Told her Fatima said to call the day of and they would put it on hold til Saturday. Well, I came in person on Friday (the very next day after I talked to the associate) and my order was already canceled! This is the first time this ever happened to me. I have always been able to call other Ulta locations and have them hold the orders for a few days until I pick them up. I asked for Fatima and she was able to let me get those items for the same sale price. Store was nice and clean. In-store service was good. Depending on who you'd get.

I take great pride in how smooth my hair is, so I KNOW there were no knots. Again, benefit of the doubt (maybe she was having an off day), and I'm also not inclined to argue so long as the result looks good. Which brings me to another thing. Before asking if that was what I was looking for, she took the cape off. I asked if she could cut it even shorter and she rolled her eyes at me, threw her head back, and asked "Why didn't you just tell me 2 inches EARLIER?" I did tell her two inches, and she showed me three. I didn't want to argue with the expert, so I said let's go with one for now (and she showed me two inches). I did double check at home and realized her inches were off. I actually went to a ruler and measured. But I also make it a point not to be rude to the ones doing me a service, so I didn't argue about it. It was at this point, I realized she was likely not having an off day and that this was her personality. She had me out of the chair in less than fifteen minutes, no goodbye and no "have a nice day", and she snatched the tip out of my hands. At first, I was just content to leave it alone. Her service personality is terrible, but at least she did a good job, right? No, because when I came out, my brother saw the back of my head and asked if it was supposed to look so rough. I had jagged lengths and uneven layers in the back. I had to go home and fix what I could. I came to the conclusion that she wanted me out of the chair as soon as possible regardless of whether it looked good or not. To be fair in my own judgement, I gave my cut a few days to get used to it and I styled it different ways before giving this review. It's acceptable, but disappointingly so. In conclusion, I would not take Coco if you have/are a sensitive person and/or you are unsure of what you want. She wants you to be decisive and doesn't seem to care for any sort of politeness. If that works for you, then it works for you. It does not work with me and the ones I would have told to come here. I wanted smokey eyes and bold, wine lips. And a flawless, porcelain face. Basically, vampire makeup lol the airbrush makeup really took my interest as well.
