Katelyn was thorough in walking me through the in-Lei Lash Lift process, as this was my first time doing any sort of lash treatment. During the treatment, Katelyn educated me on lash extensions, microblading, and teeth whitening--and their company's dedication to quality services. After 24hrs it only took one coat of mascara (regular straight lash wand) for my lashes to look curled up and "done". Before, I used a lash crimper to crimp my lashes with "5 pumps" (which I've now thrown out of my makeup routine) and 2-3 coats of mascara to make my lashes look the same level of curled and "done". She explained the process thoroughly and really took her time perfecting the outline for my consultation. My eyelids are fairly large but the structure of my upper eye area means they're covered during certain expression so eyeliner has always stamped above my eye eventually. I am someone who will need a blepharoplasty eventually and she not only listened to me but took the time to consider how the work would age over time which I really appreciate. The parking lot is a little tight but there are dedicated spots for this business so don't worry, you'll have somewhere to leave your car right out front. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable. Maiyia is warm and extremely pleasant to talk to. The procedure itself was comfortable and I felt in control the entire time. I feel like my consultation gave me really good expectations for the service and I was able to make an informed decision as far as shape and color and everything. I am honestly thrilled. The result is subtle enough to age with me but makes me look much more polished on no makeup days. This really doesn't hurt much. Your eyelids will be numbed. I felt more during eyelash extensions than I did the entire tattoo here. My eyelids swelled a little bit but it's barely perceptible and I could totally see to drive home. I would describe the pain level during as equitable to laser hair removal and the pain level immediately after is very light stinging. I really can't recommend this enough. I'm beyond thrilled and actually had a nice time which I did not expect. I didn't want anything else done when I came in but I stg I'm going to get lip blushing just to have an excuse to visit for an hour. She's that much of a doll. Pricing was very transparent, she takes cards and keeps to her quotes so you can feel confident going into this appointment. If you're thinking about it, I so so recommend. My pictures are maybe an hour after the process concluded. The effect is more dramatic in person than it photographs but it's honestly very adult/flattering and restrained. Absolutely thrilled. Know I've not even washed my face yet and if you've not had tattoos, there's ink that they wipe off as they apply so any smudginess is the excess ink. The line work is very clean and distinct Do know you can choose black or brown depending on how bold you want it. She will make sure it's flattering for your eye shape. ETA: also she did not do my eyebrows so don't judge her for how messy they are. That's allllll me.

Unlike other places that will not touch someone else's piercing job, Kelly at forever adored said no problem. She made an appointment and we came in a week or so ago. I have to mention that there is a big parking lot, parking is not a hassle at all. Coming inside we were greeted. The receptionist knew why we were there and showed us the earring she could choose from. The office is spacious and welcoming. Everything is very clean. There were bottles of water and candy on the center table. Although it was quiet and professional, the two women were talkative and engaging with clients. I found myself wondering what I could have done! My daughter is happy with her piercings and really liked how Kelly put her at ease and took her time until my daughter was satisfied to proceed. Secondly, Liquid Fetish is such a gem in the city of Fresno, I am appalled at the lack of reviews and the negative reviews on Yelp. I can only wonder if haters/competition have left bad remarks for reasons not exactly on the up and up.. In any case, I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences at Liquid Fetish. Everyone there has been kind, professional (calling/texting with appointment reminders, giving appointment cards, etc) and most importantly in my opinion I think Liquid Fetish has the MOST talented crew of artists. They are a business that takes extreme pride in being able to trade on their good name by building trust with quality work and quality artists. Beyond artistry, the Liquid Fetish crew has championed community involvement not only in the art scene, beyond tattooing, but with charitable works, compassion, and kindness. From hosting art/music/mixed media events, to gathering donations for our homeless brothers and sisters on the streets during colder months, to most recently rallying the community to support the families of two artist who lost their lives too soon... Honestly I am in awe of their impact on our community, and their level of leadership and compassion. Getting work at Liquid Fetish means you are getting talented, forward thinking artists who work hard to evolve at their craft, constantly raising their game (just check out Lisa-Marie's IG for gorgeous watercolor pieces!!). It also means you are supporting a homegrown local who built an empire of artists from nothing except raw talent, which is just damn amazing... Beyond that, you can feel even better about spending your dollars at a company that is deeply involved in the community. You will not find better artists, or better people. October: I had my eyebrows done about 15 years ago and they were really faded. I wanted to get up…read morein the morning and not have to put on eyebrow pencil. Well, Jonah did them just 5 or 6 days ago. They are still healing now and will have to be touched up in 6 weeks. They are very dark now but will lighten up. November: I went for the touch up. I am very disappointed in the way my eyebrows turned out. They are too dark. She should have started with a lighter color to begin with instead of using a very dark brown. I'm blonde. Her lines are jagged/uneven at the end of my brow and they look black. I have to use eye brow pencil because there are holes in my brows where the microblading didn't take. She said I would have to come in for a touch up a couple more times.
