A few days before the delivery date, Nacho called me to confirm everything. The morning of the delivery Christian and David arrived early (fine with that!) and introduced themselves and began laying down heavy duty rugs at the garage and front door entrance into the house. David was obviously the foreman and he and Christian worked well together. Very patient and kind with each other especially as they worked the larger items into the house and set them up. They asked for my input throughout the morning on where to place things. They provided an efficient unloading process. The only thing amiss was they couldn't locate my queen bed frame. That was no issue because Nacho delivered a replacement and set up the bed for me. Nacho has been in business for many, many years and I learned that he genuinely enjoys what he does. He is a positive and family oriented individual. I appreciate his and his team's professionalism, friendly nature, and that they bring truly a quality and affordable service to our community.

Him and his partner David showed up early and knocked out the job efficiently and quickly. He did not charge us until after the job was done and he was very accommodating. I highly recommend! Autogo Transport

    Autogo Transport

I contracted AutoGo to move a 2012 Honda Accord from Chicago to Seattle. I had received a quote for…read morethem a few weeks before my move, but forgot to finalize the booking; thankfully, AutoGo was able to preserve my price of $1315 for the move, despite my last-minute order. Their pickup schedule was somewhat delayed; they give a pickup range, then have the truck driver call 24 hours in advance to set a firm time to get the car in question. For me, this meant a week's delay while the driver finished other pickups in nearby states. My car was finally picked up exactly seven days after the initial estimated pickup date. The truck driver had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand on the phone, but he got as close to the pickup location as his truck size would allow. Perhaps to compensate for the delayed pickup, AutoGo got my car out to Seattle within 10 days of its being picked up (for a two- to three-week transit time estimate). They couldn't - or weren't willing to - get as close to my destination as I'd have liked, so I wound up taking an extended bus trip to their preferred garage rather than have the car brought more conveniently close to me. On delivery, the car was in excellent condition; I found no new scratches, dings, or other damage on its exterior. In addition, AutoGo let me pack about 150-200lbs worth of extra stuff in the trunk and back seat, so as to avoid paying a separate moving company extra; all that material was untouched as well. Overall, AutoGo did well on the actual transport of the car, but lacked a bit in timing, scheduling, and communication. I would recommend AutoGo for people who are both shipping a car long-distance and are willing to wait a few weeks for it to get there.

I picked autogo transport out from many companies who contacted me to give the quote. I needed the…read morecar to be transported from AZ to SC. The broker was very helpful and found someone to transport the car very quickly. The driver who delivered the car was also nice and quite fast. When he came to pick up the car he marked down every little scratch. Upon delivery there was something what had come open in a bottom of the car and the driver started arguing that it was already there when he picked the car up but he had not marked it on the inspection paper. We did not want to argue and paid for fixing it. Luckily it was only 20 dollars but whatever company you choose make sure that you know what is written on the inspection paper and if there is something wrong with the car when it is delivered because of the drivers mistake then they have to pay for it. It cost 990 to ship it. I would use autogo again since they are quick and the price was lower than most of other brokers. Also they do not take any deposit from you. You only have to pay when the car is picked up.

The pilar posts being damaged is unacceptable. I could bring the new car luster could not be buffed out. I had to by new covers for the Pilar's to cover the damage. The issue of overspray in the engine compartment and interior of the car was unexceptionable and required many hours to remove it. As for the cost or value of the repairs done were mediocre at best. I will not be using this repair shop in the future, should the need arise!

Eli, the manager, assured me he'd take care of everything. I signed the work authorization and left my car right before closing, after driving nearly 2 hours to get it there. From the start, communication was terrible. When I dropped off the car, it took 45 minutes just to speak to someone. I was passed around from person to person until I was finally sent to Eli. After that, I couldn't get a straight answer -- neither I nor my insurance could reach him for weeks. A month later, he finally called back and said the parts were on the way. That gave me the impression my electrical issues were being fixed, just like they promised. Then, my insurance company accidentally sent the payout to me. Trying to do the right thing, I paid Eli directly, even though I'd now been without a car for over two months. Then I got a call from a new mechanic who said the car was almost ready -- only to later tell me they had no idea what was wrong with the electrical system and had only fixed cosmetic damage. That was never what I brought my car in for, and I never authorized that work. They said the estimator believed it was accident-related -- but they never even ran a diagnostic before charging me and my insurance. Eventually, another manager, Albert, got involved and offered a complimentary diagnostic -- but only AFTER I had already been charged and waited months. Throughout this whole time, I received no updates, no emails, no calls. Just silence. It's now been 4 months, I still don't have a fully fixed car, and I lost my job because I had no vehicle. O'Reilly Collision Center took my money, ignored my real issue, did unauthorized repairs, and left me worse off than when I started. If they had told me from the beginning they couldn't fix electrical problems, I would've taken my car elsewhere. I'm now being forced to take them to small claims court to get my deductible and repair money back. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.
