AMAZING SERVICE! My twin & I came here a couple days ago to get out passport photos taken and when I say we were flabbergasted at the service! He took us In immediately, there was no wait. He had a large mirror right as you walked in, so you could make sure you looked flawless for your photo! He took 2 photos (one smiling & one mug), let us choose which photo wanted and then started RETOUCHING!! That's what blew our minds! I was extremely happy because this was the THIRD passport photo I've taken. I went to CVS & even the Post Office and was not happy with the service, the type of camera they used and even the quality! Came back but called this time. Found out their temporary hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm. They are closed on weekends. So we came here on a Friday afternoon around 3pm. Got our passport photos taken - he took two versions - one smiling with teeth and one without. He said he needed about 6 minutes to process, so I went to the donut shop nearby to get a quick drink. $9.99 for two passport photos. Photos looked good, very easy process. I had some old slides that I found cleaning out my late mom's apartment. These were slides of her that she'd done with a professional photographer and I'd only seen one of the final prints. First I went to Walgreen's because they advertised that they could do it. But the guy at the photo counter had no idea how and had to call the main headquarters and was on hold for twenty minutes. I left. I called Nice Print on the phone to ensure they could do it and the guy said yes. It was right down the street from me so perfect! When I arrived, the sign said back in five minutes. So all the complaints about inconsistent hours are valid. But once Roy (I think that was his name) arrived, he was so nice! I gave him the slides and he said to come back in a half-hour. He asked me if I brought a flash drive and I said no. I was going to go home and get one when he asked if I had an Android phone, which I did. Turns out he can put the photos directly into an Android, but not an iPhone. I came back and he took me in the back, sat me down and went through all the photos with me. He even adjusted the color on some of them to make them look better. He was super-chatty and friendly, almost like he was enjoying my company. To be honest, I became a little smitten with him. I may add the photos to this review when I find them. Will defiantly be back for future photo/printing needs! read more

My father died unexpectedly and his funeral was scheduled to be held a week after his death. So, there was a mad rush to get everything done in preparation for it. Many years ago, my dad and my mother had agreed to a photo of him to be used at his funeral someday. Upon second thought, however, she decided on another photo (that picture is 4x4 and it needed to be enlarged to 16x20). Enter Roy at Nice Print Photo. Roy explained everything in detail and even made small corrections to my father's photo to make him look nicer. The picture was ready the same day and it came out perfectly. No question, I would come to Nice Print for any passport pictures in the future. We had a very tricky picture we needed to get taken: We had to get a Canadian passport photo for our three-week-old baby and Nice Print did an incredible job. Our photographer had everything he needed to get the perfect picture. Our baby rested on a little mattress. Our photographer was patient, amazing with getting the baby's attention, getting the photo to the exact specifications, and charging a very reasonable price when it was done. He knew exactly what he was doing, he was a total pro, and we got the exact photo we needed. We also appreciated with the Covid guidelines that he wore a mask the whole time and had only one customer in the store at a time. We felt totally safe while we were there. I got ripped off from this establishment. I went in to print three pages of standard photos from google in color, he charged me $1 per page and the printing was washed out as if his printer was running out of ink, the print quality was horrible and unusable. When I asked him about it he said it was because I was printing on regular computer paper. I went to UPS and printed the same pictures on the same paper for cheaper and much better quality. The least he could have don't when he saw the printing was bad was charge me half off or nothing at all instead of blaming the paper I was printing on read more

This place is great (except for the parking, that is. The lot is small, and the spaces are narrow). I came here on a Tuesday morning around 10 am to get passport photos taken for my UK passport. It's one of the few places I was able to track down that does international passport photos. The place was empty when I arrived, and the fellow who works here helped me right away. He directed me to the mirror should I want/need to fix up before I had my photos taken. And asked me if I had the specifics for the photos (I did, and if you're getting international photos taken I suggest you do the same). He read up on what I needed, and helped me to fulfill the requirements (no smiling, no glasses, a specific head size, photo size: the works). My photos came out great, were ready very quickly, and were fairly inexpensive (I opted for 4 because I had to get one signed as part of my application process, and it never hurts to have a few extra mugshots on hand). Four cost me less than $20, and it was money well spent. I highly recommend this place for your passport photo needs. read more
