I tried the Louisiana Cajun Chicken Pasta this evening which featured Cajun grilled chicken breast over cavatappi pasta in a moderately spicy New Orleans style bell pepper and Parmesan cream sauce. The flavors were bold, creamy, and perfectly balanced. As always, the service was top notch. Cassi, my server at the bar, was personable, attentive, and made the evening even better with her friendly professionalism. Brick House Grill continues to impress with great food and warm hospitality. I highly recommend BHG for anyone who is looking for a consistently outstanding dining experience in Huntington.
