I called several times throughout the week to check hours, and pricing, and each time, the person answering the phone was very nice. I sent my son in to have the car smogged and he could not find the DMV renewal paperwork with the bar scan. I called to find out if the car could be brought in without the Renewal paperwork and they were very accommodating. They requested we bring a copy of the registration and then entered everything by hand. My son rated this place 10 on a 1-10 scale. read more

The folks running this establishment might be 2 of the most amazing human beings we have come across. From the moment we contacted them on the phone to our actual appointment to the great conversation inside their lobby, which by the way is filled with brain games and puzzles, so rad. Just left this Smog test facility, and even though I never leave reviews on Yelp, I just had to comment on this place. Adriana and Nancy absolutely made my day, and all I needed was a smog test haha. Their attitude, their charm, and their professionalism were unmatched. Took care of my car really quickly, entertained me with some fun brain teasers and puzzles, and even gave me one to play with at home :) This is what real, genuine, from-the-heart customer service looks like. I don't even live in Temecula, but you can bet that I'll make the drive to come down here the next time I need a smog test. WOW. Super nice, great service, fast, and price was right. They don't take any customer for granted. It's a nice mom and pop place and I will definitely go back. They also do title transfer and registration. Was seriously impressed and shocked at such great customer service. And this was on a Saturday afternoon. Plus, they have a great dog that is really friendly and tons of little games in their waiting area to pass the time. Not that it took long. The reviews don't lie. These people are nice and friendly. Very down-to-earth and positive people. Took me as a walk-in and had me out fairly quickly (about 20 mins). Usually people will cringe when having to deal with professionals in the auto business, but everyone here is a breath of fresh air.
