I went in on Tuesday for a mani pedi, the girl who did them was nice. The polish was completely chipped later that day and even worse the next. The polish was definitely old. I called to see if I could come in and get them fixed and said I would like the hands and toes fixed. She said yes and told me when to come in. I had taken the polish off my nails because there was barely any left and I was having a meeting that day and didn't want chipped polish. When I came in she was frustrated I took the polish off because she wanted to just do a fix, and it would take her longer now. I showed photos of the chipped nails and showed her my completely chipped toes. She said she had another appointment soon even though she told me when to come in, I could have come earlier to accommodate. I was rushed to pick a new color for my nails. She did my nails and not my toes and then dismissed me. I have been a customer for 15 years. I will not be coming back. This is a totally different place than it used to be. read more

This was my first time going here and it was incredible. I went with my sister after getting a recommendation from my friend to come here. We both got full acrylic sets, and they came out so great. Ivy did both of our nails and was very meticulous. She constantly checked our nails to make sure they were even and shaped properly. I came here about a week ago to get my nails done. I came at 6:15 and I asked for acrylic with gel on top. I showed ivy (owner) the shape and just wanted black. She went and did my nails and cut the length way shorter than I wanted before even asking how long I wanted the nails. She proceeded to rush and do my nails. She got done with my nails in exactly 25 minutes. Usually when I get acrylics it takes at least an hour how and a half. The paint job was awful too... my nails look like it's been a week since I got my nails done, and it's only been a day! When I asked for a half sparkle on my ring finger nail, the lady put sparkles on the entire nail. Anyways, it gets even worse, my experience was horrible. I has made an appointment and they made me wait about half an hour for me to even think about what acrylics I wanted to get. He did an awesome job and really took his time to be sure everything looked great! I'm very pleased with how my nails look, however $35 for a no chip is slightly more than what I've paid in the past at other places, but not too far out of the norm. Overall, I'm a happy customer.
