While it did take quite awhile I will say my grandfather's watch is beautiful, functions as it should, and now can be worn as I please thanks to the Clock Specialist. I did want to note it wasn't wet tested as with a nearly 50 year old watch and parts that are hard to come by it would be best not to risk losing its current functionality. With that being said, I have zero need to take this watch diving or near any body of water that would risk damaging it so I'm very happy with the work/restoration job that was done.

JP Clock Shop owner, Jesus Pantoja, is not an honest businessman…read more I had brought my Gustav Becker Double Chime Wall Clock there for repair. I had agreed to by one of the Floor Clocks from the shop and left a deposit. Both clocks were delivered to me, but there are serious concerns about the authenticity of the one I purchased. It is most likely a fake. It is assembled from parts of various clocks, some of which may not date to the same time period as the main clock mechanism. I have notified Mr. Pantoja that I would like to return it. A week later, when Mr. Pantoja came to pick up the clock, he was extremely rude, refused to give me a full refund of my deposit, and said, "He doesn't want to ever see me again." Moreover, my repaired clock is missing the adjustment to correct the pendulum swing, which causes it to either speed up or slow down the time it displays.
