My whole Mother's Day feels ruined I literally walked out of the salon today crying. I booked a full set and pedicure for today at 9am when I sat in the pedicure seat at 9am I said full set also. The girl giving me my pedicure says when she arrives she will do it at the same time. Nobody ever "arrived" while I'm getting my toes painted a girl comes up and ask if I am ready for my full set. Like what?! mind you I watched her do someone else full set who sat at her table ten min after I was already getting my pedicure! Honestly best set I've ever had!!! I forgot the lovely lady who did them but ummmmmm I got my nails done for my baby shower on Nov 15 (also thank you so much for fitting me in so last minute!!!!) and they are still strong asf!! I had stopped going here due to moving jobs and the commute was far. I've been so displeased with my recent nail experiences and I decided to just make the drive here because I've never had a bad experience here. God is good because I felt like a VIP client with VIP service. Lee Lee did my nails and I don't even have to say much the pictures tell it all. I'm extremely satisfied, I could scream I been waiting to find a nail tech that I can stick with for reliability, patience, comfort, and quality. She's light hearted and makes jokes too, I appreciate that in a nail service. This girl really took the time to manually shape my nails and I could just tell she wanted to do her absolute best and make me feel taken care of. These nails made it into my top 3 favorite nails I've ever had- I been getting my nails done for 15 years so Lee Lee is my girl now entire shop extremely kind and accommodating. 1/19/2023: Called around 915am. Spoke to Kelly. Asked bout how much Acrylic Removal is and she said $10. Asked bout Gel Manicure, she said gel manicure and acrylic removal is $35 altogether. I booked an appointment at 1pm with Kelly. They greeted me, asked me if I had an appt and with who- then sat me right away. They asked me if it had to be with Kelly and I said no. First gal helped me and started to take off my acrylics (right hand). I thought she was going to soak it but she did not. I was lowkey scared it was going to hurt but she was gentle and did not hurt at all. Thank goodness! Lol. She finished with my right hand and told me that someone else will continue with me. Her name was Tammy. She was very nice and calm. I liked how gentle she was with my hands. When she took off my acrylics in my left hand, it did hurt tho. I took the pain and let it go. Had a nice conversation. She took her time and made sure no nail polish got on my skin. She, also, massaged my hands for a few seconds. It was mostly a relaxing experience. Tammy charged me $40 when Kelly said $35 on the phone. It's ok. I gave Tammy $7 tip. I used cash so they gave me a cash reward card: 1 stamp for services $30- $99. 2 stamps for services $100 or more. Get all 10 stamps, receive $25 off any pedicure services. Only good for if you pay cash. I forgot to take a pic of their prices. Hopefully next time :) nails ya'll read more

Hi! I have never left a review before, but I cannot let this go by. Over the summer, I came here with my cousin for gel mani pedis. I personally did not have any crazy issues other than my gel peeling off incredibly quickly. However, my cousin told me she was experiencing extreme discomfort on one of her toes. She later went to another salon with her mom and discovered that underneath the gel, her entire nail was cracked from the previous place! Never again. read more

Wow amazing staff!!! Rose was the girl that did my nails and she did amazing!!! She asked me multiple time if I like them and that was so sweet of her because if you go any other places, they don't really ask you that. 3rd time I visited this nail salon. Unfortunately, this might be the last one as every time I come back, I wish I didn't. I called to make an appointment and got there 5 minutes before the time but they let me wait 30 more minutes which was uncalled for considering I had an appointment. The technician (unfortunately, the same one last time because they just gave me whoever is available first) didn't even want to take me and instead had to argue with Kelly before taking me because she wanted to do a child first. While doing my nails, she left me and attended to the child for about 10 minutes. I came here for a simple gel change. I didn't need a manicure, designs, or acrylic. Just a basic change of gel color on my real nails. Although my manicurist was nice, she didn't do what she was suppose to do. These are the steps she forgot to do on my nails: -Rushed the UV process. My nails didn't even dry from all the different coats she applied. She layered it faster than it can dry. -Didn't use isopropyl alcohol to wipe over the tackiness -Finish off the gel change by rubbing cuticle oil into the skin and around the base of the nail. I didn't complained to her about how she skipped the steps because by the time she was done with my nails, the shop was already closed. I didn't want to wait another 40+ minutes just for her to redo everything all over again. I came home a few hours later and noticed how bad my nails turned out. Mind you, I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks so I know what's right from wrong and the entire process. Because my nails are not fully dry; I can make imprints on it with just a simple touch. The tip of my nails are already turning into a different color. Now I have to get them completely redone at a different nail shop and pay for another service. This could've been avoided if she did it correctly and not skipped the steps. This is by far the simplest service any licensed manicurist can do, yet she failed. read more

I've been coming here the last two years and normally have to wait even though I always make an appointment before hand. I tip well and normally enjoy talking with Tia. Lately I've been going to other techs (because Tia is booked) and my manicures have been rushed and shaped badly and it shows. It's clear they are too busy to keep up with regular customers. Today I waited over 45 minutes passed my appointments time. No one communicated that there would be a delay or the reasons for the delay even though I asked. I have a new baby at home and do not have time to sit and be ignored. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing pedicure and instead received a tub of cold water while I waited and additional 20 minutes. I was sat next to the owner, Kelly, and she didn't even apologize for the delay although she heard me voicing my frustration. This is not how customers should be treated. Although I came for a fill and a pedicure, I had my nails taken off so I can find a new salon because the service today was absolutely awful and I will not be returning. I work too hard to be treated this way. If you're looking for a regular salon, I'd advise looking elsewhere. read more

I hate giving a bad review. But I am so disappointed in my nails after having high hopes from the reviews, that I don't want anyone else to have a similar experience. I had powder over my natural nails with gel polish. The powder is crooked, uneven and jagged in many places. In other places it isn't dried/cured and so soft that it's already indented 2 hours later. Things started out well. I didn't catch her name, but she was very sweet. She talked me out of tips and instead she'd just build up my nails and make sure they were sturdy enough to handle my rough job. Then, using the dremel she cut my middle finger on the right hand. Not a huge deal. It stung, we moved on. Then she did my left hand and cut my thumb with the dremel and it hurt like crazy. And bled. So much. Not a word. She took my hand back without a word and then proceeded to rush through the rest of the process. She used nail files, that I bled on, that she put back in drawer. Cleanliness obviously wasn't a concern. Or hygiene. Or sanitation. Or my comfort since it stung so freaking bad. And continued to bleed. For some reason I still paid. My nails don't match the nails on the same hand, or the nails on the other hand. The gel is tacky. The acrylic is soft in places and by the end of the weekend I'm sure it'll be a total mess. Just based on sanitation I won't return. I'm just out $40. And I really shouldn't have paid. read more

At this particular visit, Trish was my manicurist and she did my brows. She has very gentle hands and does the manicure quickly. Everyone there has been nice, helpful and accommodating which is important as a person with a disability. Kelly always remembers my name and says hi. I've been here a handful of times over the past year bc I got a reccomendation to come here. I usually go in to get my gel pedi done. I'm not a regular but the consistency is not there. First time my pedi was perfect. 2nd and 3rd time my gel pedi was not up to par. There was a thick coat of gel close to the cuticles/bed of my toenails and the clear coating beaded up a bit. I went to try to scrape it off and obviously it ruined my pedi. Now I'm at walmart getting gel polish to fix it myself. read more

We followed Kelley from another salon. Most techs here are good but their appointment/time management needs improvement. We started going there because Kelly opened her own place and we know she usually does a good job but many times we'd make an appointment with her and when we got there she'd still be doing another clients nails or have another person scheduled or waiting at the same time, so then she'd just push us off to a different tech, if we did manage to get our appointment with her she'd often seemed rushed or annoyed if we asked for something special even we we previously told her when we booked with her. I get that she's good and busy and sometimes peoples appointments could run a little longer but to just completely & frequently push us off to a different tech was gets very frustrating. read more

I have been coming here for years for many reasons. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing. It is pretty peaceful as there is no loud talking across the salon which I appreciate It is also incredibly clean. I have witnessed the nail techs place the utmost importance on hygiene and cleanliness by ensuring each station is clean for each client and providing brand new tools. Overall the spa is just well maintained and the pedicure chairs are quite new. Kelly and her staff are very kind. I have gotten to know Cindy well and she is excellent. I am always happy with my services. I appreciate that Kelly is organized and actually honors appointments. She is also honest about timing as far as waiting. Yesterday was my 1st time at this salon I came with a coworker as a girls day. When I was getting my nails done I noticed that Ben didn't even clean my cuticles or anything like every nail salon does is soak hands in a bowl of water, cut, clean and add the nails even lotion the hands after nail polish.
