After mopping up the ceiling from condensation for the 10th time, I decided to get some help. I called Nick and he came by to take a peek. They do not make men like Nick anymore. He was gracious and honest and truthful. He wasn't sure what the problem was and would need to come back to pull the fan from the ceiling. Back he came and pulled the fan from the ceiling. I could never find someone to come out and do the job in a reasonable time frame, much less do good work. Within 24 hours of our first phone call, Nick came to my house to evaluate the project scope and provided a verbal estimate. Less than 24 hours after that, he and a laborer were back in my house addressing the long laundry list of items that needed repair or assembly. Everything was done to perfection! We live in an old house and Nick is able to solve all the odd issues that arise. He even devised a hanging hook for a heavy, antique Spanish wall sconce. I bought it five years ago, but it's been sitting on the floor because no one could figure out how to hang it securely -- and I called in two handymen.
