After 10 phone calls I finally got dealer to send a tow truck. 2-3 days later called to check on status. Nobody answers or return calls after message. Finally get through only to be YELLED AT by the owner who gets mad when I ask where truck is. Tells me he doesn't know. WHAT? You have my check for $12K so FIND OUT. He says he'll just tear the check up and all the papers and keep it. Then he HANGS UP ON ME...ALRIGHTY THEN. Calls me back and I let hubby answer. Never would answer hubby as to why he was rude & hateful to me. Tells him truck ready. Wanted us to drive back and pick it up. NOPE. You bring to me. Then when truck registration & title comes through IT IS WRONG NAME, WRONG COUNTY AND NOT EVEN MY TAG as he had the current tag number we were changing it to. Call dealer for 2 days. Finally answers and says I'm paying $51 for tags, etc that HE GOT WRONG? NO. 2wks later we find out truck had alternate programming which hid the fact that multiple cylinders were misfiring. $5K and NEW engine later we FINALLY have a good truck. I HOPE. CUSTOMER SERVICE? YEAH RIGHT...ZERO STARS if I could. BUYERS BEWARE

So why not check the transmission fluid now, and guess what that was empty now too. The gas cap was broken, and battery was being jumped when I arrived to pick it up. They did not reconnect my windshield washer hoses so it was all leaking to the ground, the a/c blower motor had a shop towel in it, and there were paint sticks in the sunroof. More problems when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They were referred to me by Benton Nissan, but I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy. If you do decide to take you vehicle here check all your fluids before you pull out of the parking lot.

We searched all over Franklin and everywhere was the same price because they had to get the battery from Lexus. Apparently the battery alone was 6k. The strange thing is the car was reset and no more issues. We still were looking to trade it in or sell it bc we didn't want to pay 10k. A friend mentioned TLC automotive. I took it there told them what Lexus told me and how much it would cost me. They literally quoted me half. I was so excited we immediately dropped the car off. To our surprise they said they checked everything and nothing was wrong. My husband said the battery we need it. They kept trying to get it to light up and the car was fine. They told us it didn't need anything. They could have easily just changed the battery if if they didn't think it was needed. We would have never questioned it. They were honest and informative.
