I came to get my car smogged here, first I called over the phone and the lady was so nice and polite! She was actually pretty funny too! So I decided to go in and get my car smogged there, I was greeted by two friendly people and an adorably friendly little dog who walks around the station! The lady who made me laugh over the phone was who took care of me, we had a nice conversation while I waited for my car to get smogged, she was so easy to talk to! We are SO glad we came here to get both of our cars checked! The people in charge here are absolutely amazing..so friendly and welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They introduced my daughter as well as my husband and I to some cool retro gadgets and puzzles we could occupy ourselves with while we waited which was not long at all. Literally took no more than 10 or 15 minutes. Outstanding service at a great price! I would recommend that everyone in the area go here to get their cars tested! These are the best people with whom to work. I had a car with an O2 sensor that would not reset after replacing both of the catalytic converters. They pre-tested my Armada several times and provided me with the correct driving sequences to reset the sensor. My mechanic wanted to charge me (after buying 2 converters from them) to run a diagnostic to tell me what the issue was and Nice and Easy solved the problem for free. Each year when I receive my Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice, I dread having to pay another extra bill for that month. And, of course, the pain is even more pronounced when the Smog Certification is required. And, yes. This year I had to get that dreaded smog check performed. So, I searched around my area for the most inexpensive and closest shop. After all, I wasn't looking for a new TV or the latest sports car. I just needed to get a smog check. I checked online and I looked at several Yelp reviews. I finally ended up choosing Nice & Easy Smog Check in Temecula, which was not as close as some and was even a few dollars more expensive than others. But, the 245 five Star reviews blew me away! A local smog check shop with that many positive reviews? OK. So, I decided to check them out. This family run business (mom, dad & daughter) knows what customer service is. And I met the entire family! I was cheerfully welcomed by the mom and daughter, and graciously thanked for choosing their smog check service. After filling out some minor paperwork, I was told that my car would be ready in about 15 minutes. I sat down on one of their couches and began to look around the relatively small waiting room, which was a plethora of eye-catching memorabilia and hands on brainteaser type activities. I also noticed that the mom and daughter were extremely friendly to every customer, all of whom had smiles on their faces. It was a happy place, a "nice and easy" experience, which I had actually enjoyed. Good for them! They take pride in their family business, put the customer first, and offer an excellent service at a reasonable price. No wonder they have a five Star review on Yelp! This place is great! The customer service was awesome! Adriana at the front desk was a huge help and very friendly. I had a smog test done and the new title processed here. Everything was transferred to the DMV which was amazing. Now everything is done and I don't have to go to the DMV and standing in line for hours. I went in the middle of the day and spent maybe 20 minutes there all together. And the best part is, it was open on a Sunday. Highly recommend. read more

New to Yelp but had to review this place. Smog checks are not usually a fun place to go for a guy with a modified mustang but the owners are very professional and very pleasant to talk to. The owner is a gear head so he saw my EO numbers, verified them and took care of my car. The car passed, although that's not why I'm writing the review.
