Wish I could give this a higher rating but it's not a place I would visit again. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing, but burgers were tasteless and there were bare bones topping (lettuce was sparse... tiny sliver of lettuce and terribly wilted). Fries were okay but cold. Food is expensive these days but you still hope to get quality presentation of what you order.Chili was over cooked and tasted burned. ****************************************************** Sorry Ms. Angie. Found this place by searching for hamburgers on yelp. Helpful and funny counter guy. Great service also. Nicest owner. Had Thai burger and fries and wife had bacon cheeseburger. Fresh not frozen, Burger, bun and toppings all tasted great. Fries were perfect with just right amount of seasoning. Highly recommended! read more

Tried this food on a whim because of the great reviews. Had it delivered by a nice kid in a pretty timely manner. We got quite an assortment of food from wings, to chicken bites, to hibachi. Sadly, all of the food was pretty bland and not really worth the money. I've added pictures so you can make your own judgement. Out of the food, the wings were the best thing but had no flavor in any capacity. The steak noodles I'm fairly confident were angel hair pasta from a box with 6 pieces of steak and frozen vegetables. The rice/steak hibachi was instant rice with no flavor and less steak than the noodles. The chicken bites were wet chicken nuggets in hot sauce. I've seen some really great reviews on the burgers, so I would steer in that direction if I was to ever visit again though pretty unlikely. Good luck if you happen to order. read more

I have been a big fan of Ardens, until today. I ordered from DoorDash and I was really looking forward to my order. When the dasher arrived, she told me that she could tell the order wasn't correct but when she tried to tell them, they were rude to her and refused to check the order. I could also tell the order wasn't correct, too. I opened the bag to find my dog's order of rice dumped out its container. Inside the bag was food... but not my food. I called the store and the staff was rude to me... hung up on me even... after saying a new girl made a mistake. Like it was my fault. The bun I *did* get was hard... like it was warmed in the microwave too long. The food was cold, however. Horrible customer service. Lousy food. Miserable experience. read more

Don't judge a book by its cover. This hidden gem is wonderful. Family owned and operated who put a lot of love and pride in what they do and in their food. Great customer service EVERYONE we encountered was super sweet and provided exceptional service. Had the tiger burger and it was GRRRRRRREAT!!! Burgers are absolutely tasty and FRESH. I ordered the chicken rice dish. The rice tasted like the grill hadn't been properly cleaned in a while and had a bit of chemical taste to it. No seasoning. The chicken (the few pieces I tried) was alright but again, no seasoning hardly. Very spotty on the veggies. The sauce given was suppose to be the shrimp sauce or white sauce. It looked more yellowish/tan?? And it tasted like mayo mixed with honey mustard...and something else. Not appetizing at all. It was also warm which made it even grosser. The customer service (both when ordering the food and picking up) was rough. We tried to use a gift card to pay for the meal but the employee ringing up the order said it wasn't accepted. Ordering the food was also a challenge...the employee didn't get the order right even after repeating it a few times. I ended up only eating a few bites because of the taste and not wanting to get sick. So disappointing. read more

Really great place! Just looks at the solid five stars in their Anderson location as well. All fresh never frozen food. Awesome burgers and housemase sauces so good. The best egg rolls I've ever had! Also homemade loved them as an appetizer. We will definitely be back here and love how it's so close to Walmart (our always have to go to place). I got the grandmas burger with mushrooms and teriyaki so delicious! I want to try the one with pineapple next time. They have burgers and ingredients not yet listed on the menu. The owners were the ones waiting on us and cooking the food and they named the restaurant after their grandson. It's worth a try just to support a local family business. A must try and ask for a side of the house-made mayo it's so good with the fries. read more

We tried the Vietnamese Knockout Burger and the Korean Seoul Burger. Omg! They were BOTH delicious! The fries were yummy, too! Very reasonable prices! The owners are friendly and down to earth. People seem to misunderstand the mix of Asian and Burger menu but until you've given it a shot, gotten to know the family a bit, and tried some things on the menu, you're simply missing out. read more
