She also is very friendly and sociable. She puts me at ease. Her team is amazing. Each one as nice as the last. Each is very soothing and calm. I have had some work done and much more to go. Hope was the assistant that has worked with Dr. Sweeney the last few times I have been there and she is amazing. Everyone is very gentle. I have never felt more than a little discomfort. I used to fear going to the dentist. I can say that now that I go there I don't worry at all. One other thing, after we worked out a treatment plan Dr. Sweeney was very willing to review my plan with another dentist who is from out of town. The conferred on the right plan for me. I was so grateful she took the time to do that.

I think i may have found those qualities in D & D dental Atmosphere Set in a large house, before you step inside your not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to see a full front desk and waiting room and three separate rooms with dental chairs in the back. It was full of old school dental office charm. The entire place gave off a feeling of coziness. The equipment is not your modern day technology that dental offices are equipped with now days. The equipment is definitely reminiscent of 90's, manual teeth scaling tool etc. However, I'm a firm believer in its not what you have but how you do it and my dental hygentist knew how to use her tools. Staff Front desk The front desk women are awesome. They were friendly, welcoming, seemingly happy with their jobs. They were all the things that seem to be lacking in today's office staff. Service was quick and i had virtually no wait time to check in. Dental hygienist My dental hygentist was Selena. I freaking love her. She actually talked to me, it wasn't just all business, which i appreciated. She even talked with me while she was scaling my teeth which i appreciated since at times it was a little painful (its the dentist) and it helped keep my mind off what she was doing. Dr. Martinez He is a funny guy. Again like the his staff, he was totally about customer service. He welcomed me to buffalo and was eagar to talk about all the things the city had to offer. Well i was recoverying at home and went to the doctors and was told i had cancer, so i had to have surgery, got home and called the office again to tell them what was going on and i explained what was going on and ask them if i could please have the same Dentist because i really liked him, i was told no problem because the Doctor did make me new teeth and i told them i needed an adjustment. Then another tradigety, my Granddaughter passed away, so i called again explained again what was going on even though i was still not healed from all this, but i wanted to see my Doctor, again they said no problem we understand why you are not coming in, and i told them i will be in as soon as all this was taken care of and again they said no problem. So i called for an appointment in June and the girl told me it has been to long and the dentist will not see you, i told her i have been calling in and was told it was ok, and she said no and hung up. How can they get away with this, it is very unfair being i was told they understood my situation. I know it is not the Doctors fault, but the front desk just hung up on me. I am 77 years old and never had such a bad experience. All i wanted was an adjustment as i can not wear them this way. Please , i do not know what to do i paid them up front for them and all i want is an adjustment. they are to long in the back of my throath and have bumps all over the top of the roof of the teeth. Dr. Sullivan and his staff are absolutely amazing!! Extremely professional, not pain whatsoever. When you need to get in, the staff get back you really quickly. I highly HIGHLY recommend them!!
