If they DON'T know, they do their VERY best to find out. AND they have a cool kitty cat that is a floofy joy! I ALWAYS recommend stopping in there 1st before hitting the "bigger" stores. Save your receipts just in case your item doesn't work. BUT they are more than happy to give you a fair exchange or return. It just a GREAT store.

Here's an example of what you will find here: I'm doing work…read moreon one of my rental units nearby. I need some ceiling paint. I walk in, and as usual I'm picked out as soon as I make two steps into the door to ask if there's something they can help me with. I guess browsing is not allowed (to bad for them since that's when my wallet starts to loosen up, and I buy things that I "think" I need). I tell the clerk that I need some ceiling paint. I'm asked: "interior or exterior"... Um, exterior ceiling paint? I don't think there is a such thing as exterior ceiling paint. Now I looked hard and far for anyone claiming to sell exterior ceiling paint. I even asked the clerk to show me a can of paint labeled "exterior ceiling paint" which he wasn't able to do. I think I'll just drive the extra 10 minutes to the next nearest home center store instead of stopping here. At least I can browse around those stores to get ideas on projects that I may want to tackle in the future.

They have all the stuff you would want and way more knowledgeable staff than the big orange store…read more FWIW, bought. New dryer there. Delivery and installation went very well. The dryer runs great.

I wish I could give Lowe's zero stars for this nightmare of a "door installation." What should have…read morebeen a simple project turned into 6+ months of lies, shortcuts, damage, and complete lack of accountability. I paid Lowe's $1,700 for a door and "professional installation." The first door came in wrong. It was supposed to have clear coat applied but you can tell that it didn't, surface was very rough. Instead of owning up to it, they and their installer actually tried to convince me it was correct. I had to call the manufacturer myself to prove Lowe's was lying, it was unfinished, just like I suspected. That's the level of honesty I've been dealing with. I've attached photo of a response from manufacturer. After dragging me along for months, they reordered. I thought maybe it would finally be done right. Nope. The second door came damaged, the framing was done wrong, and worst of all the installer framed the wall directly on top of my floating vinyl floor. Any real contractor knows that voids the warranty and ruins the floor. A flooring company gave me a written estimate for $800 in damage just to fix what Lowe's caused. They also noted that due to incorrect install my warranty is voided, attached photo of that too. And now to fix it, everything they did, the wall, the door, the frame has to be completely ripped out and redone. So what exactly did I pay them for? Let's not forget the quality, paint chips everywhere, sloppy cuts, shortcuts at every step. Nothing about it was professional. And the customer service? Endless follow-ups, vague promises, and wasted hours of my time. Even the store supervisor admitted their work was a mess, but when it came to actually making it right, Lowe's corporate only offered me $450 total. That doesn't even cover the floor damage, let alone the install I paid nearly $800 for. They called it a "fair" offer. In what world is that fair? Bottom line: I paid for a professional install and got lies, damage, and months of stress. Lowe's refused to take responsibility, even after the BBB got involved. Everything they touched has to be redone, and they still want me to settle for less than what they broke. That's not professional service -- it's embarrassing. If you value your time, your money, or your home, do not hire Lowe's for installation. They'll take your money, cut corners, and leave you to clean up the mess.

I don't visit often as I live 1/2-mi from Target & Menards is 6-mi up the road, so I stay closer…read morefor convenience & slightly lower prices. I probably visit once every 3-mos. Pros: * Big selection of products, great quality. * Good deals on clearance items. Some are well hidden, like discounted rugs around the corner on end caps, so ensure you walk around the dept to check for discounted items. * Lots of parking, wider spots to accommodate trucks. Be careful as you'll always encounter guys loading their trucks & barreling through the parking lot with large dollies. Cons: * As with other stores, if you check a product online & find it's in stock, it may not be. I find that 100% of the time. * It's challenging to find an employee to help find an item & when I have found someone, they are annoyed that I asked. Why? It's your JOB. And, why is it that stockers always look so dang miserable? I used to work retail & liked stocking as a break from routine. Still, you chose the job, lose the attitude. Good to Know: * Some things are way too pricey (like furniture & seasonal items like Christmas trees), but the quality is good. With the food & personal care aisles, their prices are often more than grocery stores, so choose carefully. Their cleaning products are often better priced than other stores. * Returns are easy & right inside the door to the left, but there's usually a line, so if you're pressed for time, wait... don't plan on being in & out in 5-min. It's a good store but I just rarely find what I need. Then again, I'm not looking for Home Depot type building items, just household things. If you have Home Depot type projects, you'll love it. 4* out of 5.

Some of the brands carried here are on the cheaper side. Definitely consider buying more well-known brands from Menards if you're interested in longevity and durability. If you're in the yard picking up items that are stored outside, be careful! Workers are helpful and offer to help get things from high spaces or new pallets.

After contacting the company by mail twice phone twice and a meeting they decided to take there subcontractors word over ours. we basically are now stuck with a roof that has costed us approximately $23,000. more than it should have. There was never any agreement signed or documentation that showed we agreed with the design. It ended up being a he said she said and of course Beisser sided with there sub contractor who designed the trusses. There Customer Service was terrible and at no time would they admit they were at any fault. it made us feel like They could care less about the customer and was a waste to even discuss anything because there sub contractor Dick came up with false excuses for everything to save his butt. I would never refer this company to anyone!!
