I had a problem with my iPhone 11+ Plus Max glass that was fixed by Smart Repair on 7/31/2021 .. and so I came back (they have a warranty) and the person working this day was named Mustafa .. a nice guy.. he fixed the problem .. and did a nice job and simply put on a new glass... was so thankful to have the lifting -of-the -glass fixed and the weird stuff going on with my display totally fixed .. I got my phone fixed here after my screen got cracked. After the first time I visited the kiosk, I thought my phone was completely fixed, after I got home I noticed that the touch screen didn't work in specific places on the screen so I had to come back to get it fixed. What makes matters worse is that 6 months later, the LCD that I had fixed started to act up. So I visited their kiosk and was told that since the warranty is 6 months, I was out of warranty by 14 days and they didn't want to fix it. I would never recommend this place to anyone read more

I hate places that take your phone to a "back room" to repair and after watching Ali repair my phone I don't understand why other places take up to an hour to fix. This was my 2nd time there in 4 months. 1st time I was okay (quick, $150 for x plus) but colors on my phone were off and glass seemed off but it worked. The screen broke again within a few months when they fixed it and the colors were very off touch wouldn't work.
