HEY, if you're looking for a place to get your car Smog checked, don't shop around. This IS the place, I guarantee you. Most folks would say, a Smog place is a Smog place - I must disagree. These folks are quick, customer service oriented, and treat you like family. They make you as comfortable as possible and you feel like you've known them your entire life. I am not exaggerating. I took my vehicle (2006 Vet) in to them and they turned the television on for me that had some mind games on it, and the table next to it had some great puzzle games that would keep anyone busy for hours (although I was there for only around 15 minutes). I didn't want to leave once involved with the games and my comfortability. They even assisted me with my registering my vehicle, couldn't believe it. The service here is superb. This is easily the BEST smog place in Temecula. They are the fastest, kindest, most personable people around. I went in for a routine smog test and mentioned I was trying to sell my car, but was having problems with scammers on Craigslist. So they immediately called up a friend of theirs who has a car dealership down the road, their friend came over and checked it out, and next thing I knew I was selling the car for a great price after weeks of dealing with people trying to rip me off. They went above and beyond to help a stranger, without asking anything in return. I cannot recommend these folks enough, I will obviously only be coming here for my smog tests from now on. This is undoubtedly the best smog check station I've ever been to. I've lived all over the SoCal area since I moved out here in 2010 and I have never received finer service than what was conducted here. I had been referred to them by one of my customers several months ago and while I had been assured they were excellent, they were so much more helpful then I ever would have imagined. When I first walked in they were so friendly and they were always up-front and very honest with me. But as the service went on and the problems kept arising (on my part of course) these wonderful people worked their absolute hardest to keep things going and to help me whenever they could. They truly went above and beyond what ANY other small business has ever done for me and it was all done in such a kind and friendly manner. Great family owned business and definitely will be coming back here any time I need a smog. I had recently had a supercharger installed on my car which required a re-flash of my car's onboard computer. With that being said my first attempt at passing smog was unsuccessful due to the ECU monitors not being fully set. Adrianna walked me through the correct process of setting the monitors through a drive cycle and reassured me that there's nothing to worry about. I followed her advice and spent the next few days putting some more miles on the car and sure enough when I brought it back I was able to pass smog. What made my experience with this shop so great was the fact that they did not charge me until I had passed and they were very accommodating of my busy schedule. I had called ahead of time and told Adrianna I wouldn't be able to make it until a few minutes after closing and she said it wasn't a problem. Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience here and will be recommending this shop to friends and family. read more

I was looking for a smog check facility that was open after 5 PM, and happened upon Nice & Easy. This was by far the quickest, friendliest, and least expensive smog check I've ever had. The husband drove my car in for me, and pulled it around the front after. His wife talked to me the entire time in the waiting room. Great people, and amazing service. This place is AWESOME! The nicest people, the cleanest waiting room and a cute little dog that runs the paperwork up front from the shop when they are done with your car. This kind of service is so hard to find these days. I stopped in on a Thur. with my 7 year old daughter and they wisked the car right back, had a bunch of cool toys to play with while you wait. I came in today because of reading reviews about other locations for smog checks. Other shops are inconsistence with there smog reviews within the few months of today 2-15-2018 maybe because they don't take care of there equipments. For example if needed recalibration or cleaning there unit before testing another vehicle or maybe other things. I brought in 2012 XB with 50K on odometer. Of course it would pass. Price is higher than other places that offer coupons from $23.99-$29.99 with (fail smog check don't pay). I chosen this place because of their consistency of their smog checks in other people reviews over the past few months to even years. The owners are awesome and very nice and friendly peeps. Their location is nice too, not cluttered up with cars blocking their driveways like other establishments that has about 10 different mechanic shops surrounding the business. They even gave me a rundown story of their establishment. I paid about $45 I'm cool with it and I don't have to do run arounds. I got there right on time they had finish a car so I was in and out within minutes probably less than 15mins. I maintain the vehicle myself just the normal stuff like Oil changes, brakes, plugs and stuff so no leaks! I'll be back in 2 years for the smog check. Thank you awesome owners! read more

They quickly performed my smog check (under 20 minutes) and then even were able to take care of the license and registration, so I could avoid the long lines at the DMV. I would never think I would be writing this type of review for a smog place. But, this place is AMAZING!!!! This is a family run business and they treat you like you are a guest in their home. I have been here 8 times now and every thine I am glad I came. On one of my older cars I brought in last year I ran into a problem with the smog. Diego was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went the extra mile to help me get through the process. They are warm and genuine, exceptionally intelligent, competent, and really are sincerely happy to provide awesome service and to help in any way they can. It's ridiculous really.
