Dr Nic he's very good dentist but the ladies dental assistance was horrible not gentle at all my kids scare to go back again .

We were obviously a bit nervous about our toddler's first visit to the dentist but Dr. Bronzini (goes by Dr. Nick for the kid's ease) was really relaxed, friendly and knowledgable. Our daughter wasn't having it when the hygienist first tried to clean her teeth, which she assured us was normal, so Dr. Bronzini was able to come and do it. He spent the first part just chatting with our daughter and helping her feel relaxed. She wasn't super excited to get her teeth cleaned, especially not by a stranger, but Dr. Bronzini made it as efficient and painless as possible. He also showed us how to properly brush her teeth at home. One of the best parts of the visit was how much time he spent and never made us feel rushed at all. The front desk staff was super friendly too. Despite the tears at the office, our daughter always talks about "Dr. Bronzini" and how she wants to go back, haha! He did give her a toy at the end which was also appreciated! Bronzini was on a long list of dentists recommended by our pediatrician and I'm glad we chose him! The only thing is that it took us a while to get our first appt so I recommend making an appt as far ahead as possible, especially because we were not brushing our daughter's teeth properly up until he showed us how and you want to protect those precious teeth! read more

We came to Dr. Bronzini after a terrible experience with another pediatric dentist. It was night and day. Dr. Bronzini and his hygienist both spent a lot of time with my 2 year-old talking to him and trying to make him laugh, so he'd be comfortable. They explained every step of the process to both me and my son and even let my son touch some of the tools before putting them in his mouth. They made sure we knew that we could just do a partial cleaning if my son was uncomfortable. I could tell he was a little afraid at the start, but he became calmer as the appointment went on and was able to get through the entire cleaning without any tears. Dr. Bronzini answered a lot of my questions with care and didn't make me feel rushed. We're so happy to have found a dentist and hygienist who understand what kids need and how to set kids up for a positive relationship with dentistry. read more

My kids have been going to Dr. Nick since they were a little over a year old (about 3 years now). The staff is great and superbly patient. They take the time to explain everything to the little ones, present the tools and state their function in an understandable fashion and let the children feel some sense of control by letting them request toothpaste and fluoride flavors. To keep the little ones distracted they have Disney movies playing in the lobby and viewable from the chairs once Inside which is a great way to get the kids taking and put them at ease. Dr. Nick himself has always been polite, professional and builds great rapport with our kids. He finds some common ground and made conversation with them the whole time. So far we've been fortunate enough that it's been cleanings only, no procedures yet. We highly recommend this place and will continue to come here as long as practical read more

My kids have been going to Dr. Nick for 5 years, but I had such a great experience this morning that I had to run home and write a yelp review! For my wild wild bunch, this guy and his team worked wonders. Taking 3 kids out of school during the day is really difficult to manage, so we were on a tight timeline. The dental hygienists were ready to roll right on time, the moment we walked in. They were so kind and caring, too. None of my kids get nervous going to the Dr. Nick for checkups - they walk right in and are super excited to watch a movie or see the characters on the wall. His team seamlessly ran through 3 kids in less than 40 minutes (including X-rays!) and we were on our way. He checked teeth, chatted with each kid, and emphasized areas we need to focus on. And of course on the way out, it's such a nice touch to have the prize box and the "goody bags" full of new toothbrushes and toothpaste and floss. read more

My kids have been going to dr nick since they were two. My youngest daughter has ASD and he was wonderful to her. He supported her and eased her fears. The first few times, there were tears but every 6 months she was better and better at the cleanings. Now she is happy to open her mouth and even has had cavities done as well. Things I look for in for a Pediatric Dentist: 1. Open on weekends 2. Free parking 3. Friendly and welcoming staff 4. Clean office 5. Family owned and operated 6. Great with kids I had a hard time finding a dentist for my oldest daughter. I went to a bunch of dentist and cheeked out many offices. I went around San Francisco and the Peninsula until I found Dr. Bronizni. He is a pediatric dentist and I love that he is a family dentist, his father is a dentist, his brother is a dentist and they are located next door. Did I also mention that he teaches at UOP? I am happy that he is also part of the community by sponsoring team sports and having a drawing a contest for his business cards. I had taken my eldest daughter to another dentist and they did some bad work. They even charged me for things that they didn't even do. The end result was a tooth that got infected and would have to be removed, if the gum did heal. Dr. Bronzini did a wonderful job on her tooth and helped heal the gum along, so the tooth did not have to be removed (Happy Dance). My youngest daughter had to do major work as well. They had to put her asleep. She was asleep through the whole process. After the process was done we took her home. Dr. Bronzini called us at home and asked how she was doing? I am very happy with the service that he provides and we will be around for a long time. read more

I'm surprised. Not that Dr Nick has 5 stars all around. but that he only has 8 reviews. Shouldn't this patriarch of pediatric dentistry have more than 100, all 5 star reviews? My child is three. she is a pacifier addicted toddler that grinds her teeth at night. she is also a firecracker of a person that loves what she loves and doesn't love what she doesn't love. what is that? i'm describing 100% of 3 year olds? ha ha! She went in crying, not wanting to see the dentist and left with a sticker, smile of her face and a wonderful 1st experience w dr nick. if you are looking for a pediatric dentist, look for further. My 9 year old son lost his front permanent tooth late one night and Dr Bronzini made himself available to put it back in at 1am on a Saturday night. He saved my sons front tooth and not only that called me Sunday morning to tell me how to care for my son (food, cleaning, etc). I cannot say enough how appreciative we are that he was available. Wish he was in Marin where I live. His office was clean and he was incredibly professional and eased our stress and concern. read more

My son is four and he had an appointment with Dr. Nick yesterday. This morning, he asked, "Can I go back to the dentist today?" Yeah, Bronzini Kids is that great. Dr. Nick is calm, gentle, and very friendly. He takes his time and carefully explains each step of the cleaning process. He even gave cheek massages as when my little one got tired of holding his mouth open. My 5 years old son had appointment with Doc. Nicolas L. Bronzini which he recommended to pull his tooth but not treatment will help. I I ended up in shocked ! In the beginning like all normal mom asked him if he would clean the tooth infection to safe the tooth, which his respond was to I did made my trust to his recommendation to start the treatment . Doc. puts him in the chair injects numbing medication to my sons tooth all around , after numbing letting us know that our time was over now that we have to leave , he has another patient to take care , he can't continuo because he doesn't have enough tools to do treatment and we can discuss this lather . I asked him why would you even start numbing my sons mouth if you not prepare or know that you don't have enough tools to start the treatment . Im speechless with the experience I got with this doctor. I believe he discriminated my foreign language or he was very mean to my son . I would never recommend this doc to any other families with kids. read more

Dr. Bronzini is the best pediatric dentist. I am very pleased with the overall service at this practice. My son had to have a baby root canal performed and he made sure that my son was comfortable and at ease. He was very cautious and gentle throughout the entire procedure. read more

I wish I could give TEN STARS!!!! Dr. Nick is the BEST pediatric dentist imaginable. We have been taking my daughter (now 3 years old) to him for a year now, and just had our third visit. Because of the very positive experiences my daughter has had during her dental visits, she now loves to brush and floss and even looks forward to seeing Dr. Nick again. My daughter was traumatized by a previous pediatric dentist (whose website claimed she had experience with shy/fearful children). After that horrible experience, I started looking on Yelp and interviewing potential dentists about their approach to handling young toddlers that were fearful and hesistant around strangers. Only Dr. Nick's office had the right answers! Before our visit, I explained concern over our previous experience with the other dentist, and also my child's personality. Dr. Nick was committed to making my daughter's dental visits a pleasant one, and from the very first visit- he worked his magic! If you are searching for the right pediatric dentist that will make your child comfortable and want to go to the dentist, Dr. Nick is the answer! If your child is shy or fearful around strangers, or has had a terrible experience with other dentists, let Dr. Nick and his staff know- they actually care and will make things right. We moved here after finding it too difficult to see our SF pediatric dentist. I am so happy we did. Dr. Nick is wonderful. Today we had to deal with an extraction of a primary tooth gone bad read find out how he does with shots. IT WAS PAINLESS. YEAH Anxious out 10 year old happy. YEAH. We have been seeing Dr Nick for a few years now. My daughters who are 5 and 8 absolutely love to go there. He always explains what he is doing and what instruments he is using. They are always very comfortable as a result. He never rushes and takes the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Nick is the best. My children love going in to see him. The staff is really friendly and the waiting room has tons of toys for kids to play with. The first time I took my son there, Dr. Nick came out, say on the floor and played with my son for a few minutes. He then took us to his chair and explained everything her was going to do. He showed my son all of the tools that he would use and he let him touch them. My daughter, who is 2, now sees him also. She hates anyone looking in her mouth but she let Dr. Nick do it.
