For starters I found this place on Yelp. I was looking for a place that worked with high end cars and had good reviews. Well I realize now how he gets his reviews, he asks for them. While his customers are still in the honey moon phase when they just get their car back. Little do they know that all these guys do is put lip stick on a pig. It's been over a year now since my "repairs" have been done and my car is literally falling apart. The fender flares he painted are chipping the rims he customized also. The grill accents are coming off.. I literally brought this guy a list of things that needed to be touched up and after he got paid he just let my car sit there. I came back and confronted and told him he did absolutely nothing and he brushed me off. He ordered the wrong emblem for my truck (twice) and instead of ordering the correct one he had one of his fresh off the boat, probably not certified employees, hack at my car and slap some 3m tape on it and literally MADE it fit. He said he ordered replacement parts, like a new fender that I needed fixed but all he did was repair the old one so he can bleed both the insurance company and my wallet. He did this for the front grille and apparently some of the front bumper covers because I just came home and saw a piece sitting on the floor.. The back of the piece had the silicone they used to stick it on instead of ordering the new one. Take my word for it. These guys are seemingly professional but in reality a bunch of crooks. The repaired wheel looks as good as new. Price was fair (~$100 less than another place). Service was fast and convenient since they came to me. I'm planning on having them paint a fender on my other car. See the the before and after picture I uploaded. I was pretty bummed about either having to buy a new wheel or living with damage. It all worked out in the end. I'm so pleased I'm going to have them paint a new fender and touch up the hood on my other car.

Then he dropped me off at a near by restauran so I could have lunch during the inspection time. It took about 4 hours so by the time he finished I was at The Collection, when he called to let me know it was almost done I asked him if he could pick me up since it was raining, he said yes! So the process was long but he made it very convenient and the buyer liked everything he had to said about the car so the deal was made and everybody is happy!

I told them I was on there website. Showed them all the information. I left because the numbers wasn't working for me with all the Extra FEEs they added on for a CASH DEAL. I gave John a handshake and left. I received a call from Jennifer saying what are my numbers and she will possibly speak with the GM (general manager) and see what can be done. I told her she could have kept me there while she spoke with him she kept telling me over and over he's not here on site and I repeated she could have kept me there while she did that I'm not coming back. She hung up in my face. That was extremely disrespectful and rude. If I was ever to get a call from her GM or John for the SALE I would only do it if she doesn't get the commission. I would have rated my experience better if the phone call ended better and a simple apology won't mean anything.

On the day I was picking up the car, I found that one tire, needed to be replaced, was the same brand but not the same style. We immediately took ownership of the problem and told me to go and as soon as he got the new tire, he called me, I did not have to call him. He changed the tire. He did more. He fixed and painted, free of charge, all my rims. My car looks as new. Great service... I highly recommend it.
