Today was my first time visiting Dr. St. George. He had come highly recommended however I don't like change that much so I was hesitant. My wife and Daughter started going there and were extremely happy there. So I decided to try it myself. I went in and was immediately greeting by Karen who was extremely friendly and helpful. I immediately felt comfortable there because the staff was so friendly. After that Nancy the hygienist did such a remarkable job. Gave me an overall check up of my mouth and then proceeded to give me the best cleaning I've ever had. Explained everything every step of the way. Then last but not least I got to meet the Doc. He was awesome as well. Went through my exam and X-rays with me and we came out with a plan of attack to get my smile to where I want it to be. Dr. Nicholas St. George and his assistance Enrique are the best team to have work on your teeth! I've been with them for a few years now, starting back when they both were in Fountain Valley at Dr. Hagen's Dental. They are both incredible people who are very kind and caring. They definitely treat you like family and go out of their way to help their patients. When Dr. Nicholas St. George does his examinations, he is very thorough. He spends a lot of time looking at everything. He really analyzes what's going on. None of my past dentists have spent close to the amount of time he spends looking at my teeth. He's also extremely knowledgeable. When he looks at my teeth, he uses tools and gadgets I've never seen my past dentists use. He also talks to Enrique about everything going on. Again, my past dentists never really spoke to their assistants in such detail about the dental situations. It's great to hear him talk because it really shows how knowledgeable and detailed he is. Every time I go in he teaches me something new I would of never known about. Since I've been his patient, he has helped me through a root canal gone bad, pulled the tooth, got an implant, introduced me to night guards, whitened my teeth, knocked out some early stage cavities, and made sure my bite is good. If it weren't for his help, who knows where the health of my mouth would be today. I'm very anxious of anything medical, but meeting him and Enrique has been a blessing. They have taken away the anxiety because I fully trust their knowledge, thoroughness, and amazing character. I have full confidence they have and will continue to take real good care of my dental needs. Even though I moved all the way to Hawaii I didn't find a new dentist. I still go back to him when I visit each year. They are so friendly and welcoming. They don't frown when I have to bring my kids with me and always make accommodations for them. I do not take the time to post many reviews, but I do base many of my decisions on Yelp reviews so I felt compelled to write this one. I have been coming to this dental office for 29 years. All of the office staff are professional and SO FRIENDLY. They are always on time, and because the office has such a low turn-over for their employees, they really do feel like family. My hygienist, Nancy is fantastic, and we have shared so much of our lives over the years, I consider her a valued friend. Karen, at the front desk is always very helpful and friendly and goes out of her way to get you the appointment when you want it. On to the doctors, I thought that I could never found a better dentist than Dr. St. George, Sr. but happily his son, Nick. is just as great! I saw him yesterday in order to replace a crown that his father put in 25 years ago, and I really dreaded it. Dr. Nick did a wonderful job, and like his father, made sure that it the tooth was perfect. The procedure was quick and almost pain free. Definitely have to make an appointment back! Never thought I'd say that about my dentist. From the moment I called to the moment I left the staff was super friendly and patient. I noticed while I was in the waiting room Karen at the front desk knew everyone by name... she even said "You must be Ambar, we're excepting you". Wow! Hello? Am I in the right place? I felt super welcomed right away. Once inside I saw the X-ray tech and he was AWSOME in letting me know everything that was going to happen ahead of time. Finally came time to meet my dentist. His son was so friendly, very thorough in explaining the X-rays and their cleaning and exam process.By the way it's a long process FYI they will educate you before a cleaning so be sure you have the time. Anyhow I liked the interaction the staff had with all their patients, the facility was clean and even with the somewhat expensive pricing I have to pay to see them I will never see anyone else. I had the most wonderful experience from the moment I made my last minute appointment. the receptionist Karen was great and was able to get me in same day. She emailed all the new patient forms so I wouldnt have to wait when I arrrived. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and in an exam chair promtly. I had some tooth decay and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Nick and his asst. Chloe were wonderful and very patient with me. Luckily, I just needed a fill.
