate. this is the only place I use for my postcard printing. Easy to use, great prices, then they raised their prices and their website freezes sometimes when I try to read the instructions on postcard design upload. Sometimes it work fine, other times it doesnt. Next day flyers used to have a deal for 1000 postcards for $34 which was the best deal. But then the price went up to $42 almost $50 with tax which is still not bad, $52 for next day delivery. I noticed they lowered their prices after they initially raised them, I could be wrong. They are a good place to get affordable printing done with good quality. I gave them only 4 stars for raising their prices. I recommend them. They are the only company I use for printing. read more

Ordered 250 magnets for my business and everything looked great in preview. 2 weeks later I received the magnets and they look nothing like the proof. The black background looks like the were running out of black ink and its grey. The colorful logo looks like washed out. Just a horrible job! First order and last one as well! read more

I am writing this review while on vacation in Hawaii. Why would I take time out of my vacation, the only vacation I have had in two years to write a review? Well since I already had to take a couple of hours out of my vacation to deal with yet another man made obstacle I figured I owed them this much, the day already spoiled. I run a small volunteer based non profit animal rescue and before leaving I told my assistant we would have an order going in to NDF. She rolled her eyes. And why shouldn't she? The nine months she has been with us she has seen nothing but artificial issues and and overblown obstacles from NDF. She has been begging me to find a new printing house for a month. But she doesn't remember the 3 blissful years we spent at NDF with our service rep Bobbie taking care of our every need. She doesn't remember the upgraded perks we would get to help us as a non profit. The star service for our small business. One day the perks stopped coming, but we were ok with that, but there was no excellent service that followed. Instead when forced to chose 2-4 days (our overnight perk was long gone) we found it was never 2 days or even 3 it was more like 4 and mostly 6! Anytime we submitted a file, a file we BUILT ON THEIR OWN PHOTOSHOP TEMPLATE there was always an issue. We'd be staring at our file perfectly within their green and pink lines and yet an issue would come--usually 24 hours later -- and getting them to deal with that new proof wasted another day. It started to feel as if they were trying to delay your starting clock! Yes you got your order in on Monday, but we sent you our "issues" with your proof on Tuesday and they didn't get approved until end of day so you really don't start you 2-4 days until Wed.... What is this some kind of scam? A way to get us all to pay more for next day service? If you go and look at our order history you will see that every order over The last six months this is the exact pattern. Here and there they drop a 10% off but that is only after we have had to battle with them for days. Battle with our printing place!? Are we nuts? No, just truly loyal to a company that always got it more than right. I couldn't believe now that everything could be so terribly wrong. So this is it for us. Having ruined day 2 of my 4 day vacation with work and still not have come up with a satisfying conclusion, I am sure all the other customers who remember the old days are also waiting to take their business elsewhere. i always use them since they're fast and close by for pick up but it always frustrates me how they dont compensate for their mistakes! they made a typo in my email address so the proof didnt get to me and they called me on the day it was suppose to print telling me that it didnt. this is the 5th time they did this. However, the proofing process made me wait over and over again. I experienced terrible customer service from Zuzze. I know they are not using their real name, but I am sure the other customer might experience the same from Zuzze. I wouldn't consider doing business with them unless you have a lot of time spending on rushing their proofing team and just waiting for the email to notify you about the proof. read more

Our "next day" order turned into a "next week" order despite using the exact same template which was accepted with no problem 2 orders ago (and this time magically didn't fit the bleed dimensions), and your proof department jerking us around saying they'd send us proofs only to wait 3 days and an hour long call while we waited for the proofs to make it to our email eventually. While I was waiting for the proofs to make it to our inbox, on hold with your useless customer service squad, I put together a new order through vistaprint for cheaper. And if our tracking numbers are to be believed the emergency order I chose to do through your company will be arriving after the new vistaprint order that would have been yours if not for your "next week maybe..." service. read more

I used their template. instead of calling you to alert you that there is a holdup on your NEXT DAY ORDER, they simply email and let it ride. nothing is wrong with the files. they claim the file size is wrong. it's not . i sent them the proof. on my last order they decided to add a border that was not on my file. horrible service. I ordered from this company for the first time and i wish and had read some of the bad reviews about customer service, because they were spot on. And with the replies from the company back to the review about the customer service they are full of B.S. I believe action shows what people are about and the fact they couldn't respond to me with an answer of how they wanted to fix the issue they cause by giving me postcards that were messed up. My logo on the flyer is supposed to be yellow and it came out half yellow and half white. I was trying to figure out how to upload on here the photo so people can see, but i can't figure it out. (if there is a way please let me know). I am really disappointed at they way they handled this and wish they could have at least let me know what they wanted to do to fix this. I am sure they will come on here to say they care about their customers and all that but, actions speak and not what you say especially after the fact. Don't tell me you care about customers after not responding to 3-4 of their emails, and telling me to take more photos after i took enough for you to see that YOUR company messed it up. I immediately contacted them and sent them photo's of the mess up, and explained to them I am in the middle of opening a second location and these flyers are important for the pre sales of the opening. Still no response, fed up with companies that just take money and do crappy work and don't fix the mess ups. So after reading reviews its seems ass if the company is going down hill with the quality and not caring about fixing it. I hate leaving reviews as its a waste of my time and have better things to do, but when a company flat out disregards their customer's, its time for me to sit down and let other people know so they don't get caught up in the same mess that I did. I used their online service and I am so disappointed. After hours of working on my document, checking, rechecking, saving and resaving, I finally felt it was perfect and submitted it to be printed. When I went today to check on the status, the image of my flyer they had on the website was missing a large section. It was completely blank! I am not crazy. There is no way I would have missed such a glaring problem before I submitted the document. However, when I called I was told that there was nothing they could do except offer me a 15% discount on a reorder! Are you kidding me?! I have worked with nextdayflyers since 2009... i'm a little shocked by the low rating on Yelp because I have had great experiences with them. Their service has been always outstanding. There were times where they had given me extra postcards/business cards for no reason. They would give discounts for any mistakes that they may have made, which were rare. Yesterday, I received my stickers from them that I had made and I was so sad that the color was a little off. I went into the live chat and shared about how the color was a little bit more green than what I had, and the situation was pretty much my mistake for putting in a RGB color mode instead of a CMYK. I understood that was my mistake but the lady spoke to the supervisor who let me upload a new file with the new color designs AND let me pick it up the next day without having to pay for anything. This would allow me to finish my project without it being late. I really appreciated it and they will have my continued business and recommendations to all of my friends. read more

Absolutely worthless. I've created artwork and managed probably 1000 print jobs over my career, and without a doubt, Next Day Flyers is one of the worst printers I've ever dealt with. Good luck getting a real human on the phone if you have a problem, or simply want to check on the status of an order. And if you do, they'll blame your artwork for ANY problem that pops up. Next Day Flyers is awesome! I run a small business in Chicago and was printing flyers for marketing. I had been paying Kinkos and UPS on an as needed basis and spending $1.00 per flyer on my products. From next day flyers, I got 500 flyers and 500 bookmarks for under half the price. They come all folded, and they look great. The first time I got the flyers, they didn't look perfect due to an issue with the file and the staff got back to me right away to fix it and resend them for free. I had a great experience with the customer service. Highly recommended! read more

First, I must say that once we finally received the correct order it was very nice! However, it took almost a month to get the correct order confirmed and then delivered. After initially receiving the wrong product our office experienced tremendous difficulty reaching customer service and quality control. It took several phone calls and emails over a couple of weeks to finally get 25% refunded and the correct order. It was rather irritating and I cannot say that our company will order from here again. read more

My next day order still shows up as "In Production" on their site - several days after ordering and even AFTER I picked them up. I had to call to make sure they were ready and was offered an insulting 5% discount on my next order to compensate me for the inconvenience. It's especially crappy because they have 10% coupon codes on their site! To boot they only give you a half hour window between 5:30-6 pm to pick up next day orders! Simply the worst, I will never use this company again. Horrible customer service. Never again! read more
