You can either order through the self-service kiosk by the window or you can go front to the cashier. They do not take the rewards points or at least it didn't take mine. I scanned my barcode on the kiosk and it wouldn't work. I looked at the app and this location wasn't even on it. So idk what's going on with that. I ordered the Godzilla and veggie and my bf ordered the thunder and geisha rolls. The total for the four rolls was $33.41 with tax. We ordered at 11:16 am and got our food at 11:27. Decided to give Nhinja another chance after having a not-so-great experience about 6 years ago at a different location. And my opinion still stays the same y'all, this sushi spot is just not it. They do get points for being affordable for sure. Almost all their rolls are below $10 - so it is super affordable as far as sushi goes. But, their rice is unseasoned, and that's my make or break when it comes to sushi. If the rice isn't seasoned, then it just isn't made right. Also they get some points for making the sushi pretty fast, as well as for keeping the place clean. Service was great too. I am pretty harsh when it comes to seasoned rice in sushi though, so unfortunately this is a no go for me. read more

My husband and I have been big fans of Nhinjo since their Nhinja days on the north side of Oklahoma City. We eat there at least a couple of times a month, and love that they provide a more economical sushi option in a quicker, more casual atmosphere. This weekend, we tried out the new location for a Chinese New Year celebration, and we had a blast. Nhinjo has a self serve kiosk which was nice because I knew exactly what I ordered. I ordered the yakitori and cream cheese puffs as an appetizer and they were delicious. The yakitori were chicken skewers with teriyaki sauce and the cream cheese puffs consisted of crab meat and cream cheese fried to perfection Then we finished our dinner with the Nhinja sushi roll and honey chicken rice bowl. The sushi is fresh. No complaints about the quality. My complaint is about the lack of wasabi and ginger. What I mean is that there is not any given. This is the second time I have picked up or had my sushi delivered and did receive any wasabi or ginger. I have never been to a sushi place that did not give those items with a sushi order. No complaints I also got a small and large fried rice, it was pretty good! I wished it had a bit more flavor, I think I've had better elsewhere. The workers are nice and caring towards people, however the food was not that good. We ordered the nhinja roll and the thunder roll. They were both such a disappointment. I have had sushi from Japan and sushi all over Oklahoma City, and yes I know that Oklahoma City does not have Japan Level sushi. However besides the point, it was not even OKC quality in my option. In their sushi rolls, they put too much rice in their rolls that becomes overpowering to the point you cannot taste the seafood or vegetables. The seaweed that they used was too chewy that you were too focus on not getting choked to even enjoy the small amount of vegetables or seafood. I gave this restaurant a 2/5 stars because I didn't have anything else besides the sushi. They do have an extended menu of other foods that I have not tried. I typically enjoy sushi very much and am fairly versed with flavors. My boyfriend and I chose postmates to order from here. There was a good selection of sushi and priced fairly well. The sushi, however, was atrocious. It was super dry, tempura shrimp was very overcooked and was gummy. My SO ordered a chicken dish that was extremely dry chicken - almost as if it had sat out all day and then reheated, he did say the flavor was extremely good. I had leftover sushi I didn't even open to save today for lunch... I took one bite and threw it away. The crab was not pleasant at all, and the inside was again, very gummy and chewy as if it were overcooked. I wish I could love this place but at the current time I can't. My SO and I were very disappointed in the food. I will say with COVID and all there's a lot of pressure on restaurants right now, so we may try again in a few months when things return to normal.. but it's not typical for us to take a couple of bites and throw food away. The fortune cookie had no fortune inside. But mostly, my criticism comes from the sashimi. It's my normal go to in all sushi places. The salmon sashimi was thin sliced like you would do for a roll, not a sashimi cut. And extremely slimy. I'm guessing it wasn't refrigerated consistently or was too old.
