Upon arrival he quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part which he installed 2 days later and the problem was fixed. Outstanding service. I called the office this morning and was scheduled an appointment for after 4pm. I received a call from nextfix, he was available in my area so he came to diagnose my dryer. He arrived at 1pm, found out the issue, dryer belt broken. He replaced the belt.He did a complete check of the motor and pulley and said everything was in good condition. He charged me $147 and was done at 1:45. I also have a 30 day warranty. I was so pleased with the service and the price. I highly recommend using their service. read more

My dryer was making a loud banging noise and would not spin right. He diagnosed bad drum support rollers and the belt, replaced both in one visit, cleaned the vent and the dryer too.
