The folks running this establishment might be 2 of the most amazing human beings we have come across. From the moment we contacted them on the phone to our actual appointment to the great conversation inside their lobby, which by the way is filled with brain games and puzzles, so rad. Just left this Smog test facility, and even though I never leave reviews on Yelp, I just had to comment on this place. Adriana and Nancy absolutely made my day, and all I needed was a smog test haha. Their attitude, their charm, and their professionalism were unmatched. Took care of my car really quickly, entertained me with some fun brain teasers and puzzles, and even gave me one to play with at home :) This is what real, genuine, from-the-heart customer service looks like. I don't even live in Temecula, but you can bet that I'll make the drive to come down here the next time I need a smog test. WOW. Super nice, great service, fast, and price was right. They don't take any customer for granted. It's a nice mom and pop place and I will definitely go back. They also do title transfer and registration. Was seriously impressed and shocked at such great customer service. And this was on a Saturday afternoon. Plus, they have a great dog that is really friendly and tons of little games in their waiting area to pass the time. Not that it took long. These people are incredibly nice and run a great business. I saw they had such good reviews on Yelp and decided to call them even though it said they were closed. Sure enough, they answered and said I could come in whenever. When I got there, I was greeted very a very pleasant lady who made sure I felt comfortable in their shop. She was extremely kind and nice to talk to. The service did not take very long and was fairly priced. One thing I noticed, there were multiple repeat customers there that the business owners referred to by name. I think this is a testament to the good business they run that people keep coming back.
