First time trying this restaurant and I was unimpressed. Let's first get into what I did enjoy. The wings were a great size compared to similar establishments, they honored my requests of no ice in drinks and extra dipping sauce. The portions were a great value for the price. The hot wing sauce was tasty. What I did not like, the fries were unseasoned and not cooked hard per my request. The spicy honey glaze sauce gave more of a sweet chili sauce. The fried okra were undercooked and lacked flavor. Finally, the wings were soggy. I ordered via Uber eats, so the temperature of the food was not to my liking. No fault of the restaurant. I stopped by here to order some wings. I came in and was greeted by the young lady with the blonde tip dreads. She said she was new but she was super sweet. I ordered the 15 piece lemon pepper wings so I can take some to work. So I cashed out and I waited on my order. It is a small dining area but it was clean. I think I was waiting for about 10 minutes, I was shown my food and then I left. Once I made it home, I started eating and they were really good. You have to get lemon pepper just right because it can get salty. Mines were a little salty but still good. Hot and fresh. I will come back again to try them out. Wow! The food here is top notch on Two Notch. I got the gyro and fried okra and they came out hot, fresh, and tasty. I also really liked that I could mix my own sweet tea with either peach or lemonade. I opted for peach and it made my afternoon. I'm giving the US wings and deli on hardscrabble rd. 0 stars. They are under new management and are not trying to please the customer. I ordered a 10 wi g combo. When I got my combo, all of the wings were the size of my pinky finger, extra small. I ordered honey garlic wings and barely got any honey on them. I was also made aware that there will be no refunds or redos on orders done wrong. This speaks to the type of people who we give our money to. They dont respect us as paying customers and feel as though they can treat us anyway they want even though they rely on our patronage to survive. My husband and I order online. Call wings & deli to advise them we were missing an item and spoke with a young lady. She advised it was not showing on their end and I advised we received a receipt through email with what we order. The young lady stated that is not what's showing on their receipt. I advised the email is showing all the items we order. She put the manager on the phone, and we explained to him what we order, and we were missing an item. The manager stated that's not what's showing on his receipt. I explained it charged us for the item and it came out of our account. Can we come to show him proof will he honor the item and in the middle of him talking to my husband he hangs up the phone. I would not commend this place at all. Although, the wings are good, honesty goes a long way! Tried this place three times: 1) My friend and I were overcharged for a combo order, but didn't order or receive a combo order, had to pay additional $2 for flats, despite the overcharge for combo order. 2) 2nd visit upon ordering a combo, they left off the celery and blue cheese dressing. At this time, I thought it was an oversight, and I was given two pieces about 2 inches long each. 3) 3rd visit, on ordering a combo, they again left the celery and blue off. When I told the owner, he insisted that the celery was in the box and under my fries. He kept insisting, but I let him know that he wrong. There was no celery or blue cheese. Upon my persistence, he gave me the celery. However, for a 10 wing order with fries ($14 with tax) I again received only 2 pieces of celery 2 inches in length. This business makes a point to leave off items that come and are advertised with the order. I believe the cashiers are told not to give items and condiments that you would normally get unless the customer asks for them. What is really over the top and a disservice to the customer is that they post a sign that says "NO REMAKE, NO EXCHANGE, AND NO REFUND." IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT TO YOUR SATISFACTION AFTER YOU HAVE PAID YOU ARE STUCK! I don't care how good the wings are, you can't treat me anyway and expect me to pay my hard earned money.
