I used to eat at this location years ago. I will not be returning and I actually wouldn't give them any stars. The manager complained to me about other customers that came into the store and how she has to work all day. The worst part was the gyros sandwiches. I got the special 2 for $8.99. The sauce was a little bland, needed a little more English cucumber and dill. It looked small but it was filling. They put a lot of meat which I appreciate it. Visited on 2/29 and again today. I ordered the Shrimp Po Boy in a combo. On 2/29th, the fries were too salty (pure salt), and my Mt Dew was half filled with ice, although I asked for no ice! I called to complain (spoke with a woman) and was told I could get a replacement. Went today, 3/7th for another Po Boy (was previously really good, today, it was not seasoned well and dry--horrible tasting), and for my replacements. Was told (by a Male) "no name of who U spoke to AND did not bring food back, that was bad/wrong, no replacement!" Told the person,"the woman, " I spoke to, did not make me aware of this. I saw the sign saying 2 gyros for less than 10$ bucks and had to try it. Very substantial amount of meat and good flavor. I added fries and a drink and still only around 13$ and I did not need the extra but I saved a gyro for dinner and loved the fries! So an extra meal for me. I brought several other people here and they loved their burger and the fried shrimp. I would never think of getting shrimp here but apparently it was good. Staff is friendly, courteous & prompt. The drive-thru was a bit of a wait (5 mins), being it lunch hour. But, went fast. Awesome gyros & mozzarella sticks. The gyro meat tasted delicious. Its seasoned well with a bit of a hint of very mild spicy kick. For $5.99, they give a very generous amount of meat, enough for 2 servings. The mozzarella sticks are also well seasoned & crispy. I waited 40 minutes for a philly and had to get up and ask if they forgot me. The guys behind the counter didn't acknowledge me at all instead stood there looking stupid and blank faced. This happened to my boyfriend a month ago and he vowed never to go back. I went without him and now feel the same way. I didn't get an explanation or apology. I was told it's coming right up after having a staring contest for anand waited 10 more minutes The food quality isn't as good anymore either. My bread for my philly was soggy on the bottom and the wings weren't as crispy as I've had before. Previous review: I get a philly or wings. Had lunch here for the first time yesterday 6/21/2021, ordered a cheeseburger and fries with my wife ordering philly cheese steak and fries. My wife and I saw "Nick's Gyros" as we were passing by. I asked her if she wanted Greek. "Sure!" What we found was a Americana/Soulfood fast food restaurant with one Greek thing on the menu: the Gyro combo (relegated to #4). Other things on the menu were shrimp, crab legs, hot wings, burgers, fried fish, Philly cheesesteak, etc. I like all these things . . . But I was expecting falafel, Greek salad, babaganoush, pita, olives, baklava, etc. There was a tv in restaurant tuned to a James Bond movie. The volume was so loud we could barely hear each other talk. We waited at least 15 mins for our gyro combos. When we got them, the fries weren't ready and the gyros were lukewarm. The guy behind the counter said he would bring the fries out to us. After finishing off our gyros, we still hadn't got our fries. My wife went up and asked for them.
