I had some unsavory cracks on my phone that needed repairing before I traded it in for a new one, and this place was in the same center as my phone company. I had messaged them a few weeks prior about the same repair and they quoted me $89 but actually charged me $107. The screen is fixed and all the colors look fine, but the sensitivity of the touchscreen is completely off. Certain areas aren't responsive and some buttons aren't even functional (the lock screen icons for the flashlight and camera don't respond when touched, just to name one). Typing out this review was difficult when certain keyboard letters don't respond. Luckily I'll be getting a new phone in a few days, but what a bummer nonetheless. At least they respond fast to inquiries, and was mostly nice to interact with. read more

Usually I go to the Apple store for repairs, however decided to check this place out since it's cheaper. They gave me a good quote and performed the service quick. Quality wise the screen is a bit dimmer than my original screen so I'm kinda bummed out about that. They tell you it looks the same, but off course you get what you pay for so if you want you're screen to look bright I'd recommend just going to the Apple store/ At least I can trade it in now. read more

It took a bit longer than expected, but that's because they took such care with my phone and wanted to triple check it, after an issue early in the process. Warning: Do not go to this person. My iPhone screen broke. I received a quote to replace the screen for $69. He guaranteed his product with lifetime warranty. After he put on the new screen, he asked if I wanted the screen protector for additional $20. I agreed to it. Total cost was almost $100 for taxes ect. 3 days later I see a cracked in the new screen that he had replaced . I did not drop or do anything to my phone. I came back for him to replaced his defective screen and he told me will not replace it. I asked him what about his lifetime warranty. ( He is a liar) He said he didn't break ii and it's not his fault. Well it's mine either.
