It showed up with a cracked mirror no problem said they would replace it. I started noticing more stuff like back up camera not working, passenger door lock not matching, cargo door lock not matching, speaker not working, door seal missing between cargo doors, rear window leaking, ac not working right, glass shards in every window seal and coming out of the defrost, inverter not working. This van a 2022 with 28k miles I paid top dollar for it. They fixed the locks, and inverter warranty covered ac it took 5 months. They pretended to fixed the back window but only cut the silicone with a knife I can see the cut in the glass still leaks same spot. Called the dealer the sales manager just said oh well it's not going to be brand new! Scum

I gave them a call for tow service, they sent over these clowns from MARTIN MOTORS TOWING & RECOVERY SALES & SERVICE 502 Second Ave. North Lewisburg, TN 37091, The driver lifted my car 2/3 feet in the air and then told his partner to drive off in my car while the rear of my car was still in the air, the driver took off and ripped my bumper broke my tail lights as my car slammed to the street, I was in disbelief, I asked the driver why did he tell him to drive off and my car was still in the air on his hoist, he said "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT" " ( My God the man drove up in a big flat bed truck) as I answered him saying not this shit he told the partner to put my car back where it was because I didn't appreciate what they did, I told him not to get in my car again I'm calling the police, the partner with his fist balled up was charging towards me saying don't talk to my dad like that, his dad stepped in and told him no" (Lord have Mercy) I nearly lost my religion that day, they started to piece my car together before the police arrived, no report was taken I was told this is a civil matter, the owner of the Martin Motors showed up trying to make light of the situation as pieces of my car laid on the ground, I picked up the pieces and called my insurance company. And guess what? NOONE APOLOGIZED TO ME FOR DAMAGING MY VAN, this is a true story, I know it sound too good to be true but it is, MARTIN MOTORS TOWING & RECOVERY SALES & SERVICE 502 Second Ave, North Lewisburg, TN 37091 do not do good quality work, they messed me UP, I would not recommend them to anyone at all, never ever in my lifetime, I made a report to AAA I hope they pull the contract they have and drop Martin Motors. Then the check engine light came on I reached back out because I can't get it registered and the temp tag is about to run out I was told I couldn't get any help because I must have tore it up in 3weeks. I was then blocked from contacting again. I went to county clerk and was givin a number to contact about it they told me they should have at the very least offered me another temp tag! Don't wast your time or money going here!!!
