Great experience! I had come to them about a month earlier for a repair on my son's iPad and he broke it again. They were sympathetic to my plight and gave me a great deal on another screen. They also gave me a great deal on my iPad mini, which was cracked but still usable. Had them both repaired in under an hour. They are also very savvy about the products they service. I was concerned that the older iPad might not be worth repairing. They did an internet search on that model and it's still valued at $275, which surprised me. I called and he came to my house for free to see if he could salvage my iphone 6 dropped in toilet and he spent time fixing it for free and then fixed my iphone 6 plus for free (I made him take $10). He took my iphone 6 to the shop to try one more fix and offered to drop it off later today. I am very, very impressed with his abilities and his responsiveness and would definitely recomend them. Let's start off with , THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. Went to fix a cracked iPhone 12 plus screen. I received a price via Yelp and upon arrival they told me a different price (either the employee is trying to pocket extra money or they are straight liars). After that got cleared up the associate told me it was going to be a basic after market screen for that price (which was not what I was told via Yelp) **another clue where I should have just left** after that got cleared up he told me 25-30 min , huge font "15 MINUTES OR LESS" (no customers). Whatever, I stood and waited. Took my wife's phone apart and placed the first screen .... Finished in 25 min and said was her screen always red ? Uh no ! He took it off and tried another screen , all red again, tried a 3rd screen all red! He said just mess with the adjustments. We did and we thought it was fine till we actually went home and compared it. WORST quality ever. Not bright, red hue tint, screen would get really hot. Contacted the owner and returned the next day. They now have a "special" screen for me (prob should have been that one in the first place) I waited another 30 min replaced it with this new special screen and all looked well HUGE DIFFERENCE.... Walked away and tried to record my daughter in video mode and it was all distorted. Returned to the guy and just told them to put the old cracked one on. Zero remorse , zero apology, these guys are huge scammers if you are not paying attention, ANDDDDDD wasted time and gas. Find a legitimate store if you want your repair done right and not a shack cart. HORRIBLE ! read more

I would give them zero star if there is the option. Cheater store!!! They broke my iPhone then blaming me that my phone was broken. They refused to take responsibility. I asked them how we should solve the problem. They answered back with" what do you want? Do you want us to buy a brand new iPhone for you?" Their offer was simply take the broken and leave. I refused to leave the broken phone and tried to ask for a reasonable compensation. As a result, they started to humiliate me. One of them even threatened to beat me. They wanted me to leave so that they could keep their business going, so they called the security. The security could only help me filing a complaint to the management office. I don't live close but I was in the area and they said they could fix my iPhone for a little more than the Apple Store. 20-30 minute wait and it was done. It was a bright day and it was not until I was home that I noticed lines on the screen that no matter what I did would not go away. I took it back which was a major inconvenience and they said they don't see the lines but they will replace it. I was thankful until I got the same issue. I think they have a terrible quality product and I wish I could get my money back and my cracked screen ( it was only a small minor crack). My screen cracked in March (completely shattered, tiny shards everywhere, had to put it in a plastic bag kind of 'cracked'). I brought it to Apple at the Spectrum & was quoted about $150... But the girl there told me to check out the kiosk down the way. She did warn me it would void my warranty, but it was already over a year old & I don't have Apple care. They replaced the screen completely in 15 minutes for $99 (plus tax!). I was super happy. Then today the top corner of the screen popped up. I don't know what caused it, but it also created a chip in the opposite corner, so I brought it back. The usual warranty is 3 months (it's been over 4) but they agreed to glue it back on for me as work on the chip. I get a new phone in September, so that worked for me! It gets better. When I came back (a little longer than 15 minutes this time) not only was my screen fixed, it was replaced with a (used) Apple original screen another customer had left behind! I now have 100% Apple parts back on my phone! All this for no charge. Insane. The customer service is amazing. Despite being a kiosk, this is no fly by night place. Beware of inferior replacement glass or faulty installation. Not sure which one was the cause, but the replacement glass on my iPhone 5C broke within a few weeks without ever dropping or banging it. Brought it back and I got the "I'm not the owner so I can't do anything," speech, "but I can give you $10 off a new one."
