I don't usually leave reviews, but this was hands down the best pedicure and builder gel set I've had in a long time! The customer service was top tier--everyone was so attentive to both my husband and me. My husband got a pedicure (I didn't catch his nail tech's name), but she did an amazing job. My pedicure was done by KY (or Kai--sorry if I spelled it wrong!), and he was incredible as well. They really took their time and made sure we were comfortable and cared for. I needed acrylic on my big toes, and it came out flawless. Every toe was shaped perfectly, and the scrub was done with so much care. For my builder gel set on my natural nails, DD did an amazing job. My nails are pretty short right now, but she was patient, honest, and helped guide me on what would look best for my length. She made sure I loved the result and didn't settle--and I truly appreciated that. The shaping and layering were perfect! I will definitely be back, and I 1,000% recommend this place! read more

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to!! Do not go here. The guy in the first chair is horrible at doing nails. He is so rude and unprofessional. I wanted my nails almond shaped and he call my nail ugly because I dislike the way he was filing them. He said the way he does it look better. I have never been treated so bad!! I am so disappointed that I have to write this review. I've been coming to this nail shop for 4 years. For the past 5 months I've been trying to book an appointment with Lily. Every time I'm told she's not working today. I call today and ask if she's available, they say yes and ask me what time and I said whatever works for her then I'm told she's fully booked today? You literally just asked me what time and then say she's not available all day. It's only 11am that's not possible to be fully booked already. I then ask if Donnie has availability and I'm told yes what time. I once again say whatever time works for him and I'm told he will call me back and then hung up on me. He never called obviously. Unfortunately they've lost a lifetime customer and I've brought MANY friends to their business that they will also lose. Edit to response from business owner: I literally have no idea what you're talking about and I've always treated lily with nothing but kindness and great tips. I have been going here about 2 years consistently and they're amazing. The inside is very clean, someone will always greet. When you call 99% of the time it will be Donny and he will always have an answer to your question. The techs here are amazing and they listen to you if you change your mind on color, design, etc. they do beautiful acrylic toes. It's been the only place I can always go to because I get consistent beautiful sets. All my sets always get compliments. Gotten my NAILS done here a few times and loved the outcome everytime, but their pedicures? They're alright, but this is the 2nd gel pedicure I've gotten from here where not even 5 days in the polish is peeling from my toenails, wasn't sure if it was just me, so I brought my mom with me while she was visiting from out of town. I haven't seen her for a while, and it completely slipped my mind any time I talked to her, but she also said the same thing, after 3 days she had to go get the polish removed because 4 of her nails had peeled, $140 for 2 pedicures and they didn't even last 1 week! I found nice nails back before Thanksgiving and the holidays. We went in and the location is just beautiful set up beautifully nice colors. New Owners so older than 2 months must be from place before that was here because it's brand new and my experience was WONDERFUL!
