Took my mother here as an early Mother's Day gift on short notice. I had called ahead, which I'm glad I did, because they were already pretty busy (it was a Saturday) but the girl said she'd be able to squeeze her in later in the day. Luckily for us, someone cancelled their appt so we were able to go in an hour later. The owner was super sweet and very gracious. It was a cozy atmosphere and you could tell that it's a family business ran with lots of love and care. Definitely not a place I thought I'd find in my own neighborhood. My mother got a pedicure which she absolutely loved and now she's signed me up to take her once a month. 100% would recommend and definitely advise to call for an appt. (While we were there, she had to turn away 3 walk-ins because the schedule was already packed).

Just updating for anyone who wants to know how long a Volume Set lasts. I'm also a rough sleeper so I know I lose a few lashes that way but I'm always satisfied with how long they last!

I love my nails that I got from them! I've gotten so many compliments from others. This was my last set and I was in love! In the end, these nails came out even better than what I imagined. I had a photo for reference and they helped me make these nails really mine with a twist of gems. I could tell the girl doing my nail art was really concentrated like an artist would be. As long as you communicate with whoever's doing your nails, they'd do their best to accommodate with you! They are really nice about it. I've had many times when I would do my nails and didn't know how to tell my nail technicians that I wanted something fixed or different, but I learned that in order to get what I really wanted, I had to communicate. All in all...The nails in the photo is my recent and most favorite nail set I've ever gotten. Thank you so TT Nails and Lashes for helping me and dealing with all my requests! It probably wasn't easy doing all these different colors...

Quite literally love getting my lashes done here. Treyci eats down every time. This was a wispy/hybrid set with bottoms. So tea right?!! yeah better go down there. Oh and my lashes be lasting like 2months before i really need a fill or new set. read more

I really liked it here. But my nails keep falling off and it hasn't even been 2 weeks. They fixed 2 of my nails on Tuesday. Today is Friday. Then 2 more nails fell off today. I texted her to let her know and she said she would fix it for me "one more time." To me that says she's really not willing to fix the problem like it should be fixed. The quality isn't that great as by the end of day today all but 4 nails came off. So, unfortunately I will not be going back. read more

Today will be my 4th visit! The ladies at TT Nails & Lashes have become one of my favorite experiences to look forward to every 2 weeks. Thought I should add some things of note that I left out of my original review: - COVID precautions are on point. Temp, sanitation, and masks are required. Staff also wear masks and social distancing is enforced. - Snacks and beverages are always offered and encouraged. - Stamp cards available! Work your way toward a special discount. Took years for me to find a place I loved getting my nails done at ! I have had the best experience every time I go a good friend of mine was posting photos of her nails and they look so good so I finally asked her. Where did she get hers done and she told me and ever since then that is the only place I go best customer service great work everyone is all so friendly. The best part of all my nails are always looking so good, and I get so many compliments. This is the only place my daughter and I will go. I completely recommend you will not regret it.!!! First time at this salon and it won't be my last! "T" and her sister Tracy were professional, very welcoming, fun and pampered me beautifully! I had a gel manicure and a green tea hot stone pedicure and I couldn't be happier! They followed mandated Covid protocol-temp check, hand sanitizer, masks, etc. They offered me water or soda and individually packaged snacks. Wide variety of color choices! It was hard to pick, there were so many pretty options! They made sure I was happy with the color putting it on one nail before proceeding with the rest. T did an amazing pedicure! My feet have never felt smoother. I had really dry heels. Tracy did a great gel manicure and even gave me a complimentary flower design of my choice on my 2 ring fingers! So pretty! I enjoyed my afternoon with these girls and look forward to seeing them again! read more

I called for an appointment and they are very accommodating, I like that they always try to get you in ASAP. I cannot stress enough it is important to call because they can be busy some days because they always do a good job. I went because I had a wedding this weekend and I asked for wedding inspired nails. I absolutely love how this set turned out. This is my second time coming to this place, I love the way I can show them a picture of what I want and they do their best to make it just like the picture. Tracy is the best with lashes! First time here and she was very gentle, attentive and familiar with what you want and need. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to get a little more info on how to take care of my lashes since it was my first time getting them. Printed instructions with how to clean and what to use would be great. Had to google and ask a friend who gets them done all the time. Other than that I've gotten lots of compliments on my lashes and not much fall out. Already into week 2. Let's see how long they last before I go get a fill. read more

I am a regular at TT Nails and Lashes and I recommend all my friends and family go here. The ladies take their time and do a great job as well as make sure Im happy with whatever service I get as far as manicures and pedicures. BUT WHEN I SAY that Treyci who does my lashes is AMAZING. I always get a volume set and she never rushes they last and I still get compliments even 3 WEEKS after my volume set appointment. As long as I live in Sac I will go here lol. Overall, this nail shop is wayyy more personal than most nail shops and I vent everytime I come to TTs lol. read more

I had a medi and pedi. My feet didn't even soak long enough and the water was cold even. They scrubbed my feet for all of 5 seconds and my feet were still dry when I left. I asked for my toe nails to be extended and they kept telling me to just leave my nails and they will grow. I don't think they wanted to spend time. My full set nails were applied messy and the woman had the acrylic all on my fingers and had to file it off. They definitely need to work on application, leveling and shaping. The women were very nice. But the quality of work when paying high prices for services do not match. read more

I came here for a cut down from my previous set because the job i have i cannot have long nails i wanted a cute simple square set and they gave me tapered coffin/set my nails were very uneven and when i asked the nail lady to take off the gel polish that remains on my nails from the last set she told me "no i can't take it off to get the gel polish i wanted. I paid $40 for it to be clean and even to come out looking tacky. Please Don't come here if you don't want uneven nails. read more

I've been looking for a lash place with hours that work with my work schedule for future fills or full service and is not too far from home. This is the first time I've ever gotten eyelash extensions and Tracy made sure I was comfortable the entire time! She helped me decide on a style that would suit my eyes and was extremely kind and professional. Id also like to mention the lash room is so clean, COMFY (I almost fell asleep multiple times), and the process was so smooth and relaxing. The facility also smells nice and is super clean! Horrible, they work the older lady like a horse while the two younger ones just sit around on their phone. Hopefully they get more help. I went in and asked for a fill and a full set for my sister. The older lady said there's only time for one, it wasn't a problem at all so I just got my fill. Later on two more customers walk in and one of the younger lady's takes them no problem. Then another person walks in after she finishes the two other guests and the younger lady takes her as well?? I thought you only had time for one?? Then as I'm about done the older lady asks if my sister wants her nails done too??? I ask her I thought you said you only had time for one? She acts like she doesn't understand me so we paid and left. Y'all need more help or better communication. I will not be coming back. read more

Omg let me just first say, GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. Trang cares so deeply about her work. I moved here about two years ago and used to get my lashes back in my hometown. When trying to find a new lash place, I picked this location and I am so happy I did. I first entered the room, she asked what type of style of lashes I wanted like cat eye, doll eye, etc. I was shocked because I only knew about the different length of lashes such as natural, volume, and etc that my old lash tech would only offer. So I told her I never knew that were option to considered and puzzled on what to do, she analyze the shape of my eye and gave me a recommendation. As well, her lashes last so LONGGG and I mean forever, I can always get away with not getting my lashes done for almost two months. Of course, as long as I can take care of them and she gives you amazing products to wash your lashes which again didn't know about. I been getting my lashes here for about a year and half and I will continue to do so!! read more

I scheduled a visit a few days in advance for three people and four services and paid an $80 deposit ($20 per service) via Venmo. One person canceled that morning, but I was able to switch to a different service for myself that same day vs. losing my deposit. The two pedicures were fine. They were basic pedicures, and aside from the water initially being extremely hot, I was happy with the results. Because of the deposit, there was also no wait time. The head spa, however, was a completely different experience. This was my first head spa, so I was excited and expected it to be relaxing. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The massage was brief, and despite the menu stating that oils would be used, none were applied. During the double cleanse, the technician used her fingernails rather than her fingertips, which became painful. There was also an excessive amount of cleanser, and rinsing it out was difficult. The water temperature was extremely inconsistent--going from hot to ice cold--and water got into my ear. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was uncomfortable throughout the service. Afterward, my hair was not completely dry. When I asked for serum, I was told it had already been applied, and I had to explain that I wanted my hair fully dried and soft. Another staff member eventually finished drying it, and the end result was much better. The two services totaled $138, or $158 with a 15% tip. I shared all of this feedback with the front desk before leaving. They were receptive and said they would provide additional training. I was also told that the technician was new to the salon and has some communication issues. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns, but based on my head-spa experience, I would not return for that service. *********************************************************** FINAL THOUGHTS Making a reservation requires a deposit, but it does give you priority if there's a wait. PRO TIP: I visited on a Saturday around noon, and it wasn't busy at all. If you're coming in solo, you can probably skip the reservation and deposit. I've had two pedicures here, and the service was totally fine. No issues at all. I also clearly saw the technicians using Barbicide to disinfect their metal tools, although I didn't pay attention to where they pulled the drill bits from. Overall, the salon is CLEAN, which I really appreciate. Personally, I wouldn't get a head spa treatment here again. I was told they're having plumbing issues because the building is old and that their plumber hasn't been able to resolve the problem. However, based on my experience, I feel some of the issues were related to the technician and not just the plumbing. That said, I'd love to hear from others who have had a head spa here. How was your experience with the water temperature? Did you have a better experience with a different technician? I'd genuinely be curious to know!

After asking again, the woman with the tattoo on her upper left arm kept saying "pedicure" and seemed annoyed when I corrected her and explained I wanted a manicure. I was then seated with a technician who immediately started cutting my nails. I specifically told him I did not want them cut short and only wanted them evened out. I had spent 1 month growing my natural nails out. When I noticed he was cutting them much short, I told him to stop, but he insisted he knew what he was doing and continued. After washing my hands and coming back, I could clearly see my nails were much shorter and out of shape. When I expressed my concerns, instead of listening, he argued with me and kept saying they weren't short. The woman with the tattoo came over and repeatedly interrupted me. She kept insisting they could add acrylic, powder, or tips to make them longer, but I explained multiple times that I wanted my own natural nails and did not want fake nails. What bothered me most was that neither of them listened to what I was saying. They continuously talked to each other while looking at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to understand why I was upset. After about 20-30 minutes, I decided to leave because I no longer felt comfortable. I told them their customer service was rude and unprofessional. I paid $5 for the nail cutting and left. This experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and frustrated. I will not be returning.
