    Pambazo with asada
    Jacqueline F.

This Mexican food truck was pretty awesome. They were invited to set up at a celebration of life event very last minute. I ordered a Pambazo, which is an Enchilada dipped telera bread, toasted that is filled with refried beans, Asada, romaine, cotija cheese, and crema. It's very bready. I ate this with a knife and fork. It's was really tasty! Other things in the menu were quesadillas, tacos and a grilled cheese with the enchilada dipped Telegraph bread. They had nopales on their menu. I was introduced to this very recently. It's a cactus, and it has the same consistency as like a roasted pepper but crunchier. Would eat them again!

Their awesome Pambazo de carne asada!!

Celebrated Taco Tuesday today by trying Ni De Aqui Ni De Aya after reading about them in the Phoenix New Times. Had some delicious tacos al pastor that included pineapple, onion and cilantro with your choice of green or red salsa, but couldn't pass up the opportunity to order their famous Pambazo. This awesome torta sandwich came with perfectly toasted and spicy bread filled with carne asada, pinto beans, lettuce, cotija cheese, & crema fresca. It was the perfect mix of flavors and textures. So glad we got to try it and we'll be back now that we know we can find them behind the McDonald's on 7th St. And McDowell on Tuesdays from 11:15 am to 1:30 pm.

    Pambazo con carne asada. Yum!

One of the better Mexican food / taco trucks I've ever enjoyed. Quesadilla was top notch.

A wonderful example of authentic street tacos with accompaniments you'd expect from an upscale establishment.

As I got older, I eventually started coming to this location, and honestly, I feel like the tacos here are even better. The meat has an amazing flavor, the quality of the tacos is always on point, the service is great, and I really enjoy the overall vibe of the area. My usual order is 6 tacos de asada and 3 de tripa, along with a Coca-Cola en botella or an horchata. The food is consistently delicious, the service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is especially enjoyable on weekend nights. It's one of those places where people come after a night of partying or just because they're looking for somewhere open late to get some seriously good tacos. This place also has a special meaning to me personally. I brought my wife here on our first date, and I hope that one day I can bring my son here when he's old enough to enjoy the food. I've shared so many memories here with friends and family over the years, and I plan to keep coming back for as long as this place is open and I'm around. For me, this isn't just another taco spot--it's a place with a real connection to my life and a lot of great memories attached to it. I truly hope it continues to be around for many more years.

It's casual, satisfying, and always a little bit of a scene in the best way. There are tables if you want to sit, and depending on the hour, you might find yourself surrounded by suited business people, construction workers, late-night wanderers, or a mix of all three. In any case, it's always a trip. The ladies running the truck are all smiles and especially patient when this gringo places his order completely in Spanish. That alone makes the experience feel warm and fun before the food even arrives. This is exactly the kind of place downtown should have: no fuss, plenty of character, and food that satisfies the craving.

It makes a huge difference and adds the perfect crunch. Their cabeza and lengua are also incredibly flavorful, moist, and well-balanced. Nothing is overly salty which I really appreciate. My friend tried the pork belly taco, and it was crispy and packed with flavor so that's definitely on my list for my next visit. A quick tip: bring cash. They do take credit cards, but there's a 3% fee. There's no free water fountain, but bottled water is available for purchase, along with some classic homemade drinks you can try. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and the outdoor seating is clean and comfortable. There's even a handwashing station with soap and paper towels provided which is a nice touch. Overall, such a great spot! I can't wait to come back again!

I wish there was more limones and cucumbers on the plate. The salsas were really good, and the perfect balance of spice and taste. For a food truck, the area is clean and big enough for 2+. We used to visit and push tables together and just enjoy the night. Which is what I felt visiting. The meat is still so juicy, and food is just hot to touch. Definitely a good place to visit after a game or concert!
