    Great experience renting trough Nicklin Property Management, my application took around 3 weeks to get approved but the time was worth it, the apartment I rented was just across the campus of UNLV, great location for my kids school, the lady who take care of my application was so kind and very efficient on her job MISS SHANNON the best in customer service , the value of the property rental are ok nowadays everything is going expensive but is part of living in Las Vegas, highly recommended.

    Scheduled a phone conference regarding one of my rental properties. I received an email confirming it and nobody called me or sent me an email canceling the event! What a great way to make a first impression ! Unprofessional and unreliable do not recommend !

    If 0 stars was an option that's what Nicklin would get! They were left in charge of my parent's property for 14 years while they left to take care of their own elderly parents, and they came back to a destroyed house, full of animal urine, hair, mold, leaks, broken exterior stucco, a ton of HOA violations and more. Nicklin neglected the house and only reimbursed the $2300 tenant deposit. Absolutely criminal!!!!

While doing this, I received a few notifications from Nicklin Community Management Services. Thankfully, their office is close to my work site so I could easily stop by after receiving a violation letter to provide an explanation. From here, Dena single handedly got me to a resolution for all my issues. Dena taught me so much, and did so with kindness and patience. She is smart, wise, and I observed her adapt to all kinds of different situations that customers came in with. She was courteous and charming. Please promote her! Without her, I would not have been able to solve my problems.

A large amount us paid annually 300,000.00 per year for landscaping, but common areas remain neglected and do not reflect that investment. Maintenance and repairs commitments has not been follow through. Additional some fees appeared in financial reports without clear explanation to homeowners. With The HOA dues continuing to rise, residents expected services and imorovements.which has not materialized. The management has not met home owner expectation to regain trust.

I live in California and I needed to find a good, reliable PM to manage my pending rental property in LV. My goal was to close 4 properties by end of 2026, and ultimately have 10 rentals and needed to find a good PM and wanted to build a good relationship for the long term. Their reviews were solid and I spoke with Tyler at the beginning of researching for PM to manage my pending rental property in Las Vegas. After having a phone conversation, I wanted to meet with Tyler in person to discuss and decide if Graham team was the right PM for me. At this point I liked the reviews and the phone intro from Tyler. i sent a text to Tyler to arrange in person meeting , and confirmed that i was visiting. Everything sounded good... Until i traveled to Las Vegas on the day of the meeting in the morning. I drove about 6 hours from Cali to meet Tyler and contacted him 2 hours before our meeting to ask if we can meet earlier since i arrived earlier than expected. The text i received was nothing but utterly unprofessional and upsetting to me. Tyler responded via text that he wasn't sure if i was coming or not for some reason. Im coming from Cali and driving back and forth for 12 hours, so I had to plan my day a week prior and wanted to make sure this meeting was accomplished. The text response was nothing but upsetting and shocking to me because Tyler assumed that i was not coming, rather than following up via phone call or even a text 1-2 days before meeting to confirm the meeting. I will never work with a business that ASSUMES everything. How can you trust and leave your rental property if the PM assumes and doesnt follow up and have a decent communication skills?? It literally ruined my day completely and wasted my time. I would never recommend this type of unprofessional company to anyone. I would be horrified how they deal with tenants issues...! Im onto hiring PM within next week and this team is definitely not on my list.

    I had been managing our home for many years and was hesitant bringing on a property manager. Now…read morethat I have done so, I'm so glad to be working with Five Star Property Management and the Blue Team. Matthew and Randy from Five Star Property Management mentioned they have a philosophy of treating customers' homes like their own, and it really feels this way. I experienced some unforeseen problems with an existing tenant. The Five Star Property Management team has really taken it upon themselves to work with me through these problems which I appreciate. They were even able to surface problems with this tenant that weren't caught before. In terms of the Blue Team that I work with, Dominique and Trinity have been amazing. They are currently helping turn the home over after a challenging move out situation, and I appreciate how proactive they have been with communications and getting the home ready. I also appreciate the sense of urgency they are working with as it is not easy as a home owner to have a home sit empty. If you're even thinking about a property management company, do yourself a favor and at least have a conversation with Five Star Property Management.
