I've been here twice now and I do really like it. The only issue I have is you guys gotta ease up on the pushiness to do the puzzles and brain games while waiting. I understand that you're trying to break people away from their phones but when I say no thank you to using one of your puzzles I don't need two more employees coming up to me and trying to badger me into doing one. Could also do without the judging attitude of employees because I'd rather use the time to pay bills and catch up on emails than do puzzles. read more

I loved this place. The ladies there were exceptionally nice, fast, thorough, and very communicative. So I wasn't left wondering what was going on or how much longer I would be. Fast, easy and friendly service. You may find cheaper places but usually those places involve getting to the shop before it opens so you don't have to wait in a queue for over an hour or more. For me, (and most I know) time is money and I'd rather pay a fair price and get done fast. Then again, I'm the sort to pay more at places like Jiffy Lube because I don't want the service to take a long time or half the day. If you are time conscious, this is the place! Smogged my Truck like 4 times over the last year trying to get it to pass, and was only charged once. Got my STI done here too, AND paid for my new Tags while I waited, and didnt have to go to the DMW ( had some airbag recalls that required i show up with proof of correction). Helpful, fast, friendly, netflix playing that TV show where they make you do brain math.. and a cool dog?! what more could you ask for? I have to take a minute and thank this place for their amazing service! I have NEVER been so extremely satisfied with a smog place in my life. Even though I didn't pass this first time. I came to this place after reading several great reviews and let me tell you this place kills it with customer service. The second you walk in your greeted with a smile and possibly a kind and witty joke that takes the stress from getting a smog away. This is a family run shop and you feel the good vibes immediately. Even though I didn't pass and needed to get a new o2 sensor they didn't charge me but instead referred me to their guy down the street who fixed the o2 that day and took the car back to nice and easy for us, which it passed with flying colors. These guys know their stuff and even though everything was a huge expense just to be able to pass somehow their amazing customer service and thoughtfulness made it okay. Only took less than 10 minutes for my smog check. Was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by their pup Turbo and got to meet their other pup Rocky too. Really enjoyed getting my car's smog check done, if that's even possible. I ended up here because I went to the DMV that morning and stood in line for two hours to get my car's registration stickers, only to be told I couldn't because I had to do a smog check. I called this place ahead of time and the lady I spoke with was super sweet and upfront about the pricing. Went during the noon hour and I was out of there in 15-20 minutes. They even have registration stickers you can purchase, for an additional $30! I paid it because no way in heck was I going back to the DMV. They also gave me the car registration right then and there. You can play brain games while you wait, so not only will you get your car cleared, you'll also graduate from Harvard. read more

5 stars 2 years ago last time I was here and they are still 5 stars now! I went around 930am it wasn't crowded at all which was nice. They took my car right back and finished in under 20mins, I wasn't keeping track, was to distracted by how cute their dogs are. If you're a dog lover this the place. If you're not no worries the doggies don't jump or bother you. The staff(pretty sure they were the owners) both were professional and easy to talk to. Smog price was decent for my jeep around $45. I called several times throughout the week to check hours, and pricing, and each time, the person answering the phone was very nice. I sent my son in to have the car smogged and he could not find the DMV renewal paperwork with the bar scan. I called to find out if the car could be brought in without the Renewal paperwork and they were very accommodating. They requested we bring a copy of the registration and then entered everything by hand. My son rated this place 10 on a 1-10 scale. read more
