Customer service us the worst. I had not been in this store in a long time because of the bad service, but because I needed to go to the store next door I decided to give them an opportunity. I regret it. The service was as bad if not worse. I was there 1st on the line. They looked at me and said nothing, just continued doing whatever they were doing. I waited a while waiting to at least ve acknowledge, but nothing, as if I was invisible So. I left the store. read more

Putting one star cause there is no option for 0 stars . Staff don't even know how to do they're job . I asked them for a 9 /16 spark plug socket and the person couldn't understand and did not know what a socket was . This is absolutely unacceptable that you hire staff who can't even do their job. read more

Unusual location for me to review - especially since it is like 30 miles away from my house. But these guys went out of their way to explain everything I needed to do that brake job in my car. They got me all the parts, tools, and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions since I haven't fixed my own brakes for over 10 years. Excellent customer service, these are my go to guys when I have any questions or do it yourself mechanical needs. Absolutely the worst auto parts store I've ever been to. This may even top the list of worst retail experiences I've had to date, irrespective of store type. This is probably my fifth attempt at making a purchase here with each one being unsuccessful or unpleasant. Today I walked out leaving everything I had gathered on the register. There's never enough staff and no clarity as to whether the rear counter is strictly for auto parts or if it serves as a cashier station as well. Today the young man at the front register, who had been standing there chatting it up with a customer the entire time, decides, as I walk up, to head to the back counter to answer a call, looks for the part, and then logs into a station in the rear and starts helping customers. Makes no sense, considering that we were standing at the front waiting to check out. Wound up going to Home Depot and finding everything I needed for at least a dollar less per item. Lesson learned! read more

Just plain rude!!! It seems asking what windshield wiper is for your car and what the difference is between the $30 pair and the $12 pair is ground upon. There are many places to get parts. Definitely did not and will not buy here. read more

Zero stars. Hole in the wall place with rude staff. I tried to get a price match which is clearly posted on their website and they gave me the runaround stating that they don't do it. What is the point of a "price match" if they don't honor it. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. Too bad I didn't get any names. Even the manager was rude. read more

Asked for assistance for 2 types of fuses and they pointed me to the aisle to look for myself. Asked the sales guy a question "this is 3Amp fuse but it doesn't say 250Volt?" Response if you need 3-Amp fuse and it's the right side it should work. AND OUT THE DOOR I GO. read more

Very bad service. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I went to check a battery and they made me wait until there was no one in the store, about 1 hr. Then the when the car didn't turn on again their machine was not fully charged to jump start it and they just told me that I needed to find someone to jump start it and left me stranded there. I am 60yr/o and it was almost 8 PM. This wasn't my first bad experience but i wanted to give ir another try for is just like 3 miles from my house. read more

By far the worst one I've been to. Had a warranty exchange for a tool and was told without a receipt they can't exchange cause how do they know it isn't stolen. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Parking is always an issue as well. read more

Unexperienced and lack of customer service are the first things that pop into my head when I think about this Auto Parts location. Do not purchase something from here unless you know what you are purchasing....I had to go back because the guy sold me the wrong headlight even though he saw my car and looked up the part information in the system! AMATEURS!!! Luckily I made it back right before closing time to exchange the light. There was a gentleman looking to buy a battery and the manager told him they couldn't service him because it was 10 minutes to closing time in a rude manner. I understand that they want to go home but a store doesn't close their doors until the exact time, isn't this a policy??? As the customer complained the manager talked down to him which is a no, no! Though customers can be rude at times managers need to know how to conduct themselves. Another time I went to buy wipers for my car, even though the customer service rep was nice he made me go through a mission when having to pick up the wipers at another location since they didn't have it at this location. In the system the item appeared as an order to the original store not the location where I went to pick up; I squared them away because I was not going to waste a 10 mile trip and got my wipers.... read more

The best way to deal with any of these advance auto parts is to just get an online coupon, ordering everything online then pick it up. You save Soooo much more money. I once asked if they can price match the online price and they said no. They also tend to be bothered when I do online pick ups, they once told me I'm taking money out of their pockets. Thankfully this store usually has everything I need in stock so I don't have to drive far. read more
